Stayed 9 nights

Lovely family run boutique hotel, good breakfast and terrace with fantastic balloon and valley views in a very convenient walkable location. The absolute highlight for me though was the family and staff who were on hand 24/7 if needed. I was travelling solo and it was my first time in Turkey, and every time I came back to the hotel after a day or evening out, it felt like I was coming home. I was treated with respect and kindness, and always a welcoming smile and greeting but otherwise left to do my own thing unless I asked, which was exactly what I wanted from my 9 night stay. At my request they arranged, airport shuttles, a dawn balloon ride, horse riding tour and Green tour which were all reasonably priced and very well organised without fuss. Overall a superb hotel, made exceptional by the personnel. Thank you x

I would highly recommend staying here! I would 100 % stay here next time I come! Location is fantastic, half a block from the start of the action, which I love, but on a quiet street. The room is huge with lots of seating options which I love! Restroom is huge and the shower pressure is insanely strong! Felt so good! Bed is comfy. Our host Filiz was amazing! She prepared lovely breakfast meals and is very kind. Few things that people may have concerns would be the restroom door didn’t properly shut but we didn’t care at all and I’m sure the host would take care of it. There are no drawers for clothes but there are hangers and an armoire. We keep our clothes in packing cubes so it was perfectly ok for us. Other than that it was perfect. I liked the neighborhood to walk. The cave hotels seem cool online but I knew I wanted a regular (but actually still cool) room. The cave hotels seem too congested and either way we spent the days walking near them. I wanted to leave a detailed review because they do help me a lot when deciding where to stay. Hope this helps!

Very great experience overall! Reception was perfect, we asked for an upgrade on arrival and got a discount we didn't expect. Breakfast was perfect even on the day when almost nobody else was at the hotel. Room was clean and had no issues. On the day we left we were also able to leave our baggage with no extra fee. Would recommend to stay here when visiting goreme.
