I was very happy with the ample space and the vintage style of the room.

AWFUL!!! I travel a lot around the world to budget stays. This room had little heat - I was FREEZING all night!! I asked for extra blankets and they told me 2 hours but no one came. Pic of the heater. This is a DO NOT STAY!

The staff was kind and responsive over chat and in person. Stay away from the coffee shop in the premises. The staff is rude, slow, and the food is pretry bad. There is mold and water damage in several walls in my room, the room is very noisy because the kitchen is right behind the room the Wi-Fi works although choppy. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The toiletries they give you are very bad. There's no blackout shades for the window. The hallway flooring is in very bad shape worn out but walkable

Excelente custo benefício. Quarto de tamanho muito bom, acomoda facilmente 3 pessoas e suas respectivas bagagens. Localização ótima, perto de restaurantes e de um grande shopping, anexo ao Sky Costanera. O hotel não tem recepção, todas as instruções de acesso são passadas com clareza pelo whats. Só uma pequena observação: indicaria colocar blackout nas janelas. O sol entrava no quarto com força logo que nascia.
