I almost fell getting in the elevator on the rig that moved and the edge was lifted up enough to cause me to trip .this is a real fall risk!! I'm a physical Therapist x42 yrs old. I mentioned this to the desk and she took info . She said that rug has been removed.

Everything was very nice. The only problem was the toilet. It wouldn’t fill completely at times. This made it hard to flush the next time used. I figured out how to make it work though.
