Comfort Inn & Suites Panama City Beach - Pier Park Area

Room was bottom facing entrance lot. High ceilings but we heard every footstep above us and people coming into lobby. Asked about potentially changing rooms for an upcharge and did not get the discussion or information I asked, just one option which was $150 extra for two nights. Also asked for the room to be serviced two times since we were there for 3 nights, all they did was swap out towels. Breakfast buffet was kind of a disappointment, the juice was very watery and the person working it is very surly. Gym is okay but small. Pool is okay but small. Good location for driving to beach, but the lot is so large it’s weird that it’s close to the main parkway which is noisy. If not for the noise of the lobby and upstairs, experience would be better. If you want to get the best value rooms, bring ear plugs. Shop around for places 15 minute drive from beach. If you’re going to be a drive away anyway.

Place was nice and clean. Great breakfast. Easy parking. The only thing tha I didn't like, we could smell propaine while in the pool, as if there was some leak nearby. Other than that great hotel for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Provide a good breakfast. Wash and dry clothes were not convenient with coins . People should have 8- 25cents coins just ti wash and thre other 8 -25 cents to dry. Going to the beach you definitely will need to wash your clothes from the sand. Be prepared!

We specifically chose this hotel due to the rating of 9/10, but instead experienced the exact opposite. Reasons for this include lack of maid service, little to no water pressure or even pulsating at times, only allowed one towel person, minimal parking, issues with mini fridge, and trash cans in hallways remaining overfilled for days. After speaking to a maid outside our room to *exchange* towels (you’re not allowed more), she told us she didn’t think our room should be cleaned. We followed up with the front desk, where they wrote down our request to have our room cleaned and reassured us it would be taken care of – shocker, it never was (the entire time we were there)! With this inconvenience, this caused us to have little to no toilet paper or soap, we had to reuse sheets (and towels), and had to deal with our overflowing trash cans. Especially for being at the beach, it would’ve been helpful to have the sand cleaned from our room. Additionally, the ice machine on our floor had been removed, despite signage indicating it was available. We also noticed a lack of professionalism from several staff members; many wore earbuds and were frequently on their phones, including those at the front desk. It was common to find no one at the front desk as staff would disappear into the supply room for long periods, leaving guests waiting with no assistance. The breakfast area was also problematic – overcrowded, with very long lines and limited seating, making it difficult to enjoy.

I would definitely stay here again. I dropped my wallet after checking in. It was returned immediately. My husband left his cell phone in the gym for about 3 hrs and it was there when he went back. The hotel is super clean. The manager is really nice and the staff is very polite. They serve breakfast daily with many options. They also have a swimming pool on premises.

Great overall experience. Only complaint is the parking lot was full a few times and we had to part at the business next door but other than that 10/10!

New hotel. Close to beaches and everything u need. It’s a bit of a hike to walk to beach but worked for me. Found out pool was not heated as I jumped in to find out was was 70 degrees.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The lobby is open, bright and inviting; room was spacious with a large bath and comfortable bed. Nice enough Fitness Center and a quality breakfast. Great value!

Very nice place. Beds are so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. The pool is very clean my kids had a ball. Good area pretty close to restaurants and other stores. We will definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay here again !!! My Grandkids loved the pool and the continental breakfast !!!

Super clean

I was very impressed with this hotel. Our room was very spacious. The breakfast was filling. My issues were how disgustingly dirty the floors were in our room. The bottom of our feet looked as if we had been walking around outside, the bottom of our socks turned black. They didn’t clean the rooms which was okay, I try to keep the room clean while staying in there during our three nights there, they only came in one day to empty the very small bathroom and room trash cans, but they left the obvious bags of trash and empty pizza boxes that were piling up. There isn’t a designated place to throw away trash, so many guests piled trash near the elevators which was distasteful.

Beautiful and clean hotel pretty good breakfast room was nice and clean very comfortable beds and hotel is close to beaches and pier park like a 5 min drive to both will definitely stay again

Very friendly staff and clean rooms

Our room was clean and smelled nice. Which was my worry. Our room was 202 and everything was perfect. Inspected bed and bathroom and everything seemed very clean which was a relief. Went down to breakfast at 8:30 and there were no tables to sit in unfortunately but everything smelled nice. Wish breakfast was out til 9:30. Would stay here again.

Not only was the staff SUPER friendly but helpful. The entire building was very clean and smelled great right when you walked in the door. I loved the daily Bible verses. I just can’t say enough about the place. Highly recommended and will definitely be repeat guests.

Very thin walls, literally heard snoring all night from next door and above stomping and walking all night. Did not get sleep at all. New hotel and “looks” nice but very cheap built.

Very nice hotel. Decorated nice. Modern and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, also. Check in and out was pleasant and easy. Only issue, road side room was a little loud, but turned on a fan and fell asleep fast

There was plenty of space in our room however there was a lack of furniture.

Everything was Everything!!! From the check-in service, to breakfast, to the pool area, to parking, to the location and a variety of near by entertainment. Just amazing! Quiet, comfortable, affordable, etc. We really enjoy our stay, this was our second time staying at this location and we’ll definitely be back. Amazing sunrise and sunset view from the backside rooms.

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. The beds were large and the rooms were very spacious. In the lobby, there was always water and coffee readily available.

We evacuated from Venice due to Milton. My husband and I both work remote. Well, the internet was absolutely terrible. Neither one of us could open up our files. We liked the hotel but lack of internet when really needed, terrible,

This was a very clean property, excellent customer service from the ladies from front desk. Delicious breakfast omg the eggs was fantastic. I was not aware that I had to call to request my room to get it cleaned, I only stayed for 2 nights, but I’ll be helpful if Front desk remind you about requesting services the day you check in I just didn’t know.

Good location and a rather new facility.It is a basic hotel that offers a pretty decent breakfast. I liked that the room's floor were tile and not carpet. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. There is a pool but I have no comment on it because I did not use it. The only complaint I have is that I had to request clean towels 2 days after I was there and that I had to request the room to be cleaned as well.

Room was great. Everything was great except when we checked in at the front desk. The lady was on the phone for about 8 minutes and never recognized me or asked me to kindly wait.

Tiahna was rude, unprofessional and nasty when we checked in. This after she called us earlier while we were traveling on the highway from New Orleans asking us where we were! Mind boggling. She shouldn’t be dealing with the public ever let alone in customer service. Thankfully Nick came in after and he was easy, professional and answered all our questions unlike Tiahna. Beautiful property and room but when you have someone like her working there it’s a horrible experience. Then checkout is 11 and someone is calling at 11:05 and asks “Are you checking out today”? Not smooth! We were out by 11:15 and keep in mind we weren’t there until 9 the night before. Makes it very uneasy when you’re trying to get moving and you’re being watched.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. All the ladies at front desk were very friendly,helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good every morning. We will stay there again when we return to that area!

Hotel is right off 98 close to everything. Breakfast was really good! Rooms were clean and nice!

Convenient location for business. If you're in town for the beach and Pier Park, not walkable.

Great budget hotel. Clean and good breakfast. Location is not optimum to visit the beach and there's limited dining options close by.

Located conveniently on Panama City beach parkway so beach is just a short drive, Peir park also a short drive 30 minutes from Ripley’s believe it or not once you get used to all the U-turns its pretty great

The buffet breakfast was not very good. We ate out instead at restaurants rather than try and find something we could eat there. The coffee was not drinkable. and they only had Herbal Green Tea bags for tea.

Great first time experience here. The room was clean and comfy. The bed slept amazing. The hot breakfast options were delightful. Staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't use the pool but it seemed nice as well. I definitely recommend this location.

2nd time staying here when we are in Panama City. Great breakfast, not just standard continental that most places offer. Hallway carpets have some wear and tear but still decent. Has a lovely smell when you enter lobby. Love that the rooms have wood floors and not carpet. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable for us. Quiet area. Beaches and stores restaurants about 10 mins away.Highly recommend

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had no problem checking in ( you can check in 45 minutes earlier before the time for free of charge). Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
