Lovely hotel, good location. Staff is great. I will say the buttonless elevators are a bit confusing and annoying if you run to catch one, you won't have hit your floor number and end up stuck on another floor. Otherwise great place.

This was one of my favorite hotel stays. I loved the room and this is the first hotel gym ive been in where they had dumbbells hogher than 50lbs (went to 75!). I really enjoyed my stay and wish it had been longer.

Elevator broke while we were there but the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Nice hotel. Great location in proximity to our event at the convention center Valet parking was $45 a night but there is a self service grage right behind for a fraction of the price. BRING YOUR OWN TOILETRIES! The line they carry is charcoal based and it STINKS!

Fantastic shower, beautiful property, excellent rooftop bar. Great valet service. Could have used extra pillows. Also wish there was better temperature control in the room.This is our second visit, we will come back!

Parking was not easy in the city, but the hotel offered valet parking which was a life savor! Also our A/C in our room was broken but staff was very accommodating providing fans all in all it was a very nice experience.

They had the most atrocious stench upon entering the building as I believe a sewer line must’ve been out the entire foyer, elevator area, cocktail area, and hall up to the rooms on the seventh floor all smelled very heavily. there were no accommodations made and it was obvious that it was an issue. It was a jampacked weekend otherwise I would’ve tried to get into another hotel, celebrating my best friends birthday.

Great hotel! Very clean and convenient for us and our activities at the GCCC. Definitely recommend!

Amazing room and hotel. Very new clean and modern

Our stay was..okay. Checked in on Wednesday. The hotel was nice on the surface, but issues became apparently quickly. Room was not cleaned properly when we checked in (cob webs and dusty collected on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, on the bed frame, black marks and what appeared to be a previous guest's SNOT on the wall, hair and trash left on the bathroom floor). Thursday morning before leaving for the day, i addressed these issues with the front desk and was told we would get a 'full service' house cleaning that day. We were asked to leave that day by a certain time, so that the house cleaning service could have time since they left for the day at 3, and we happily obliged. Come back Thursday night after a long at a musical festival, and the issues i brought up were still a problem. We were not given any clean towels despite having none. Went to take a shower and had no body wash or shampoo in the bottles provided. Next morning, I go down and express frustration. Front desk 'manager' offers to fix this immediately, your room will be cleaned fully today, etc etc. Offers to take $50 off a night for the inconvenience..great! Return that day to absolutely no room cleaning having been done, at all. For the 5 full nights we stayed, our room was only serviced 3 times. The issues i brought up the first day were never taken care of. Then, upon check out, it took over an hour to get the 'discount' i had been told i would received. Do not stay here. Go anywhere else

Awesome room with modern decor; thoughtfully designed and appointed. Loved the Nespresso machine; usually I don't even bother with room coffee but it was elevated. Very clean and recently updated.

Nice rooms with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel also has a cute rooftop bar. Entryway smells like eggs/farts though and coffee should be provided in the mornings.

We stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to Nationwide arena. Very walkable to the arena and restaurant/bars. Easy parking in parking garage behind the property. The hotel was very clean and everything was very high end. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!

The hotel is great. Loved the bathrooms and the layout of the room. The hotel is in short walking distance to the Convention Center. Only complaint is the air freshener in the lobby. Its not a good smell and is overpowering. Also, we requested to get our rooms serviced and it never happned. But still over all a great expereince.

There was a limit on the air conditioning so unless you like sleeping while sweating to death I do not recommend. I thought this was a bit more upgraded being a Hilton, but the lesser expensive hotels are way more comfortable

The breakfast burrito with chorizo was so soggy from grease. The beds and pillows are super soft that’s a personal thing, but the one thing that really ticked me off. Not being able to change the temperature of the room. The front desk had to give us a fan for our room.

Cbus was experiencing a heat wave during my stay and the room was really hot. Market Central cafe food is not good, had a couple of meals there. Surrounding hotels/restaurants are much better

Pretty hotel that was comfortable and clean. Excellent bar tenders at bar with a great view and atmosphere. Great location for Blue Jackets, Covnention Center and several bars and restaurants. Only complaint is walk to garage if you don’t valet and the corner room stayed at 74 (too hot) no matter what we set it to.

Hotel is nice although the rooms were a touch smallish. My only real gripe is the pillows were absolute mush and no firm pillows were available so I spent the weekend with a sore neck.

Parking sucks. Staff is snooty. Rooms are only allowed to go down to 68 (and it felt much warmer). If you like it, cool to sleep, you will not like this hotel at all! Overpriced. I travel a lot for business and will never stay at this establishment again

Everytime someone in another room doors closed. They were very loud and the barn door between the bedroom and bath was off track and wouldn't close. Other then that we had a very good stay.

Clean, modern, spacious room. Beautiful bathroom large closet, multiple mirrors, plenty of storage space for clothing or whatever. Tv equiped with streaming options like netflix andn youtube. Nice view of rhe city. Easy and fast valet service.

Staff was warm and friendly. I checked in after midnight valet had gone home for the evening the front desk staff said I could leave my vehicle parked out front as long as I left my keys. Typically, this turns out messy, but my car was still parked out front in the morning, valet gave me my keys and I was on my way!

Beautiful property, amazing rooftop bar. Fabulous breakfast! Very very friendly service, extremely accommodating valet staff. We will be back!!!

We really liked the style of the hotel. It was very stylish, clean, and extremely modern. Except, it wasn't easy figuring out the elevators or where the room was. Just new and different. Room was large and very nice. I will definitely stay there again. What I didn't like is that having a person at the "front desk" was not always good. I waited and asked around a few times becuase there was no one there a couple of times...for a while....

My favorite hotel to stay in downtown. Always have friendly valet, front desk staff and the rooms are always clean.

Check in is guaranteed at 4:00pm. We had just come from a ball tournament and called about early check in a few hours before. We were told it was possile. We get to the hotel at 3:30pm. A lot was going on downtown this weekend (concert, conventions, festivals) and they were busy. We gave our car to valet and waited in the check-in line for 25 minutes. Only 2 check in clerks. We were told the king size suite we reserved and had confirmation for was given away and we would get a double queen instead..WHAT? The downgraded room we DID NOT want or reserve was not ready and will need an additional 30 min. We check back in 30 minutes and are now in line for the 2nd time for over 20 minutes just to be told its not ready yet. To make it worse, everyone else was getting their room keys and passing us. He said give them 10 minutes and he would go check it himself. He came back down and started to help other people in line behind us and ignored us for 15 min. Not a word. We did not get into our room until 5pm. Concert starts at 5:30 at the stadium 20 minutes away. We were an hour late to the concert, the room was incredibly HOT and no way to lower it. The queen bed was too small. Lucky for us there were 2 queen beds so my huband and I had our own bed for our romantic getaway, ugh! Noon checkout, however the amount of noise from outside and inside was loud and started around 6:30am & never stopped. We regret canceling the Sheraton room we originally reserved for the Hilton. Big mistake!!

It was amazing. They continuously checked in on us. Made sure we had everything needed daily. Very very friendly and welcoming.

Gorgeous hotel in the arena district. Walking distance to Nationwide Arena and the Convention Center. Super modern and updated, clean, and comfortable. Awesome big nice shower. They accommodated an early check in which was great. Pricey but worth it for the location.

Safe area, close to restaurants and quiet despite being close to convention center.

The hotel is pretty new so everything was in great shape. The decor was very well done in the rooms. The rooftop bar was also a nice place to hang out. We had a mixup when we checked in and ended up walkingninto someone else's room. THANKFULLY, they weren't in the room at the time! Once the issue was corrected we didnt have any more issues with the service. It would have been nice to have been given a breakfast voucher or something for their mistake, but it wasn't the end of the world. The location was within walking distance of North Market, and we loved going there. Plenty of other restaurants are nearby as well. My one gripe: There's nowhere in the hotel to get a regular cup of coffee, and IMO, the Nespresso maker in the room is worthless. For the price of the room, please give me a real cup of coffee!

I was in Columbus for a conference at the GCCC. This was the best location since I was back and forth in the GCCC throughout my stay. The staff at the Canopy were very nice, and I enjoyed my stay there. Pay extra for the free breakfast. It's worth it!

Over all we had a excellent experience. The hotel was super clean smelt like a spa and the food in the cafe downstairs was amazing and we were able to check in early thanks to the friendly helpful staff.
