Mostly terrific. Great location, good rooms, great staff. I like the free breakfast, and the laundry room. Just tiny complaints: when the decaf coffee ran out that was it. Sometimes the gym and the bathroom near it did not have towels or soap.

We stayed for three nights, loved how close it was to the subway which got us into Boston quickly. Delicious breakfast, clean accommodations, and priced well. The Wi-Fi was terrible. It only worked for phones, not for laptops. Of the two computers that were available for guest use, only one was working. I recommend this hotel

Overall good, comfortable and a good location for trains to Boston. The mini kitchen was useful as was the free washer and dryer, just purchase powder at reception. Could improve housekeeping, it was a bit random about changing towels and cleaning the room. Could do with a “please makeup my room” card to hang on the door like most other hotels have. The whole hotel could do with a good dusting. We knew about the $15 per day parking charge, but it does seem excessive and doesn’t guarantee a space in the car park. Breakfast was okay, but random as to what was available each day. Equipment for waffles, pancakes and toaster frequently not working, and regularly ran out of cutlery and crockery (probably all taken to peoples rooms), and had to resort to paper plates and plastic cutlery. One of the elevators frequently broke down. Staff overall friendly and helpful, apart from breakfast where they seemed busy and understaffed.

The pots, pans, and silverware were dirty when we arrived. There was small blood stains on bedsheets but those were changed when we asked. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would stay here again

There was poor service, especially with regards to housekeeping. We requested housekeeping multiple times and they did not come. We stayed 8 nights and they showed up twice only. When showed up, they did not done good job. They placed the towels on the chair and not making the bed with trash not thrown away. Staff at reception not friendly and useless.

My stay here was decent. The staff are nice and the location is a 15-20 drive to Boston. There’s also a train station, Target, Walgreens, Stop & Shop grocery store & a couple of chain restaurants within walking distance. The cons—On site parking is available at $15 a day, which they don’t mention at check-in & I think it’s a complete rip off that they charge this much. The cleanliness is ok but the kitchenette dishes still had food residue on them & you could tell the keurig machine has never been cleaned properly, lots of greasy residue on it. There’s also construction happening next door, which woke me up from constant banging & drilling. If you stay here, I recommend asking for a room away from the construction.

Worst hotel experience in many years. Had to call the front desk every day, sometimes multiple times, to complain about the people staying directly above us who apparently had a child who just ran back an forth in their room at ALL times of the night (twice between 1 and 3 am). You could hear every footstep of this kid running back and forth. Even during the day this would happen and I was told by the front desk that the "quiet time" was not enforced until after 8:30pm. Never again.

I enjoyed my stay at Staybridge. I went to relax, and it was perfectly quiet until the last day - when guests across the hall left their dogs in the room and the dogs barked incessantly. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I especially appreciated the easy access to the North Quincy T station and lots of great food options and stores within walking distance. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is within a very short walking distance to a subway station. One can catch a MBTA subway to Boston Common directly from here. This location is a plus. We stayed in a room with a mini kitchen with a two burner cooktop which became handy on the evening we did not feel like eating out. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good. Our only complaint has to do with the shower. Although the bathroom is modern and clean, the shower head control is very difficult to adjust and the spray blasts way too strong. There's no way to reduce the flow and maintain the warm temperature. Reducing the flow will only produce cold water. Overall though, we had a good stay.

Beautiful room! 1 king size bed, a full refrigerator and wet bar, lovely lighting, and the TV has streaming options and can cast from your phone. The bathroom is also nice and roomy, I only had a shower but it was nice and warm with Dove products

Amazing hotel. The staff at Staybridge was one of the best we have had in a long time. Travis was so so helpful and pleasant. The rooms were really nice and I love that dishes and pans are supplied. They allow pets. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy. The floors are secured by key card access to the elevators. The price was great and the hotel compares to the top upscale hotels. Thanks to Travis and the other staff, this is now our go to hotel for our trips to Boston.

I was checked into an occupied room. The desk clerk told me very matter of fact-"nobody should be in there" then called the room and said it was a housekeeper. I had to leave for a meeting. When I came back in the evening to get my luggage and go to my room, the evening desk clerk told me that he had to move me to a different room as the earlier clerk booked another guest into that room.

We were happy with the hotel other than in an 8 night stay housekeeping never came to our room to replenish anything, even after requesting it. We were able to get towels and coffee supplies from front desk, but never housekeeping and the sign was on the door requesting service. Nichole at front desk was very helpful upon our early arrival.

I had a broken fridge i had to leave my food the my car another to save them. I called the front dest they promised to send a maintenance guy but he never showed up. I think I'm entitle to a parcial refund for such a bad service.

Great hotel. It was quiet and very clean. We will be staying here again. Only complaint was the women working the front desk on check in did not know the meaning of hospitality. She was very rude and made you feel like you were wasting her time by just checking in. She is not someone who should be the front facing person of the hotel.

The room was really nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love the fact that the hotel was very close to the subway (MBTA). It made it very easy to go in to Boston. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed there one week for our 25th wedding anniversary.

The breakfast bar is mediocre at best for a hotel in this price range. Food quality at a La Quinta level. And the kitchen / dining area was understaffed. .

The property was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal and not the best. The shower floor was very, very slick. The only thing to hold on to keep from falling was the moving door handle on the shower. This was not safe. Also, the sofa was very uncomfortable.

See previous glowing reviews. I’m not sure if it’s a season thing or not, but this property was charging for overnight parking in prior stays. It did not this time. I like the change. I noticed no waffle maker at breakfast time though. Not a deal breaker, but a slight change. Breakfast is great as usual.
