Stayed for one night. The hotel is clean and they do have a friendly staff. The room was clean. However they only gave me one bath towel. The bath towel was too small. The free breakfast was quite basic. If you need to use their shuttle service, you need to reserve ahead of time. They only have a small van and it fills up quite quickly.

No volvería y no lo recomiendo. Las condiciones de limpieza son inaceptables puesto que las toallas estaban manchadas de café y me han dicho que son manchas que no se quitan con cloro, pero dan poca confianza con manchas de ese tipo y me dijeron que así los podía usar. Si estamos pagando por un servicio el cual buscamos una estancia de descanso en lo que menos quisiéramos batallar creo es la limpieza. Además por desabasto me han dicho que no me podían brindar dos llaves siendo una habitación que pagamos para dos huéspedes. En fin, creo pueden mejorar.

El desayuno no hah mucha variedad y realmente no esta bueno, creo que ahi tienen su area de oportinidad para mejorar y en cuanto al alojamiento estuve 13 dias y por 5 dias hubo muchos ruidos por las noches no se si reparaban algo pero parecia que brincaban arriba de mi cuarto y el acceso a internet fatal, no habia buena señal en la habitacion solo pegado a la puerta o tenia que bajar al lobby

The man at desk was hrlpful and checked us in half hour before check in time. The cleaning lady was extremely rude and they only gave us 2 towels instead of 3. Which we were 3 in our party. She asked you guys need more towels in a very rude way. No towels to dry our hands, no washcloths, no bucket for ice. All bad.

In a city that is super hot we were having AC issues and they sent maintenance here and it broke again and I asked the front desk if they can give me a new room and they declined to provide me a new room but they want maintenance to come and check it one more time before they would switch me, at that point if I go back to a room with no AC I wanted a refund. FRONT DESK DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. CANT EVEN SAY IT WAS BAD SERVICE IF YOU CANT EVEN GET A HOLD OF THEM.

Check in is 3pm for this hotel. I arrived early but was willing to wait until check in time since my husband has dementia and I had missed a flight I had no choice. They were not communicating what the issue was behind the delay, but 3pm check in was missed so they didn’t check us in until 6pm knowing I had a flight at 4am so I wasn’t going to be there the whole night. We were exhausted and just wanted to check in to rest before leaving so early in the morning. Management was terrible she was rude, didn’t offer any sympathy for the delay and didn’t offer any help at all. To everyone who books here beware you may be delayed check in until night time and you just have to deal with it because management for this hotel doesn’t care about its guests.

I like the property and the customer service. I didn't like the understaffed service, the gentleman had to attend many customers all himself. He was very polite and respectful but being by himself made the check in process longer. I also didn't like the shower drain being partially plugged and I had to shower in a pool like.

It was really quiet, the staff was nice and respectful. The breakfast wa really good. They serve eggs with potatoes, fried beans. They have more food like cereal, oatmeal, fruits etc. Nice place. Thank you

El àrea para desayunar limitada, le faltan botes de basura mas grandes ya que se acumulaban los desechos de los que desayunaban...........se agotaban los alimentos y esperas a que los vuelvan a surtir.....

Property was clean and quiet. Did not expect the extra charges at arival. The explanatiom by staff was that expedia does not charge the extra person fee, the non optional transportation and breakfast. But mind you i did add all the people that were staying. Booked 2 rooms. I did make it clear that we did not need transportation or breakfast. The breakfast food was terrible.

The staff was fine. The breakfast was good. The amenities were ok. The room was nice, but the beds were hard. I'm not sure that I would recommend someone with back problems to stay here.

I am actually going to file a complaint the Stay was terrible check in was delayed for about 1 1/2 hrs they offered us a late checkout for the inconvenience but i was going to check out early due to travel and getting on time to my next destination then the next day we arrived to our room around 10:30 pm and we had very noisy next room people so we called The front desk security was called to settle them down but noise continued so I decided to leave the hotel unfortunately due to the type of payment they could not offer any refund so the only option they could offer was to be moved to a smaller room and a smaller bed so we could not sleep comfortably
