Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Nice spacious room. Bed was decent but wow the worst pillows ever. Very thin and lumpy which made sleeping difficult. We heard a loud train whistle around 9 pm and again at 6am. Toiletries are refreshing but the shower has pink mold.

The first hotel room that actually smelled clean, like REALLY clean. Every crevice and corner was spotless. Their cleaners do a really good job. I was constantly pleasantly surprised at all the little things they had, like a pool table in the lobby, neatly organized buckets by the ice machine, water refill station. Breakfast was neatly organized and offered little things I’ve never seen offered before, like a toppings bar. They also offer complimentary hot cocoa and tea. Really neatly thought out and clean food area and dispensers. The little details do it for me. The designer for the hotel did such a great job. All their designs are well thought out, aesthetically pleasing and on brand while being fun and unique. The first hotel that I actually felt I knew exactly where I was going at all times. Great layout and way finding signs. Their placement of design elements with informative nuggets was genius. Loved all the little help circles. ALSO when I walked in, the TV screen had a welcome screen on with my name on it.

Staff was great! Onlu complaint is the room had a wet dog smell. We don't have a dog, so we are not use to the smell. The property was very nice, but the smell was annoying.

Clean, well-maintained & functional, but there is NO sound-proofing in walls or floor. Neighbors beside & above made it impossible to sleep. No coffee maker or microwave was an inconvenience. Otherwise good.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Tru by Hilton! The moment I walked in, I was taken by the aesthetics—the bright, clean, modern colors and the overall vibe of the hotel felt so refreshing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even though we only stayed one night, it truly felt like a getaway. But what made the experience exceptional was Michelle. Her service, professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness were unmatched. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. People like her are the reason guests come back. Even though our stay was short, I genuinely wished we had more time. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through.

The front desk team members I interacted with during my stay were great. Check in process was super easy, the staff member listened to my noise concerns and helped me find the quietest room, and checked in to make sure I had everything needed for my stay, couldn't ask for better customer service. Hotel was clean, parking was easy, and grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, were either a short walk or short drive away. For the price, awesome interactions with staff, cleanliness, and overall comfort of room and lobby, a superb experience overall. Would definitely choose to stay again.

The property was clean and quiet, although hard to find. It is hidden by trees and has no obvious signage to identify itself. We initially went to the Hampton (another Hilton property) just down the street thinking that was the place. Tru's pet friendly policy is exemplary.

The staff was very polite all weekend and had fun activities going on for Halloween for the kids staying at the hotel. Evrything was very clean and proximity to downtown was great! Just a quick 5-7 min drive. The rooms do echo and we could hear the room above us when walking around, but could have beebecause it was super late at night so no one was awake. Overall, really nice hotel!

Right off I-75 so I didn’t lose time or miles to finish my trip. Gas and restaurants right there for dinner and breakfast was included in my stay. I felt safe, the property was nice, clean, bright and my room was comfortable. Not mention the price was right. Worth every penny.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Our biggest complaints are breakfast - very few vegetarian choices. Please offer breakfast potatoes or hash browns to have something filling and hot for breakfast. Also, no plastic or aluminum recycling. We took our recyclables with us.

Fantastic stay! Staff was friendly, working hard all the time and the property showed it. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast yogurt with the available granola topping and dried fruit topping was delicious! Will definitely stay at Tru again!
