Spotless and engaging common areas but feels like it was designed by gen z for millennials in a short attention span era. Surprisingly quiet room for all the hard edges and slept like a dream. Small dog walking lawn with doody bags and a bin off one corner of the spacious parking lot.

Booked a night here as a midway stop on a long holiday drive. Staff was beyond friendly, rooms were clean, and the beds oh so comfy. Loved that they had food available for purchase at the front desk and constant coffee/tea. We didn't need it this stay, but often arrive at hotels when it's too late to get dinner. Wish the dog fee was a bit less, but still happy they let dogs in.

Clean hotel, very modern looking. Website said laundry services were at hotel. Incorrect. Front desk clerk referred us to a laundromat 15 minutes away. Which was extremely inconvenient. In search, we found one 2 miles away. Extremely frustrating.

Everything was super clean,,including thd fitness center. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The freezer breakfast was also really good with a lot of options. All of the employees were incredibly nice.

Filthy floors in the room specifically for disabled persons. It hasn't been mopped in quite sometimes as my white socks turned black before I realized how disgusting it was. No tissues in the box, no extra toilet paper, 2 towels for 4 days and no soap in the shower soap dispenser. They did not service the rooms daily. You would think they would at least keep the room spic and span considering it's for people with health issues? We stay at Hilton properties regularly and I won't stay in a Tru by Hilton again.

Property is close to grocery store, restaurants, and other shopping. Air conditioning was very loud, fire alarm light blinked all night which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel is very clean and breakfast was delicious. Safe atmosphere and surroundings.

It was an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The floors were sticky in the room but other than that, it is a beautiful and comfortable place. I will be coming back for sure!

The lobby and all common areas had a strong fragrance odor. My wife has a fragrance allergy and this was very bothersome for her. The shower had visible mold around the glass door and bottom corners of the surround.

Breakfast staff the next morning must have been half asleep though ..buffet items were VERY slow to be refilled and they didn't seem interested in taking care of it when we mentioned it. Room was clean and comfortable -- try to get a room that doesn't face the highway, as those are quite noisy. Free TV options were limited.

I thought the room was a little small for a Hilton and for the price. I think this is the smallest hotel room that I’ve booked. Disappointed that the price kept going up as the trip time approached. Simple things like tissue and toilet paper were cheap.

Beautiful hotel and excellent customer service! I believe her name was Karen she was outstanding and made check in a breeze! Even changed our room to accommodate being able to see our truck and trailer. She had great details of surrounding restaurants with discounts that were available to us. I hope she gets recognition for this review as she is the main reason I would return.

Love that flooring in room wasn’t carpet. Seems cleaner, especially for a pet friendly place. Bed and pillows very comfortable. No issues with highway noise. Restaurant next to hotel was convenient. Free breakfast wasn’t available until later on a weekend, but travelers like me still want to leave early. Overall, a great place to stay.

This is the perfect place to stay for events at the Rose Music Center. The hotel and the music venue essentially share a parking lot, so walking to your show is quick and easy. There is also a nearby restaurant that is walkable and provides a small discount for hotel guests. The property is fresh, new and clean with a friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here after a concert at Rose Music Center. Beautiful, clean hotel with comfy beds. Loved being able to walk to the venue! Also they gave us a tip that we could go to the restaurant near the hotel (walking distance) and everyone could get a free appetizer. That was great as well. Really enjoyed our stay!

Didnt like that breakfast was over at 9am. They literally shut the drinks off. We were still.eating. She did turn it back on so i could have a drink with my meal. People came down at 915 and it was closed up. Disappointing

For having the Hilton name is on the cheap side. The room was fine and staff was great. The breakfast was definitely not worth going too. The pancake maker was broken and the rest of the breakfast items were just not edible.
