The amenities on the property and in the room were good. Dishes, portable grill/cooktop, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, plenty of table space, and large drawers for clothes. Separate sitting area with couch that has curtain for privacy. Fire pits for guests to use next to lobby on side of hotel. PLEASE stop serving reheated eggs and meat for breakfast.

Usually I don't pick a hotel when it is pet friendly since they seem to disappoint me on the cleanliness. This one did NOT disappoint! I did not hear any animals or see a bunch of dog hair everywhere. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. The gym and location were great!! We will definitely stay at a home2suites in the future.

When we first arrived as we were entering the building all you could smell was cigarette smoke with used cigarettes on rug and around front door. The room appeared clean but in the kitchenette area the counter and draw pulls was dirty and sticky. Only 1 dish towel in kitchenette area. Had to ask for another dish cloth even after the room was supposedly clean and the only dish cloth we had was removed. We had to ask for more towel, wash clothes and hand towels every day even the day the room was suppose to have been cleaned. Also had to request toilet tissue after the room was supposed to have been cleaned. The breakfast was cold and not good at all! My 18 year old grandson was making his waffle at the self-serve waffle machine and was yelled at by one of the workers who was supposed to be there to assist those staying at the hotel. It was very noisy most of the night. Also, housekeeping when they cleaned rooms on our hall very loud , slamming doors, yelling in the hallway. The pool was dirty and unusable by my grandsons. Words can not really appropriately describe how bad our stay at this hotel really was for us. I was very disappointed with our stay at Home2Suites by Hilton. I thought since it’s a Hilton Hotel that it would have been held at a higher standard. We will not being staying at this hotel ever again.

Looked good but the room had bad furniture dogs scratching on couch. I don’t like staying with dogs

We really enjoyed staying here! It is a nice, newer location. It's very clean and well kept. I really don't have any complaints. If I had any it would be the parking. Small parking lot. Buffet style breakfast, lots of options. Very comfortable bed!! I slept like a baby, definitely not a typical hotel bed. I felt the bed was of high quality!

The hotel was way expensive for what it offered at $252 a night . VERY aloud at all time of day and night , not enough staff on, laundry facilities completely not working on a soccer tournament weekend , and on top of all that I was overcharged $75 at checkout.

One of the highlights was the pool — it was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy during our stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus, with easy access from the main road and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The lobby and breakfast area were nicely designed and comfortable. I also want to commend the staff; everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with any questions or needs. My only real disappointment was the breakfast. While the area itself was nice, the options were quite limited, especially compared to those at similar hotels. Overall, it's a solid place to stay with great staff and a convenient location.

Bathtub was dirty

The room was spotless and well maintained. Amy and Penny at the front desk went above and beyond to help when needed. Flo had breakfast ready and on point every morning and was there to help and keep the bar tidy! I would highly recommend!

Very clean and the breakfast was good

I usually love home2. They’re usually clean and smell nice. Not the case here. The breakfast is usually OK (not great but ok), but here it really wasn’t. No housekeeping on weekends so have to go to desk for towels, TP, etc. This one also wasn’t as clean as other Home2 hotels I’ve been to. There were hairs on shower floor and an overall grimy feeling on the doorknobs. Super dirty carpet and the fridge had puddles of water on the shelves. Also we were given an open/partially used bottle of dish soap- that hasn’t been the case at other Home 2’s I’ve been to. I wasn’t pleased with this location.

Found ants in my room, found blood near my bed, hair when I was checking the bed, and hair in the soap dish when I checked in.

The cleaning staff must have been on vacation. The room was terrible, it needed vacuuming bad.

The space and set up of the room is a nice size and to have access to a kitchenette area is awesome! Hotel was close to Tropic Falls and all of the surrounding places to eat and shop! Overall the room was clean, However, house keeping needs to happen more frequent because the hotel room and hotel hallways smell stale, bring air freshener! Sanitizing your carpet hallways and rooms with some carpet freshener or something helpful would make a world of difference. Unfortunate we had a roach in our room by our next day/before we checked out!

Front desk staff was great. Room was not made up when we checked in. Dirty towels, dirty sink, dirty kitchen sink, dirty fridge with spilled drink, couch pillows on the floor. Beds were made. Trash removed but no trash bags. They changed our room. 2nd room was made nice but shower was mildewed and a little gross. All the hallways (1st room was on 2nd floor, 2nd room was on 3rd floor) were very filthy… not vacuumed in days/weeks? All in all, the price paid was not reflected in the quality received. Just plain dirty. I will not return.

The only complaint I would have it the AC unit is very loud in both of the rooms.

Need better pillows. Maybe a cereal kids like at breakfast.Rooms were nice and hotel was guiet. Would stay again but bring pillows

We only stayed one night so maybe it was the location of the room. It was just noisy. Lots of banging.

The customer service was nice. I just wish the deposit fee was placed in the description. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft. I went and purchased a couple of pillows from Walmart. I’m glad we only stayed a couple of nights because the bed was horrible.

The suite was just right for my husband and I. Great location for shopping & dining! Friendly staff, comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. I recommend & would stay again.

The towels are soft and large which is better than any I’ve stayed in my 52 years. The shower head was well above my head which is another plus. Apartment size fridge/freezer combo. Bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of space for clothing. The room was perfect size for us.

People were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Main issue was a broken window shade so we had to deal with the glare of outside lights and the early sunrise.

The hotel is nice and CLEAN, but the beds are horribly uncomfortable. If I had to stay somewhere in a pinch I'd stay there again, but it would NOT be my first or second choice. It was that bad. However overall it was a great place to stay. If you don't need to sleep.

The hotel staff was friendly and our room meet our expectations. BUT the paper thin floors were an issue. We heard the people above us walking, jumping, banging, and talking until 1:30am!

My stay at Home2 was as expected with the exception of 2 things. 1 - the front desk host that checked me in was not very friendly. He seems that I was bothering him. Additionally, when I called down to ask for some more towels, he required me to come down and pick them up. Usually these things are brought to your room. 2 - my shower had no hot water on the morning of my checkout.

Very friendly staff, smooth check in/out

Andrew at the front desk was very friendly. Most people just check you in & don’t socialize with you. Andrew actually talked to use & made us feel very welcome. The next morning the housekeeper who name I didn’t get was very friendly. She was down the hall from our room cleaning another room. She greeted us with good morning & asked us if we needed anything. I have to sleep on a lot of pillows & forgot my extra pillow at home so I asked if I could get a pillow if possible. She asked for our room number & said she would be sure to put 1 in there when she was done. We left to get a bite to eat & when we returned we both said she forgot the pillow. We rested up a little then went back out for our scheduled activities but when we returned the pillow was there. I said oh she didn’t forget! That little thing meant a lot to me because I have neck issues & she took time to make sure I got that pillow. This hotel will be my home away from home from now on whenever I’m in town.

I dislike writing bad reviews however I dealt with a situation in regards to my room. Once I was checked in I got to my room and notice there was juice spilled down the area where the tv sits food on the floors and hair on the bathroom floor as wel. I didn’t make a big deal about it so I cleaned everything with my Lysol wipes and spray. The next morning I spoke with a gentleman whom I guess shift was ending and advised him of the condition of my room and requested just a lite housekeeper to just clean the room not a full service . He notated the information and apologized. I returned from the water park that day around 7 ish just to see nothing was done. I advised the night shift front desk clerk of the issue again and mentioned the previous notes that were taking down . Let’s just say she showed no interest in my concern had no sympathy more accommodations for me at all just stated there’s no one to clean the room. I asked for the GM or supervisor info to speak with them on my last day during check out and still nothing was done no apologies nothing was told I booked through a third party to contact them (Expedia ). I reached out to them only to be told I would receive 75 dollars key cash that I have yet to get and that was it. I WILL NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AGAIN

The hotel was great. Staff was super nice including Andrew , who checked us in on Friday night. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Also moved through the check in process quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

The night shift front desk when checking in and out were helpful and made our check in a breeze and our check out super easy! The breakfast staff helped also and the oatmeal is delicious!

Service was excellent

The prices are very reasonable, but so again we went after Xmas. The breakfast was ok, not as good as it was last year when we visited around this time. The room was clean, but there was a hair brush and q tips left in the drawer from previous guest. I do recommend this hotel for when visiting the theme park, and mall and restaurants in walking distance. Great location.

Great location!

Good place to stay for tropic falls water park

We loved the location. Directly across the street from Tanger Outlet. The beach was an 20 minute away and there were plenty of restaurants on the strip.

The suite was just right for my husband and I. Great location for shopping & dining! Friendly staff, comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. I recommend & would stay again.

Hotel was decent great location for foley shopping owa and not too far from the beach! The breakfast in the morning was lacking and they actually ran out of food two days of our stay because of not being prepared for the crowd that was there. Would stay again though just bring some groceries!

My family and I were in town for a Volleyball Tournament. Home2 Suites was perfectly located in the center of plenty of restaurants to eat and just a five minute drive from the Foley Event Center. The staff was friendly and always helpful and the property was clean and comfortable. We will select Home2 Suites in Foley again in the future.

The facility was nice and a good location for our family needs. I do wish the towels would be changed out daily instead of every other day because they never seemed to dry because of the weather and humidity. The breakfast was well prepared by excellent staff, but more options would be good such as fruit, cereal, and yogurt. We loved the refrigerator in the room with a real freezer and a dishwasher. Amazing to have both. The staff was nice and attentive.

We checked in later than expected, around 9pm due to traffic. The night desk clerk kept us waiting which was a poor start to our trip. The room was clean, but you could tell it was a little older. The beds were comfortable and clean and we were able to get the AC to bring the room to a comforable temp. The bathroom was clean and they had provided pleanty of clean towels. There is a vent in the bathroom which helped with the humidity. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a variety of foods from waffles to omlets and grits to cereals and toast. The drink dispenser was out of order so there was nothing to drink. Not even water. People had to purchase bottled water from the little market they had. Overall, the place was nice to stay with a family, but there are some issues that need to be fixed. Nothing that couldnt be taken care of easily.

Shampoo was empty, no towels for pool, breakfast meat was too tough to eat. Trash on floor in 2 main areas for our entire stay.
