there is no parking, just only 3 for users front of the door 😭😭 the service is very nice👍👍they can speak english very well, free coffee, and safely 👍👍👍

The property is very spacious compared with the regular hotel. To reach the transportations such as train stations and bus stops takes about 10 minutes walk.If you know how to reach your desired destinations by bus, this place is very convenient.The location is in the residential area, so there are no sightseeing places to walk around. There are  two 24hrs convenience stores within 10minutes walking distance. The cooking tools or cutlery are minimal , so you can not expect to cook a lot of meals. The laundry machine and conditioning are available on the unit and that was a plus for long staying.We enjoy free coffee at the lobby every day.

Kitchen setup was cleverly hidden under a table but the staff was super helpful. I love the area around the hotel and it was super convenient to walk to different places or get to a subway station. The only downside is that the ensuite laundry doesn’t have a dryer but it was not a deal breaker

Schönes in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegenes Hotel. Bus und Bahn innerhalb von 5 min Fußweg erreichbar, 20 min zu Fuß zu Kyoto-Station. Großes sauberes, sehr komfortabeles Zimmer mit Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel und ausreichende Anzahl von Handtüchern, da keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, was völlig ok ist. Netter Empfang und freundliche junge Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby schmeckte hervorragend.

We appreciated the amenities and the proximity to the Family Mart across the street as well as other convenience stores. The vending machines inside and outside the hotel were a great placement. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. 😊

The room was extremely dark, with limited lighting. Although there is a kitchen area for cooking, there were no plates or bowls. The coffee machine in the lobby did not work half the time I was there. The hotel is also not located in a convenient area. Overall my stay was average.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and it's amenities are incredible, they thought of everything. At the lobby, you can enjoy free coffee capsules and it is a rather pleasing lobby.

la taille de la chambre était parfaite. toutefois au niveau propreté, les chaises et le canapé avaient plusieurs taches douteuses nous avons utilisé des serviettes pour utiliser les chaises. les serviettes ne sont pas de bonne qualité mais ils en fournissent assez pour en changer.

Air conditioner and floor was dusty. Will need to taxi everywhere. Otherwise it’s a nice property in a quiet neighborhood.

房間大致乾淨，不過一些細節上都沒有整理，包括排風濾網，窗簾灰塵都看的出來是很久都沒有清理的，床鋪上倒是沒有什麼問題，隔音沒有很好

The facilities in the room were good including washing machine, airer etc The dishes were tiny though, the kitchen was not very useable for anything other than a snack. My main issue is that the room was dirty, carpet had visible stains. Dusty etc Very old and worn down compared to photos.

Place was very nice but there was a heavy layer of dust on some of the lesser used shelf space.

冷蔵庫の中が臭かった 多分、キムチの匂いだと思います 次に使う人のために完全に消臭して欲しいです

赤カビがあったので、浴槽を使うのを止めました 洗面器回りもホコリだらけで、清掃が行き届いていないので、見えない部分も汚れているのでは？と思いリラックス出来ませんでした。

We had a great stay! Room was clean and super spacious compared to the ones we had in our stay in Japan. Friendly staff that was always happy to help. Highly recommend it.

Best hotel that we stayed at while in Japan. Very spacious bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. About 10min walk to the closest train station.

The cleanliness was amazing and the view off the balcony straight to neighbourhood life and the crickets and crows talking was awesome I def recommend!!!

Large room, location a bit in out of the main zones of interest and a bit far from the public transportation, but doable on foot. One cleaning in 5 days, washing machine right in the bathroom, which is a big plus. Comfy beds (but no double beds, only twin rooms). Good experience in general.

The third bed was a sofa, not a real bed.

The pictures of the room don't do it justice. It was spacious enough for 3 people (with 3 individual beds that were comfortable) and our luggage. The bathroom was amazing: ample, warm, clean and the bathtub fills really quick. Enough cabinets and surfaces to keep our purchases and clothes/shoes/items. The staff was always nice. There's is a 24/7 Family Mart across the street that's really convenient. I will definitely use Stay Sakura in any future trips. I'm actually sad I only book them for Kyoto and not Tokyo. It surpassed our expectations.

Best part was the staff members, all four encountered were very helpful and friendly and spoke various languages, which made things much easier. Great room accommodations and plenty of room for clothes to hang. Appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby and the complimentary waters. Love the “no shoes” policy, really kept the room clean. Only two downsides. One being a foldout couch for the third bed, which is technically a bed, but very uncomfortable due to being uneven when unfolded, essentially creating a hard spine that jutted into the back when slept on. The second is the awkward shelving/cabinetry design and layout, which was not easy to open or close. Hiding the mini-fridge behind a hard-to-use cabinet door was not a good choice. The decor/interior design was clean and sleek, but it came at the expense of functionality. As some reviewers have noted, the location will require some walking (~10 mins) to get to any of the nearest bus stops. One last note for travelers walking and checking into the hotel. When using Google Maps to reach the hotel, for some reason Google will send you to the BACK of the hotel (with no way to enter because it’s a different alleyway that’s a dead end) instead of the front entrance, so beware when walking with lots of luggage that you may end up taking unnecessary steps. Also be careful of the double glass entry doors, which are so clean and transparent that one could easily walk into them and hurt themselves (witnessed in person)

Very terrible customer service! The glass Japanese man worker on the front desk had discrimination on Asian face. It is ridiculous

Rooms were quite spacious considering the price, however a minimum of 10 min walk to subway and 20 min to Kyoto station. Front desk is very limited in hours of operation and service, they would not send luggage onwards and directed us to the convenience store across the street..

很棒的住宿點，自駕停車很方便，旅館服務人員非常好，也有免費的膠囊咖啡可喝。房間有便利的小廚房可用。 特別值得一提，住宿期間，因故牙痛，必須在日本看牙醫。 前台服務人員張勝傑MR，幫忙預約日本診所，診所希望能有精通日語的翻譯陪同看診。前台的留學生-張勝傑MR非常熱心，於自己午休時間陪我們去看診，全程擔任中日通譯，耗時兩個小時多，幫我順利解決牙痛，真是非常的感激。 所以，我又立馬延長兩晚在此旅館，共住了4晚，真的是很舒適，我也希望旅館的資方能夠好好獎勵此優秀的員工。能為從不認識的旅客，如此真心付出，真的非常有服務熱枕!

Was not very convenient to get around Kyoto from this hotel. Bus stops and train stops were at least 15 minutes walking which wasn't great for location. We booked 2 rooms and both were dirty, we only complained on one of them. While the rooms were spacious and there was a washer/dryer unit which was nice, it wasn't the best of stays. I wouldn't recommend

Great building, 10-20 minute walk from local subway stations that connect you with all of Kyoto.

The property is nice, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was more spacious than I had expected. The hotel was a good place to stay. The challenge was the location. It was a bit of a commute from the Kyoto station and is not visible from a major street. It is in an alley and took effort to find. Overall, a nice and pleasant hotel in an inconvenient location. I did, however, get used to the commute.

Over all, this hotel is a walking distance to Inari .

We really enjoyed our stay at Stay SAKURA Kyoto Fuga. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable with excellent service. However, most tourist spots and train stations were a bit far, so we often used Go Taxi to get around luckily, taxis were affordable and convenient.

Lovely hotel with Family Mart across the road and 3 eateries beside hotel. Bus stop is across the road with easy access to Kyoto Station. Or you can walk leisurely to Kyoto Station.

The hotel entrance is really tucked away. There are not to many restaurants close by but family mart was just a short 2 block walk. It is clean but you should know that to enter your room you will have to go outside. They do not replace your towels or clean your room unless you ask. There was also only coffee available in the coffee bar which I could not get the machine to work and no tea.

The place is clean and cozy. There is a 711 near the station thats a few minites away and a family mart nearby the hotel. Convenient and also close to many transits and popular spots

Overall great place to stay just a little far away from restaurants and night life.

Comfortable accommodation with great facilities. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage. A little out from the main drag but nice and quiet and just a few minutes walk to various bus stops, and easy and cheap to use the city bus to get to all tourist attractions. Close to a Family Mart. Also a couple of decent looking restaurants next to the hotel, although we didn’t use them. Would stay here again.
