Clean room and cool property that was in a great location. For the price of the property, it felt like a lot of amenities were missing. You had to pay for things that other hotels provide like toothbrushes. Also, the elevators took forever.

This hotel is very well located. The amenities are good. However we stayed in a balcony garden room. It is very dull with poor natural lighting as it’s an internal light well with big overhang. Breakfast is limited on terms of offer and stops promptly at 10am. Staff gave us some miss information on baggage transfer. Overall I would consider an alternative hotel in Kyoto

Great location. Lovely staff. Breakfast choices a bit limited if you don’t eat pork or dairy.
