The staff were very attentive. The hotel was clean for the most part. Only one of the elevators worked and we never received a room key due to the internet being down and they could not load the room on the key. We went without a room key for each night we were there. Fortunately the staff escorted us to our rooms. It was still an inconvenience. The internet also did not work during our stay. The air conditioner made too much noise , but we reported it and they did fix it. The hotel manager should have offered each guest a reduction in cost for the rooms, because of these inconveniences, but did not. I will not stay here again.

The actual hotel was fine, it's just not in the best area. Parking is limited- we had to park in an adjacent lot. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff was great.

Food availability suffers immensely, the Chinese place is dirty, pats pizza is lackluster at best. Theres to pizza huts only 2 miles away, but neither will deliver. On the plus side, the airport shuttle is there for you regardless of time, and the drivers very outgoing.

Clean and safe. My only gripe is the parking. On the property there 16 spots. They did provide an overflow off site of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This property advertises a free shuttle to and from Phila Airport and when I called they said no driver. So I asked to cancel the res and the woman was unwilling to do so. So I called Orbitz Customer Service and they helped me

Room was very clean! Greeted by front desk was great. Parking was horrible. The front desk told us we could park in the employee lot but it was pitch dark. The hotel entrance very nice. You could tell people must live here or people just hanging out. Didn’t care for the area super isolated.

The smell in the room was so strong. It hit you in the face when you walked in. At first I thought it was strong cleaning products, but I actually think it was bad mold/mildew in the sink. I smelled it worse when I was washing dishes.

The property seemed nice and clean. Check in was at 3 but wasn’t able to check in until later due to the room being cleaned while others were checking in with no issue. The room was VERY nice, with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher the place was like home. Only complaint was the AC unit. Although the temp was set to 65-71 the room would not cool and was at a constant 82-84. Great staff, great appearance. Very recommended.

As far as the property, there isn't near enough parking. There were a couple of broken down vehicles that probably caused the issue though. The room was a big problem. It was a suite that had a kitchen and cook top in it so food mess is expected. What was not expected was the dishes to be dirty when we walked in, ants to be everywhere and show up out of nowhere. They were in the bedroom (where there was no food), in the living room (again where no food was), and in the bathroom near the sink and the shower. We cleaned them up and kept food refrigerated but the second we put a cup down, giant trail of ants showed up after sitting there watching tv for 5 minutes. It made relaxing nearly impossible and we were afraid to put anything down. The only other problem were the fixtures. Our first night there the towel hand fell out of nowhere. Just fell while my girlfriend was sleeping, the toilet continued to flush (I had to manually shut it off) and the shower wouldn't drain properly. Also, the garbage disposal was definitely off kilter.

I had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean and had a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly, though I did have to wait past 3pm for my room to be ready. Once it was ready though, I had a very relaxing time. The TV was also a bit fussy and it was stuck at max volume, but I was mostly out seeing the city so I didn’t watch much TV. The kitchen area was lovely to have as well, I only wish I had utilized it more during my trip. I plan on staying here again in the future!

Our room and the staff were amazing! We had a full kitchen with utensils and pans and stuff. Rooms were very clean and large. Entire hotel was clean and smelled amazing. Staff was very polite and great. Only thing that we did have a problem with was parking. We had to park in lot across the street the second night but was no biggie. It was still a part of their parking but not directly in their lot. We would definitely stay again! We had 4 rooms and they were ALL very clean and amazing!

Property is convenient to the airport and Widener University. Mostly clean but not spotless. I did not appreciate being charged $150 on my credit card as a "security deposit" then having to wait 3-5 business days to have it credited back. Most other hotels just swipe your card and run an authorization. This hotel actually charges $150 then you have to trust them to refund you. Seems sketchy to me.

The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. They have an additional parking space in a safe parking lot across their location in case all of the immediate parking is full. The room was nice, clean, quiet and so were the halls. I would definitely come back again.

Our room and the staff were amazing! We had a full kitchen with utensils and pans and stuff. Rooms were very clean and large. Entire hotel was clean and smelled amazing. It was a nice stay. Very quiet nights (minus traffic ) the rooms were isolated well. Service was okay no complaints they checked me in and back out. Hotel and room itself was nice. Didn’t notice any bugs or obvious dirt. Liked the snack/essentials room. Pretty local to good food <10 minute ride. 5 min off the highway.

Friendly staff. Clean and bright facility. Nice touch to provide good coffee in the lobby because the coffee packet in the guest room is unpalatable. Wish there is complimentary regular tea and herbal tea in the lobby besides coffee for tea drinkers.
