It was amazing, I received an early check in, the suite was clean and really comfortable. The staff is really friendly and very accommodating.The Inn is really nice, clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time in the pool area, there are comfortable chairs and tables with chairs outside of the pool. Staff started the gas grill for me and I cooked on it, very nice grill. Breakfast was great everyday, well stocked and friendly service. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Las Vegas for non casino accommodations.

The parking on the property was very tight in the evening. The fitness center needs an update with some additional equipment. The staff and room was excellent. Breakfast was normal fare for this type of hotel. Overall a good stsy .

The hotel was pretty disappointing. The lobby entrance smelled like sweat the entire night and next morning. One of the elevators was broken down and we waited forever to get our luggage up to the room. The internet didn't work, so we told the front desk as we were leaving for dinner, and she said they were going to have to reset it. It never worked during our stay. The room was not well insulated. Noise from the street and noise from people in the hall kept us awake. At one point the people in the room across from us brought take out to eat in their room and the rooms are so poorly insulated that our entire room smelled of their dinner as we were trying to fall asleep. We stayed here because we live an hour out of vegas and we had an early flight to catch so wanted to save us having to wake even earlier and drive from home. Definitely wont make that mistake again.

The property, amenities, staff and room were very nice, clean and modern. With free buffet breakfast and it has its own kitchenette is a plus. The downside of our stay was that our room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. We told the staff as soon as we entered the room and they were kind enough to offer it to be sprayed or something, but we said its fine not to since we will be out and just be sleeping overnight. But during the night, me and my husband had the same description of suffocating smell of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. I would probably come back and stay in this property again in the future, but will ask for a room change if this situation happens again.

It was clean but walls are not well soundproof, the door not seal properly or I don’t know but you could hear peoples tvs or conversations walking by. They forgot to clean our room when we didn’t have a sign out.

Rooms were great with an unexpected kitchenette and living space. This was very beneficially when we had to set up a crib for our infant. The tv also swiveled so we were able to watch tv while the baby slept in the living room.

Hotel is new and in good shape. Our semi-suite was large enough, comfy, with a full working kitchen. Our only issue was a slow internet that affected the room’s televisions. While Netflix was a built-in option (you needed to log in with your own account, of course), the TVs were so slow to respond to the remote m, or to download content, to be unusable. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our single night here.

I didn’t like the fact that 2 of the 3 nights there was a big family across from us and above us where huge fights broke out between them in the middle of the night. Like 230 am. Stomping on the floor and throwing each other against the walls. What’s next? Gunshots? Unacceptable and the hotel did nothing to stop it even though I called the desk. I don’t think we will be staying there again. Not a good stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall was good. The only reason for the lower review is that we reserved a pack and play for our room. I put a note in our reservation. Just to be sure we called 3 days before our trip. Once again we were assured that there would be a pack and play in our room. We check in and no pack-and-play. We were then told that sorry they had already given out all the pack and play to other rooms. That we needed to call the morning of our reservation if we had wanted a pack and play. What was the point of the two other times we contacted the hotel then. They offered us extra blankets and pillows which that doesn't help give my 1 year old a place to sleep. So if you need extra accommodations for your stay be warned.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times for periods of 5-7 days. Always a good experience. Pluses were the fitness room and breakfast. No real minuses except that they said they would clean every 2 days and didn’t this time (had to remind the front desk twice). In general I do wish they would have some sort of standards for being a “pet friendly” hotel. There were dogs barking in rooms across from us (owners seem to just leave them unattended in there most of the day), the room next to us had a very loud small dog yipping for 2 days, and one lady walked her large dog through the hallway without a leash. My kid has allergies and we suspect the exposure to random dog hairs didn’t help.

I loved the whole experience during my entire stay for three days. The breakfast every morning was the tops. The staff was great and there were no discrepancy with the price. The only draw back was that there was not a lot of shaded parking or a parking garage. But I'd still stay here anytime I could get a great price. I've told my family and friends about this great hotel.
