I was pleasantly surprised to find traditional tatami floors throughout the property, even inside the elevators. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of traditional Japanese dishes such as grilled fish, miso soup, rice, and many others available daily. The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot spring bath located in the basement. The spring water sits at a relaxing 40.3°C, and the facility includes a sauna and a cold bath, making it a perfect place to unwind. The rooms are average in size for Tokyo, but they are well-equipped and provide everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

Ramen provided at night time was not good as the soup was not hot. Breakfast buffet was not good as the seafood was not fresh. Hot Spring was a quite small. A bit disappointed when compared to Onyado Nono Kyoto I visited last year.

The room is compact but very clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly, helpful, and speak English. The onsen is open overnight, and they provide free noodles every night until 11pm. The onsen is very spacious with 2 small outdoor baths. I stayed during the fall/winter transition and thought the water can be a tad warmer, albeit I used the onsen really late at night. If you travel with someone else or have a lot of luggage, I would recommend not booking the single basic room because my 1 carryon and 1 medium luggage already took up all the floor space.

Amazing hotel and the onsen is absolutely fantastic! Note: partner and I have tattoos. The staff were great with us about it and supplied concealer stickers for the onsen. Will be returning whenever I am in Tokyo!

Had a great stay here! The onsen was so relaxing but it does close from 10am to 3pm. The breakfast is well worth the price but you don't need to get it everyday. I would suggest trying it the first morning and pay for additional days. There's also free protein-less ramen at night that is unlimited. Free ice cream and yakult drinks outside of the onsen. The area is great and public transit stations are close by. The onsen locker room and shoe storage area could be a little smelly after awhile. Would definitely stay here again!

The handle and toilet flusher were dirty. I had to sanitize them on my own. The area where the mattress met the wall smelled mildewy and my lungs hurt to breath from it. the floors are stained.

お部屋はコンパクトでしたが、とても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。大浴場は外国の方の利用が多かったからか、脱衣所にある洗面が髪の毛だらけ、アメニティがグチャグチャでひどい状態。また浴場の洗い場もタオルが置きっぱなしだったり、ヘアブラシが持ち込まれてそのままになっていたり、お湯自体はよかっただけに残念でした。

浅草寺の横で場所はとても良かったです。掃除をもう少し丁寧にして頂くと良いかと思います。ホールもホコリが溜まってました。部屋も畳にする事により、狭い部屋でも広く使えるので効率が良いので素晴らしい。

Location was fantastic. We literally saw Temple Asakusa and Skytree from our window. Night life was also a plus, considering most shops in Japan closed quite early. Soaking in hot spring after a long day of walking and sightseeing was a bliss. And the free popsicle made it even sweeter. Would absolutely recommend to all my friends and family.

The stay in Onyado Nono Asakusa combines a great lication, traditional experience of Onsen, welcoming staff and I recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The only downside was the room location which was beside the cleaning room, we woke every day at 4am due to the noise, avoid staying at 01 rooms.

The hotel is in a touristy area which can get loud especially during the weekend when the amusement park across from it is open; much screaming was heard from the roller coaster. The walls of the hotel are also relatively thin causing me to wake up from my sleep when my neighbors would create loud noises at 3am while “doing the deed”. Another night, they turned the TV on so loudly also at around 3am which again was easily heard in my room. It’s also worth mentioning that the main reason I booked this hotel was because I read a review that said small tattoos were allowed in the onsen and the hotel provided stickers to cover them. I have a small tattoo that can easily be covered with a sticker but when I asked the front desk staff if I’d be allowed to use the onsen, I was told no. I am aware of the strict tattoo policy in onsens in Japan, but I just wanted to mention this in my review in case another person with a tattoo might be reading reviews for reference if tattoos are allowed. Otherwise, the hotel itself is clean with many free amenities which is great, but I was not fond of the location and the thin walls.

I loved so many things about this hotel. My room was a great size, along with being really clean and having a great view. The hot springs were so nice and relaxing. The free ramen at night was tasty. Also really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The location is in a wonderful spot next to Senso-Ji temple with so much shopping and food options! Age 3 was right next door for those viral fried sandwiches! There were a few things that I thought knocked off a star. The bed was firm which was okay, but they only gave one tiny pillow which was rock hard! I could not sleep at all the first night and went to Daiso to buy a pillow. Also, the hotel is a bit of a walk to the train stations. Other than that, wonderful stay and nice staff. I’d stay here again!

Room was compact and a little tired, with a strange setup for the bathroom basin being across outside the bathroom door, located with the bar fridge. Didn’t mind the no shoes policy in the hotel with the tatami mats, and onsen treats and complimentary nighttime noodles were a nice touch.

Best staff!!!! Extremely professional and was able to help me get around Japan. They were able to help me print out schedules, and out of all the places I stayed in, they were the most helpful staff. I'd stay here every time I visit now. The facilities are amazing, clean, you get to wear slippers everywhere, even in the elevators. The onsen and popsicle, ramen service for late nights, everything! And it's the perfect location in Asakusa, you're right next to the temple and a ten minute walk to the metro!

Although this property us a trek to get to from Henada airport, it was a great stay in so many ways. The onsen was a major plus to have access to. The hotel location was fantastic. It is close to many cafes, shopping, and senso-ji temple (to name a few things). Highly recommend. The staff are sweet and nice...however English translations is alttle difficult for some of them, but they try :)

The public baths were clean, and my room was pretty spacious for a solo traveler. I loved the traditional tatami mats and windows for that breath of fresh air. However.. The staff was generally nice, but I noticed they were being quite unprofessional and rude during my check-in process. Some of them went as far as laughing at my documents, assuming I couldn't understand what they were saying. A senior staff member told them to quiet down, but this entire performance didn't go unnoticed. This put me in a bad mood, and I thoroughly didn't enjoy checking in, and felt wary for most of the time I was there. Whether this was for jokes or not, it was STILL unprofessional and unpleasant to have been laughed at, considering this hotel establishment was nice overall, and the amenities were enjoyable. Besides those few employees, I enjoyed my stay here. For future reference, treat everyone with respect, foreigner or not. Most of the time, we can understand despite the language barrier. A common courtesy I would like to see more of in the future, coming from someone who also works in hospitality.

I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. At check-in, the front desk staff member seemed upset and dismissive when I asked questions, which made me feel unwelcome from the start. Perfect location at a ryokan-like hotel in Asakusa. You take your shoes off at the entrance and leave them off in the hotel, which is very traditional. The onsen were big and very nice too.

It was a very nice property. The rooms and public areas are very clean because shoes are removed immediately upon arrival and placed in a locker. Conveniently located in Asakusa and a bus to Haneda Airport is available for pickup at a nearby hotel.

A bit of walk from the stations especially from the Toei Asakusa. A few mints walk to Sensoji and there are many places to eat and shop around. The property has traditional tatami mats all around and it’s a nice feel. The bath was large and I enjoyed the individual tub. It was very relaxing. The breakfast was tasty and many varieties. Over all I enjoyed the stay.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for single and two people stay! The location is super convenient in Asakusa, and the hotel was well management with great amenities (free noodle, deserts, etc). Breakfast was my favorite with freshness and high quality foods. For people with 3 or 4 people, the room is quite small so it might feel a little tight.

I booked this hotel for last 2 nights in Tokyo. The twin bed room says it sleeps 4. However, when my mother, who lives in Kawasaki, decided to stay so she can bring me to the airport back to Canada, was not allowed to stay in our room. I offered to pay extra for her but the staff refused to accommodate us and states that we would need to book another room and there is no room available. There was only me and my 2 kids in the room, so there is more than enough room for my Mom. And why put in the room description that it sleeps 4 when you cannot accommodate more than 3. It seems ridiculous to me. The dining room for breakfast is always full. We had to wait almost an hour to be seated and the food is just mediocre. I don't think I will come back in this hotel anymore.
