From the moment we arrived to checkout the entire stay was wonderful. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. The onsite bar was fun, great service with good "snack" food and drinks. Location is ideal for exploring the short north and surrounding areas.

Liked: Friendly staff, beautiful facility, unique rooms. Disliked: Valet parking being the only option to park in the hotel's surface lot seems to be a bit of a money-grab operation. Just let me self-park, the lot is easy enough to park in without requiring a valet.

We stay at a Graduate hotel near us in Annapolis all the time. While this one was wonderful, it was WAY smaller of a room than our usual graduate. But it worked for what needed it for. Service was great at the front desk. Valet people were nice but pricey for pretty much parking your car yourself then having them move it. Then when we needed something from the car they had to go get it for us which was a little Inconvenient. We went to the bar “homage” one night and it was ok. The service was sub par. The two people working the bar were on their phones the whole time and had a speaker playing music very loudly behind the bar. The location of this hotel is the best part. So close and easy to get everywhere! We were in town for the Arnold and it was the perfect walking distance to get there without being too far! We would stay again for sure.

Parking was too expensive. They call it valet parking but the lot is on street level and very small. Seems silly to have valet move my car 5 - 10 feet into a parking spot that would have been easier if I had parked it myself.

Super decorating and friendly people here! Have to pay extra to park ($37 for valet, $31 at parking garage 1 block away) for overnight. Little cafe in lobby has coffee and limited assortment of breakfast,but prepare to wait,or bagel place or coffee shop/pastry shop less than a block away. Cute area.

Came into town for GalaxyCon very convenient to Convention center. Very friendly staff. Only downside was the $37 a night parking is a little steep but great service none the less.

We had a great stay overall but our room 714 has a horrible musty mildewy smell. I did not say anything until we left. I knew they were booked full because of the event.. so I explained when we left that they need not to rent that room until issue is fixed. I have breathing issues and am feeling the affect of the damp musty room.. our belongings also smell.. Horrible and unhealthy!!

The hotel was nice, but definitely had a couple areas for improvement. I travel for work very often and can be forgiving on some things but the cleanliness of the bathroom needs some help. There was dirt caked in the corners of the wall and shower. It was very noticeable. My biggest complaint was the room itself. I’ve stayed at The Graduate hotels twice before and this was very disappointing. The room was missing all the neat, little things that make it a Graduate. There weren’t any decorations like there was supposed to be. It just looked very empty. Almost like the person before me came in and took all the little mementos out. I’ve you’ve stayed at a Graduate, you know what I’m referring to. To me, it was just a regular room that I could have stayed anywhere. I go to Columbus often and I won’t stay here again. The East Lansing Graduate is much, much better.

TV didn't work. We got back to the room late after walking through a downpour from the arena, and the TV didn't work. No information in the room on how to call the front desk. We had already gotten out of our dripping wet clothes when I called the outside line to the hotel from my cell. No one at the front desk had a reasonable solution at 11pm (I didn't really expect them to). Hotel didn't seem concerned about the issue. Large hair ball stuck to the wall in the shower. Coffee in the room is instant with a tea pot to heat water. Would not start here again. Hilton should not have their name on this place.

The room decor with its Ohio State University theme is fun, but, typical of small, urban hotels, the room was small, with little room to open our suitcases. The staff was pleasant and helpful. If we stay here again, I must consider upgrading to a larger room or suite. The location in the Short North is convenient and the room was quiet, despite all the activity on the street.

Easy check in and check out, Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfy, not a large room, but still ample space for our things and comfort. Also very conveniently located as our destination was within walking distance only a block away as were several bars and restaurants!

The staff is always very friendly. The location is excellent. You arrive, give your car to the valet parking and you don't need to see the car again for the length of your stay. This part of N. High St. is packed with shopping boutiques and every type of dinning. All in a safe family environment even at night.

Probably the most unprofessional front desk staff I have ever encountered. Even (or especially) the managers. Their inability to resolve even simple issues (or to even care) is astounding. Everyone is dressed in street clothes and their demeanor matches their appearance. Other issues with the hotel include poorly functioning elevators, exorbitant "valet" parking (you actually park yourself rather than someone taking your car to another location) with a "gotcha" since the prices are not visably advertised or communicated, no laundry/drycleaning service available (or at least no information sheet in the closet and none available upon request at the front desk). There is also no business center and no hotel bar. On the bright side, the design of the rooms is pretty cool. But all the negatives combined make it a place I would never stay at again.

Everyone was friendly. Staff greeted us every single time we left and walked in the door. Gave great recommendations to nearby restaurants as well as what menu items they favorited. Will most definitely be back :)

Was supposed to have two rooms with king beds. Instead one room had a king and one had two double beds. Was told a second room with a king bed wasn’t available. Asked about room cleaning and was told it would be taken care. But neither room was cleaned during our stay. We were out of the rooms fron 10 am to 11 pm and came back to a dirty room.

Checked in by cute youngster who told me breakfast would be served starting at 6 the next morning. At 6 no breakfast, nothing. Exceedingly unhelpful desk girl said: It's Thanksgiving. What do you expect? Somewhat later a manager showed up & provided coffee & muffins. Good manager, mostly good employees, except for hopelessly incompetent desk girl. Why hire people like that?

The staff were wonderful. The only issue I had with one staff who was at the disk, she spoke a little too fast for me to keep up with everything she was telling me. The other issue was that the Wifi was not great. I tried to sign-in multiple times with no luck. Then the last issue was by the time it was for us to leave despite the fact the staff were very sweet with allowing us to wait for our Uber to pick us up right in front of their hotel. The issue was the location did feel unsafe. There were strange people and rats walking around us the whole time, while we were waiting. In one sense, the location is perfectly in the center of the action but on the other hand, it is in the center of possible homeless people or anyone can roam around and rats are able to as well.

The area was ok but lots of homeless around and definitely on something. The best thing about this hotel is there are lots of great restaurants close by. The rooms were clean for the most part but the hallways smelled and carpets needed cleaned. The rooms are very small but I think most downtown hotels are small. The staff wasn’t as nice as most… kind of a chip on their shoulders. If I came back to Columbus I’d try a different hotel.

We stayed for a concert at Nationwide arena. Was a little bit of a walk but convenient. $37 to valet when they drive the car 2 feet away seems excessive. Propery was nice, very close to everything and a nice safe area from what i experienced. .

Was in town for Sonic Temple music festival , so stayed four days. I will have to say. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. Great location downtown, clean and safe. A beautiful park just a block away. Awesome restaurants all around you, walk three steps and see another great restaurant. To address the room size. We stayed in a suite . It was great. No problem with space or room. Had a full size fridge in the room. Front desk staff super helpful with recommendations and getting things fixed like the TV. It needed a reboot . No biggie fixed promptly. The Graduate is worth it. Can't wait to return.

The street that The Graduate is located on is very much a nightlife area, with a large amount of late night dining and bars. It can be a bit loud on the street if theres an event going on but i felt relatively safe.

We absolutely love this hotel and will be using it for future trips to the area. It was in a great spot to get to all of the shops and restaurants and it was a short walk to bars and restaurants and very convenient to the venue for our concert. The bar in the lobby is great too. They make potato chips that are to die for!

The Hotel offered Valet Parking ONLY costing me $37 additional. The Bar was extremely overprice, but I'm glad I discovered "MIKE'S Bar" almost right next door. And "Bakersfield" across the street - DRINKS WERE 1/3 the cost. The floor, in the room, was filthy. The end table was dirty. The window was disgusting.

Very nice, great OSU theme. Convenient parking, just costs a fee. No good complimentary coffee, just a water heater in room and instant coffee packs. Also, coffee available for $4-$5 and some breakfast items in the attached bar. I suggested coffee, tea and water should be fully provided and complimentary.

This hotel was better than expected! We came into town for a convention and wanted to be as close as possible to the convention center. The stay was affordable (thanks to hotels.com), clean, and the staff was SO NICE. The rooms were a little small, but again, everything was so nice. I really liked how clean the bathrooms were. The beds were so comfortable!! The only thing I will say, is with the price of the stay, I do wish there was some sort of free breakfast included, $5 for a bagel with cream cheese was a little surprising. Overall great though!

As a Michigan fan, it was a funny feeling for me to stay in an OSU-themed hotel, but it was well-done. The room was well laid out and very quiet for facing onto a busy street. Only one person was working the breakfast bar on the morning we were there, so service was surprisingly slow. We have stayed at this property before and definitely will again due to its convenient location.
