Nice quiet area just off the highway and easy to find. We waited a few minutes at check in for someone to come to the desk but they were very nice when they arrived. Lobby was clean and well kept. Our room was on the third floor, large, and fairly clean. The beds are beginning to be worn and are too soft, but otherwise we were very comfortable. The pool was small but clean and our kids had a great time splashing around and burning some energy. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and perfectly palatable, and check out was very quick and easy. Overall, we would stay here again.

Hotel is very nice clean rooms and good food. However the area is not safe they keep having windows broken in the parking lot. When I went to the desk was told they have security but I would have to call back Monday to get any video. Then was told to call the police myself. Break ins are so common we wait over two hours and no one ever showed. When I talked to the guy at the front desk on our way out he could care less and offered no apology for my inconvenience. He also told me that the security guard just happen to be on a bathroom break and not watching the parking lot when it happened, but the car alarms went off and apparently nobody checked the parking lot.

My truck was broken into in the parking lot and the hotel told me it's a park at your own risk lot. Three vehicles in all were broken into. The cop said it happens all the time. Need to make serious security changes

Pool was warm which is a blessing. They had a rowdy group staying there and workers were trying their hardest to try to contain the noise. Had drinks and snacks to buy and didn’t over charge. Breakfast was good! Only one elevator though.

Our car got broken into. Conveniently within minutes of the security guard leaving the property after their shift. Everything was caught on camera and turned into the police. The hotel offered a trash bag and tape to cover out busted window. Thanks. We asked to keep our room and extra hour to help with the fact we had to find somewhere to vacuum up the glass. Nope. They couldn’t accommodate. Outside of that, the overall stay was ok. We had to ask several times for more towels at the pool since they basically give you hand towels. The water in the pool was freezing. The blow dryer in the room was broken. We saw several stains in the suite sofa. All of those things we can live with but the fact our vehicle was broken into in plain site right in front of the hotel and we were only offered a sorry was just bananas. People should feel safe.

The hotel was right on the highway so loud we could not sleep cause it was so loud, the air would shut off every two hours so we would awake in hot and have to turn in back on, that we. Had to drown out the noise, the pool was so cold and you couldn’t swim for all the chlorine smell was so strong your eyes would burn. Also had to call the from office at almost 12 am because the were 7 people drinking in front of the hotel, didn’t speak English, the lady at the desk was very nice, but I’m sure they didn’t know what she was telling them! I was going to tell the person when we checked out about our complaint but no one was to be found as we checked out, just a bucket for the room cards.

Our room was just okay. The floor was DIRTY, our son was crawling around and his legs were black. Let the front desk know but nothing was done about it. They need to mop the floor and deep clean next time after a previous guest.

Room 103 was filthy under the bed, baseboards were falling off the wall when we walked in. Shower door tracks were beyond dirty. The dried sock under the bed was the icing on the cake for a 3 star review

Clerk was unfriendly at check in, the room was dirty - food on the floor, someone’s fake nails on the floor, the carpet felt sticky and dirty, we couldn’t utilize charging ports next to bed because they were broken and the pool was over chlorinated. The breakfast was good.

The rooms were good and comfortable. Although they looked clean at first glance, housekeeping seemed not very thorough in cleaning them. There was dirt and hair in the corners and the bathroom. There was a lingering cigarette smoke smell in the room, although it was a non-smoking facility. Also, the breakfast could have been better.

Smooth check in, pleasant staff. USB Charging ports at bedside were broken, shower has mold around base of door, and shower is poor design. Must be in shower to turn on water. Was not fun being in the cold water until temperature was finally acceptable… Otherwise, a nice hotel, good windows block traffic noise, several restaurants very close. I travel for business, and will be in the Columbus area again, and I will stay here again.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay here. It was quiet inside and felt safe for the area. Parking was easy and well lit. The hotel is in an area of mixed use: apartments and restaurants galore. It's near two interstates and lots of other highways, so driving is a bit of an adventure. You'll find life easier with GPS and a navigator. The room was spacious and clean enough for my standards. One minor negative, the king bed had seen better days. It was very soft as were the pillows. The staff was always friendly and a highlight was the breakfast buffet, with four hot choices that varied a little plus pancake and waffle makers, cereals, four or five breads, yogurt, and apples and oranges and yummy cinnamon rolls on most days. A fruit besides some unexciting apples and oranges was all I missed. This is a solid choice at a very reasonable price point.

We arrived at 3pm for our checkin and had to wait in the lobby for 45mins because our suite was not ready. The room was musty smelling mixed with a wet dog smell, the main light in the entrance as well as bathroom main light did not work. The couch had stains on it to where we flipped the seat cushions over, the mattress on the pull out for the couch was not capable of being slept on. When we asked for extra towels since we had 2 adults and 2 children we never received them for both nights. Done with the holiday inn

Convient to expressway. Check in staff wasnt the best acted like having to check me in was a hassle ( rolled her eye multiple time and choose to have an attitude also Never asked for an ID) another issue was Nowhere on anything did it state there was 100$ deposit to stay at this location if that would have been stated i would NOT have choosen to stay here. On the plus side breakfast was great check out staff was amazing rooms were quiet and clean.

They tried to cancel our reservation (made 10 days earlier) because they overbooked 15 minutes before we checked in at 7pm. Asked for late check out at noon (normal is 11) was told it was given, saw clerk write it down. When out for a brief walk, came back at 10:30am, had been checked out! Not even normal check-out time. Very stressful, really ruined our getaway.

Everything was good for what we needed for a one night stay. Didn't like the traffic noise at night but the room we had was the last King bed available, so we understand the reason we had that room. Front desk was very helpful answering any questions we had when we arrived. We would stay there again when going to Columbus.

This is one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at this price point. It is not the kind of place to stay if you want to walk to lots of restaurants and shopping or you want ambience - it's right next to the highway and surrounded by other hotels, a few restaurants, and offices. BUT - it's near the highway, so easy access to downtown Columbus and OSU by car. The lobby is huge, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. They have a pool - I didn't use it, but looked OK. For the price, my room was great. Very comfy King bed, and I loved the design of the room. It had a closet and a bench to take off your shoes, hang your coat, and open up your suitcase. There was a desk and a couch. The bathroom was clean - shower only, which was fine by me. The room lighting was above average, the thermostat worked, the AC/furnace wasn't too loud, working black out curtains, and functioning refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I did not use the Wifi, so can't offer info to those who like to use it when traveling. I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before but will definitely consider them in future.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was comfortable and well kept. My car and my brothers car were broken into overnight the first night of our six night stay. Multiple cars were victimized here, and at least two nearby hotels. Unfortunately, we’ll have to look elsewhere on our next visit as this area seems to be prone to break-ins.

Enjoyed our stay. The first room they put us in was clean but had a strange smell. They moved us right away to another room with no hassle. The new room smelled nice and was clean & comfy. The lobby was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast included hot food (eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc.)which is always a plus to me. Location was great which a few restaurants and other shopping close by.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Worthington, OH. The room very clean and the beds super comfortable. We also felt the breakfast was exceptional! The food was hot; the area was clean and the staff in the kitchen and dining area were very friendly and helpful.
