APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Ekimae Tower

This was a long stay of 21 days, and I would say everything was close to perfect which is why I keep coming back to this hotel, the only minor thing I would like to point out is that despite cleaning was excellent they don't seem to vacuum at all.

Very small but clean room, okay location, close to the yamanote line however the line is very crowded during all hours. Supermarkets, some restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood

Clean, just needs an air purifier to rooms.

No complaints! This is my go to hotel in between moves.

Awful! Do not stay here! There are better options! 1. We stayed in March and it was not even very cold outside, but the property refused to allow any room to turn on the air conditioning. The units inside the rooms were locked to heat only, making the stay very uncomfortable. We were forced to keep the window open the majority of the time for some air. 2. The staff refused to bring things up to the room and said, "Um, we ask that you come get them yourself," when I requested toothbrushes. 3. Leading into #3, there are only 3-4 elevators for the entire hotel when there are 18 floors with guest rooms, leading to huge lines to the elevator. It took me forever to get those toothbrushes. 4. They force you to allow them to clean your room every 3 days, and get mad if you don't want to let them. This was especially bad when we caught a cold and had to stand outside our room for 20 minutes waiting, while sick. 5. They are apparently operated by extremely bizarre people; you can tell by the weird propagandist literature in the rooms. Their CEO's face is plastered everywhere (revered like some kind of god?). Bottom line, just stay away, please! Also, this particular location is situated on a huge hill, which is a pain to walk up. Trust me, avoid.
