Our room was very big and spacious and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the complimentary daily breakfast and my son had fun in the indoor pool almost every night. We also appreciated the coffee/tea/flavored water area that was available all the time.

Great for families. Basic accommodation but great breakfast and excellent, friendly staff. Cute mod decor. Plenty of towels, nice gym and pool facilities. Only suggestion is to keep trash bags in room in order to take out trash since there is no daily room service.

We came for my son's birthday and the front desk went above and beyond to make him feel special. She brought him a candy in the evening for his birthday and the room was awesome. Clean pool and Jacuzzi area, too. I've already recommended it to family

Everything was top notch, clean & fresh and the price was extremely competitive. Hotel bedding seems to have gotten fairly skimpy in the last few years. We both commented that the pillows and bedding at this property were really excellent! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Breakfast was a huge bonus and hotel seemed central to all the places we went to. Only two things for improvement, pool area needed some care. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned much. Security to the rooms could be improved. Anyone can walk in and go to any floor without use of keycard, saw this with meal deliveries coming and going.

I stay at Home2 Suite regularly. It is the best hotel for my needs in the Beaverton area. This time the air conditioner was not working, so my room was never cooler than 76 degrees. I didn't want to have to move rooms, so I didn't say anything until I checked out, but I do think they should check or test the AC units periodically so guests aren't the ones finding out.

We had a very spacious and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly. The hotel breakfast was usual for most hotels but the eating space was large with plenty of seating. Some places in the room’s bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Portland. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast was amazing. They also provide high-quality toiletries, and the gym was fantastic. I needed a room that was wheelchair accessible. The door was wide and lots of space for a motorized chair. Shower was also accessible. Staff was super friendly. Different breakfast every morning. Overall, very positive stay.

This place was great for travelling with kids. The rooms were spacious, had full kitchens & a full sized fridge. Breakfast buffet was great and good selection! Property was clean and the staff were super friendly. The kids said it was their fave hotel we’ve stayed in! It was super reasonably priced too. We stayed here and went to cannon beach for one day which wasn’t an awful drive and saved us so much not staying right on the coast.

Daniel at the front was amazing, he went above and beyond for my family after checking in late at 2am, he made the process quick and smooth and made sure we had everything we needed including a late check out. Daniel deserves a raise, we will definitely be back next time we are in town!!

Very clean property .. amazing service, breakfast is great was a little disappointed that it seemed like they couldn’t find my reservation and gave me a room very different than I reserved also I had requested a bathtub and I was given a walk in shower only ..which seems like very poor customer service from booking management .. I was also charged extra for the room I didn’t reserve, but was reimbursed, the young lady who helped at check out was exceptionally and above and beyond courteous and professional and very apologetic ( wasn’t her fault ) ..rooms are very clean, and staff is very nice , room has an entire kitchen set up but no stove top to actually cook on , which was confusing . travel for business quite a bit and prefer to book rooms that make me feel like I have home away from home .. laundry room and exercise room were a bonus as well

Was not happy that when we should up 3 hours after checkin time there was not a room available! Excuse was due to short staffed and there was a bunch of people there before that had to clean. Did not keep up on breakfast had to wait for food and coffee. Did like the size of the rooms and pool area!

Everything was wonderful here. I would rate it excellent if the check in were more welcoming. I waited a couple of minutes until the receptionist showed up with straight face with no smile what so ever.

It was overall nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was built-your-own breakfast sandwich style and very simple, but ok if you prefer light breakfast. I loved fresh blueberries. Check-in and check-out were super easy with no lines.

Most of it was ok. Decent property, decent location. My biggest complaint was breakfast. No place to sit, the places that were available were disgustingly dirty, no napkins, massively crowded and not enough workers. The food was pretty bad 1 of the two days also.
