Stayed 3 nights

Staff tried to get me to pay cash for my stay. They told me they didn’t accept cards. I told them I should have been informed of this before my arrival. I told them I wasn’t going to pay cash and all of sudden they were able to accept my card. Went to room and it was like a sauna. We turned up AC as high as it would go but still had uncomfortable night sleeping as it never really cooled room. Called front desk and they sent a nice gentleman who came and just flipped cover open to spray inside. He said to leave cover open and to keep bathroom door closed. That helped a little but room still was somewhat warm. And now that bathroom door was closed there was no air in bathroom which made bathroom as hot as a sauna. They also asked for a cash deposit upon check in. I didn’t feel like arguing about this after they tried to get cash for whole visit. When i checked out they refused to give me my deposit back because I had to get a replacement key card that I had misplaced. Rocio who was the girl at front desk was rude and inconsiderate. She obviously had not been given any customer service training. A sign saying there is a free breakfast till 1pm in there little dining area is posted but when we went down to eat at around 10am the girl at front desk said that it was over and we needed to pay for our meal. We pointed out there sign so girl reluctantly gave us our voucher for the meals. This was by far my worst hotel experience ever and would NOT recommend staying here.
