Stayed one night with the family on a road trip across the US. Perfect place to rest and refresh. The rooms were clean and in great condition, excellent staff and convenient parking. Only a short drive to the city and plenty of food options.

The room and hotel overall were really nice. I like how Home2 Suites are set up with snack options available 24/7 downstairs. Getting to the hotel was difficult because of construction happening on the main highways (not the hotel's fault!). Overall, a good place to stay.

Excellent hotel! Big room with refrigerator, dish washer and all necessary plates, utensils, etc for a long stay. Excellent breakfast!! Nice work out facility. Also has laundry available. Great choice for anyone. Thank you

The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaints I have are about the pool. First, there was a guest and her daughter that live there in the hotel and invited their entire family over for a BBQ in the BBQ area all of Sat. evening and into the night. I am talking about 25 guests! App. this happens often as the hotel staff was very friendly with all of them. They were all locals and nice people, but by the same token that pool is too small for that many outside guests. The pool also needs some umbrellas to help deflect the heat.

Very spacious room with a lot of amenities. Only complaint was the hot water was intermittent and the water pressure made it difficult to rinse your hair. Loved the pet friendly aspect!!

The room with dirty, there was dried pee on the toilet. We were not informed at check in that there would not be hot water the next day from 9am-2pm. We found the notice taped to the door when we got to the room. We booked this hotel for it's proximity to the Brookshire Grocery Arena for the Heroes Run. It was very inconvenient to not be able to take a hot shower after running a race this morning, before driving 4 hours back home. We ended up just changing clothes after the race. Also, i know the notice said no hot water today 10/21 from 9am-2pm, but there wasn't even hot water before that, it was "warm" at best. The air conditioning also really didn’t start working until the early hours of the morning, and it was very noisy. We usually book with Hilton, but after this experience...it's highly unlikely to happen again. We definitely won't be coming back to this place for next years Heroes Run.

One of cleanest room we have stayed in! I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness. Our room was perfect! No random hair on the floor, especially in the tub and around the toilet. Everything was clean!

We arrived late on 4/26 at 9pm, and when we asked for a late checkout, we were told they were full and could not accommodate us. We liked that the property was quiet and the the room was spacious. Surface areas didn't look wiped down, and there was leftover, moldy cheese and olives in the fridge. The next morning, when my husband tried to shower, the water would not drain, and he could not finish showering. I called down, asking for assistance. After 45 min of trying, it was concluded that maintenance was unable to rectify the issue. My husband and I asked multiple people for a solution (perhaps, a shower in another room) and a late check out, and no one seemed to have the authority to make a decision to help us. We had friends staying in another room who allowed me to shower in their room. As we were leaving and walking through the lobby, we were approached by a woman who apologized for the inconvenience. She followed us out to our car and offered a $25 gift card, saying they couldn't give us a refund because the manager was on onsite and needed to come "investigate."

No hot water for 2 days. Called the front desk on day one and still took cool showers on day 2. Was locked out of back door. Turned green with card and made noise but left us locked outside in the dark late at night in the far back of the building. No room service. Have stayed here before and was pleased. Don’t know what has happened in last few months , but not the same

Not worth the price. We stopped her on a roadtrip for an overnight sleep. It’s just OK. It’s noisy the way apartments are, we could hear anytime the people above us walked around above us. Not great parking near the door. Would pick somewhere else if I was in the area again.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told we had a room. Got the key and checked in and to our surprise we walked in on someone in our room sleeping. Went downstairs and they were confused and called the couple in our supposed room. They came down and met with the front office staff. Then they offered us the last room possible in the hotel for our family of 6. We ended up staying in a room that was half the size of our original room. It was a disaster.

Overall, this property was very nice. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons…first, the breakfast sandwiches were kind of hard and I wish I had a non-egg protein option such as sausage patties or bacon. Second, the air conditioner in our room had a bad smell coming from it…I can only describe it as a sewage smell. I ended up just turning it off for most of our stay. Other than that, I thought this property was pretty good and definitely in a great location. I would stay here again.

Food was spoiled at breakfast. Cheese and sausage on muffins was dried out and sour. When we brought it up to the manager, he argued with us that there was no way the food could have been spoiled, health code, blah blah blah. Everything else was great, just don’t touch the breakfast.

Location was very convenient! Staff were super friendly and the facilities were very clean! I thought the building itself was a little worn around the baseboards and corners in the floor. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired, we didn't even bother on our second day. The coffee was very weak.

It was a one stay, graduation ceremony and we really enjoyed our stay, great hotel and the breakfast was a BIG HIT! Love the set up and the freshness of all the food
