It's a short walk to the train station. Super convenient for visiting the Team Labs Museum and the fish market. Their hotel is clean, quiet, friendly for English speakers, and has a Lawson convenience store right next door so you can easily pick up snacks and essentials there when needed.

Very clean and new, walking distance 2 blocks to sushi dai, get ticket at 5am then having breakfast after at 6am, went to hot springs after that. Hard to find a place to eat for late night dinner around the hotel but walking distance to La la port about 20 minutes

Very nice room even though it was small, as most Japanese room standards. I was thankful for coffee and tea service in room. Also had a kettle so I could make noodles from the Lawson’s market which is conveniently located downstairs. Also conveniently located between two train stations.

Good place, quiet. Room had everything we need. Only thing was hairs on carpet. Very comfortable location. Subway and bus stop near the hotel, walking 1 minute. Haneda airport 15km away. Also convenient store in the same building. They have very good coffee. No regrets.

The first room we were given was terrible. There was glitter all over the bathroom counter. There were candy wrappers around the TV. The towels smelled weird, one smelled like bodily fluids. But the icing on the cake was that there was dirty clothes in the drawer. When I went down to the front desk to tell them about it, the initial response was she gave me a set of towels. I had to ask them to move to a new room and there was some resistance. Initially, the staff was just going to clean the things in the room I pointed out. I asked if they could give us a new room and after some thinking, they decided to give us a new room. The new room was better, but I guess I have higher expectations for a JAL hotel. It's pretty far from Haneda Airport. There isn't much in walking distance around the hotel. It was nice to have a Lawson's on the ground floor. The buffet was "serviceable" for Japan standards. Nothing fancy just enough to get the job done, if you know what I mean.

とにかく清潔感が無かったです。水回りのカビがすごく、初めてフロントにて清掃をするようにお願いをしました。洗面所はおそらく詰まってて、流れませんでした。乳幼児がいたため、清潔感がないのは気になりました。近くにベビーベッドの貸し出しをしているホテルが無かったため、こちらに宿泊しましたが2回目はないなと思いました。バスタオルが毎回足りなくて、フロントに取りに行くのも面倒でした。　清掃をお願いした時にフロントで対応してくださった方はとても良い方でした。清掃後彼女が確認しにいくと清掃員にコンタクトを取っているのが聞けました。しっかり見てくださったのか、出かけて帰ってきたら部屋は綺麗でした。

We were at 12th floor, and the views from the bathtub and bedroom were awesome! The bathtub and toilet are separated, many amenities; including slippers, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, cream, brush, and etc. The room was new, clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast has a variety of foods, including anmitsu mochi with kinako powder and sweet black beans. It was excellent!

The room was quite small ans there was no wardrobe to put clothes in. The plug in system was exclusively japanese, or USB, so make sure to have an adaptator or the right cables. Otherwise, it was perfect : good location, convenience shop open almost 24/24, very clean etc.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife..Room is small like lots of other hotel. Light switch for the room was not straightforward. Shower/bath room does not have place to hang towel or clothes so need to go out to retrieve clothes. Sink does not have dedicated light. The most frustrating part of the stay was the intermittent internet service. It kept on losing connection so couldn’t use Line. Everytime you re-connect it goes to their site to see their offering. First time I stayed at Jal Hotel. Very disappointed.

This hotel was part of a group stay therefore I did not choose this hotel. I come from a background of hotel management so my opinion here is is that of a professional in the field. Be forewarned, this is a business hotel. I would not recommend it for a family. As a group there were five separate rooms we had of which I did see each. All of which were on the small side, had no closets nor any drawer space for any items. A business hotel. Now for the downside. I used the send message to hotel feature in Expedia to ask a simple question several weeks before I visited. I never got any kind of response. I messaged again in a few days before visiting again with no response. That’s strike one as far as I’m concerned😨 not responding to a guest shows poor customer service. Strike two was my room placement. The elevator shaft was directly opposite the head of my bed. One could not sleep past about 5:30 AM do the elevators rumbling up and down the shaft. Do not take any room with 09 or 15 as these are the ones opposite the elevator shaft. These are the sort of rooms that should go to customers last and certainly not customers who are staying for eight days like I was. Again poor customer service. Strike three after an eight days stay I asked for a simple one hour extension to my checkout time of 11 AM. I was refused. I was told that my Expedia reservation did not extend me any simple courtesies… 😤 I’ll never consider this hotel or any other JAL property again

Excellent location for what was planned for first two days of my itinerary for teamLab planets, toyosu fish market and the tuna auction, Senkyaku Banrai Rooftop Footbath, Divercity with Gundam statue...also staff was excellent and helpful...many thanks to Gurung and her manager for resolving a mistake that was made to the room as well..would recommend and come back again

Great clean hotel for a very reasonable price, within short walking distance of a few train stations and 5 minutes away from team lab planets. This is the second Hotel JAL City that I have stayed at and both have been better than most hotels in this class. Hotel JAL City Toyosu is very clean, the room had several amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.) and the bed was comfortable. It is located within easy walking distance to the Toyosu PIT concert venue. The sidewalks in the neighborhood are clean and wide, and the train stations are close by. Recommended.

Located super close to a train station and to TeamLabs! There were also plenty of dining options around the area and the hotel room was beautiful in and out. Hotel is also decently close to the airport so it made airport transfers quite quick.

Great location near Toyosu Market, especially if you want to walk to the fish auction early in the morning. (Note: auction is closed on sundays, wednesdays and holidays!) Near train station (Shijo-mae). Close to great restaurants and food mall. No sento (public bath), but there is one across the street. Room was spacious.

We chose this location for its rating and distance to team Labs planets. It had a hard bed, no place to put your suitcase but everything else was perfectly adequate and nice and clean. However you really feel you are in a commercial Hotel and the breakfast was not maintained and most of the things were missing instead of being cleaned and refilled. There was no iced tea/ black tea as we had found it all the other places we stayed which was a disappointment. We felt frustrated that we paid for their breakfast and then half of the breakfast like all the fruit, all the grilled fish was already gone and not refilled.

Property was nice, a bit far from the the main attractions but with public transportation available close by. Nice hotel with reasonably sized rooms. Buffet breakfast was a little disappointing as western elements such as bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs were cold or room temperature at best, and the scrambled eggs were too runny and needed more cooking. Also the toasters were incredibly slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return next time in Tokyo
