Contemporary room styling and lovely comfortable bed. Eco cleaning options available. Especially liked the ice and vending machine on each floor. Third stay, will stay again.

Check in and check out experiences were simple. The breakfast buffet option was plentiful, and I enjoyed myself fully! The room was warm at times, and I had to remember to enable the thermostat. Security is taken very seriously, I forgot my key in the room and told the front desk. They cross checked who I was and still assured that I was head3d to the right place!

Remm Plus Ginza is a great hotel located within easy walking distance from Shimbashi station, which includes the JR Yamanote line for easy access throughout Tokyo. Rooms are bigger than average for Tokyo and include a massage chair and small seating area with sufficient space to fully open your luggage! Check in and out was easy, they have luggage storage (to include the ability to ship your luggage before you arrive), and the facility is clean and quiet. Would stay here again!!

It's a great property and staff from a known brand. I'd stay here again. There is no coin laundry on site.

This hotel is located conveniently, with Don Quiote and Family Mart a few minutes away. My only wish is that the massage chair could be an option to have or not. The rooms are small so if the chair was not there, that precious space could be used for luggage. The bathtub and shower area are spacious, and the toilet is separate, which is nice. The staff was very accommodating, so it made for a pleasant stay.

Remm Plus Ginza was so clean and comfortable that I could have a really deep sleep on my first night there, which was quite unusual as I would usually take at least 2 days to be comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. I appreciate the stool in the bathroom; after a long day of walking, I could sit down while taking a shower, which made it less of a chore.😅 Remm Plus Ginza was near to the Shimbashi train station (connected to so many lines), there’s Family Mart, Donki, Matsumoto Kiyoshi (pharmacy, personal supplies store) and 2 halal restaurants within its immediate vicinity. The bright lights of the famous Ginza shopping strip is just 5 minutes walk away. The area is very bright and safe at night, even for solo lady travellers. The staffs were also very friendly and efficient; check in and out were a breeze. I also appreciate the housekeeping team for cleaning and refreshing my room every 3 days. Honestly, there’s nothing not to like about Remm Plus Ginza. I was so sad to leave on my last day and I’m already planning to return to Tokyo and stay there again! Loved remm ! We've stayed at hotels of this size in Tokyo so in comparison to the compact spaces, this one felt easy to navigate within despite the massage chair being a bit awkward and clunky. Our room had TRUE blackout curtains, I was always confused and shocked to find out the sun was up because you really couldn't tell! Very smooth stay for those who speak English. Staff were great. Comes with a mini iron steamer duo which is not often found. Massage chair was actually helpful because we walked soo much. The whole property felt new and elevated. Happy with this and would come back :)

I stay at the Remm Plus Ginza every time I'm in Tokyo. The best hotel amenity is the massage chair. Great location.

Very clean room, helpful staff and conveniently located at Ginza. There is a Don Quixote shop right across and ramen/soba shops that open till late at night.

Hotel relativement bien placé (proche de la station Shimbashi). Le personnel est très agréable et le bâtiment à l'air presque neuf. Il y aurait besoin d'un ascenseur supplémentaire car il faut parfois attendre plusieurs minutes pour pouvoir monter dedans. L'établissement se veut "eco-friendly" mais la vidange de la poubelle devrait être inclue dans le nettoyage "eco-cleaning". Ce n'était pas le cas et nous avons donc demandé le nettoyage complet juste pour que nos dechets presque à chaque jour. Notre chambre avait beaucoup de poussière accumulée sur les bouches d'aération de la salle de bain et nous avons retrouvé plusieurs fois des cheveux dans notre lit. L'hôtel pourrait proposer une buanderie pour ses clients, car il y en a peu dans le quartier. La salle fumeur aurait besoin d'une meilleure ventilation.

The location is very convenient, but the room is not that clean, carpet is not cleaned even we requested to have full cleaning. But the counter staff are very helpful.

The bathroom in both rooms were not clean; a strong urine smell near toilet and moldy smell in shower. The rooms were never cleaned, even though front desk confirmed that housekeeping is scheduled for every third night (we stayed 5 days).

Excellent location with access to main/quite a few stations to allow travel within Tokyo and outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel also provides/arranges for luggage transfer to other cities which is very helpful. Delicious food right across the hotel (Annam) and room was always cleaned to a very good standard.

フロントや部屋も綺麗でよかったが、ベッドのシーツがめくれて中を見てみると大量の髪の毛がついており、綺麗に掃除されていなかったのが非常に不快でした。あと加湿器もなく、部屋の乾燥が異常だったのもしんどかったです。

We stayed 7 nights, and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Tokyo! The location is so good: safe and lovely Ginza 🙏 Easy access to the Shubashi station and Haneda airport ❤️ And Don Quixote Ginza is just across the road 😅 The staff is wonderful and the house keeping is amazing! We highly recommend Remm plus Ginza!

部屋の臭いがきつかった

객실 상태도 나무 좋았고 직원분들 정말 친절하십니다. 객실이 좀 작다는 느낌이 들지만 긴자에 다른 호텔보다는 넉넉한 크기 입니다. 특히. 청소 상태가 거의 완벽해서 매일 새 호텔에 머문것 같은 생각이 들 정도입니다

Fantastic location! Small room however enough for two large suitcases. Loved the addition of the massage chair in our room. Bathroom was great and bed was comfy.

Good size twin corner room, comfortable bed, good bathroom and amenities. Great window blinds for full blockout. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The double rooms were smaller but that's Tokyo

Sauberes Zimmer, Personal zu höflich (typisch japanisch) um uns einen Grund zu nennen, weswegen das Hotelzimmer nicht bezugsfertig ist. Nach drei Tagen muss gereinigt werden, was einem auch nicht direkt gesagt wird sondern man versucht den direkten Kontakt zu meiden und schiebt Zettel unter der Tür durch. Ausstattung super, aber für mich mit 1,90m Körpergröße ist der Massagestuhl zu klein und nimmt nur Platz weg. Für Tokio schönes großes Zimmer. Man kann nicht lüften.

For a non japanese speaker there is only one TV channel (CNN). Boring. The room is too small for a big massage sofa. Take that off. There is no closets or room for the suitcases

タクシーを呼んでもらおうと頼んだら、モゴモゴはっきりしない返答で、結局は自分で呼べと言われた。 それが通常の対応なのでしょうか？ 何の手立ての助言もなかったですし、「自分で呼んで下さい」と言うだけ。 地元の人で無かったり、配車アプリをダウンロードしていなかったりする人もいますよね？ せめて、タクシー会社の電話番号教えてくれるとかないんでしょうか。

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The check in experience was a little slow but after this there is nothing i could fault. The hotel is close to train stations (2-5 mins walk away). Supermarket round the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Super comfortable beds and best pillows i have ever had in a hotel. They offer free sheet masks and toiletries if youve forgotten anything. Two water bottles supplied to the room each day. If/when i return to Tokyo i will definitely be staying at this hotel. Special thanks to Miyazuma (elder gentlemen) who even helped to flag down a taxi at 5am when we had our airport run. Also the hotel kindly stored our luggage for six nights in between when we travelled to Kyoto and returned back. Cannot fault this stay at all.

The hotel itself is fine, rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable, adequate space and fairly modern. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest train station (~10 minutes), just to bear in mind if you're walking with bags. The room itself is a little boxy / small though (Double), which isn't uncommon for Tokyo, certainly compared to other places I've stayed in the city. Negative review is mostly due to the hotel's archaic check-in policy. We arrived an hour before check-in, which isn't an unreasonable amount of time or expectation of being able to check-in, but were told we'd have to pay a 3000Y fee if we wanted to check-in early. Despite the room being ready. I have never encountered such a policy in my life / in all my years of travel - the room was ready(!) - makes you feel pretty undervalued as a customer. Stay somewhere else.

We had an exceptional stay at remm plus Ginza. As this was my first visit to Tokyo, I was nervous about choosing the right hotel after reading so many reviews about small room sizes, limited amenities, and location challenges. Remm Plus exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel was incredibly easy to find and just a short walk from the train station — with a direct train from Narita to Shimbashi, which made arrival seamless. The location is perfect: tucked away on a quiet street, yet steps from Ginza’s shops, a quick walk to the fish market, and with easy metro access to explore the rest of the city. The room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided — pajamas, slippers, and cozy bedding with excellent pillows. The bathroom layout was especially well done, with a separate toilet, a separate tub/shower enclosure, and a nicely appointed sink area. Most importantly, the staff was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful with every question and request. We truly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely choose this hotel again on future visits to Tokyo.

Room was a bit small, but satisfactory. The room cleaning was excellent and was provided water daily. Any clothes left out was folded neatly and sheets were changed daily. Excellent stay and the staff were super kind and attentive.

Great hotel with excellent location. About 5-7minutes walk from Shimbashi JR station, no worry even you arrive at midnight since there are still many people around the JR station. Do not need to take the luggage and climb the stairs to ginza exit which is a bonus. There is a donki (closed at 0200) and 24-hour supermarket opposite the hotel which you can shop even all other shops are closed. Around 5-7 minutes walk from those famous ginza department stores and luxury brands flagship stores, highly recommend this hotel to those who wish to buy luxury brand products as you can find almost all brands with big size shops nearby. The front desk is super friendly and the staff here are willing to answer all of our enquiries. There are japanese staff who can speak fluent english so there is no worry of communication. The front desk even helps us to find the lost power bank! The hotel is also very nice that it allows us to deposit one luggage at the hotel on 2nd day during check out and get back the luggage on the 6th day when we check in this hotel again. This really helps us a lot that we can visit to other scenic spots without carrying too many luggages. The room size is fair but it would be nice that it can be bigger. The tiolet is quite big and it is excellent. The daily neccessities provided by the hotel are also great. This is a comfortable hotel with reasonable price!

Hotel staff was very nice, and accommodating. Room was very clean, and quiet. Very convenient to travel in the area or out of the area with how close all transportation is to the hotel. Highly recommend. Will consider staying again if in Tokyo.

The location of the hotel was great . It was walkable to GINZA station and Shimbashi station . The staff were very helpful, friendly and can communicate well in English . It’s walking distance to Don Quijote and Family Mart. It’s very clean and modern Hotel . I recommend this place anyone that loves to go shopping.

Close to everything

Det var ren hotel og fresh rom. Det var bra sted, ganske god beliggenhet, begrenset med tanke på tilbudene etter kl 21:00. Ikke veldig spennende for yngere enn 30 år. Rommet var super små, venskelig å bevege seg i rommet. Var bedre for en enn to personer. Frokost var ikke så fristende, bedre å få stedet utenfor frokost.

Most enjoyable and comfortable stay. And good breakfasts!

Good Breakfast Selection

Its simple and it gets you by for a couple of days. As a first time traveller ton I was worried about using the train station. I didnt want to ride the train for 2-3 hours after a long trip. I used it as stopover after long day of travelling then transferred to another hotel after two nights. It has a good location. Its close to Ginza street and has a Family mart right below it. When you exit the hotel walk the alley by it theres alot of restraunts. Keep walking and you can get to Ginza 6. Just dont get the breakfast buffet it wasn’t good.

疲労回復や睡眠に関してのグッズ等マッサージ機もあり　部屋も清潔感があり良かったです お風呂とトイレが別々なのも気に入りました ただ 朝食は評判も良く　期待していたのですが　品数も少なく　味もイマイチでした

Sehr gute Ausgangslage zum Stadtteil Ginza. Metrostation 8 der Ginzalinie in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Massagestuhl, Badewanne und Dusche. Bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Tolles Frühstück. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder ins Remm Plus Ginza.

Adequate hotel. Just OK. Skip the breakfast. Pretty depressing. I chose the breakfast thinking with low expectatiins, but thinking I could at least get a decent cup of coffee. Worst coffee I can recall - truly embarrassing. As to the breakfast, it was like a rather depressing school canteen with really bad food.

It was okay! Rooms were small but very clean.. the restaurant isn’t that great. We got denied an extra lemon & it’s kinda awkward when you have the amenities infront of the staff since they watch you like a hawk !!! Regardless it was nice (:
