Our stay was fantastic and the hotel had everything perfectly set up for our family. Most importantly the staff was kind, friendly and attentive to all of our needs; making us feel welcome throughout our stay

The room is poorly maintained, and the wallpaper is peeling off in several places. The restaurant service was particularly disappointing, mainly because of the staff’s attitude. We entered the restaurant at 9:30 a.m., and the staff were already rushing us to leave and asking us to pack our food to take away. Isn’t breakfast supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m.?

Clean spacious rooms with Good views. The location is ok, with many cafes, convenience stores and a few restaurants around a 10min walk. The only con were the conditions of some of the rooms in my party since The wallpaper of the walls seemed to be ungluing, like damped.

This hotel is in an excellent location, with all three palaces within easy reach, along with numerous local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Getting around Seoul by taxi was also very convenient. Every staff member, including the housekeeping team, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!
