The property is a long and dark walk to the main harbour but it is very clean and has a lively garden and pool. The shower soaks the floor and the whole Bathroom gets wet the room 104 is very near reception and stairs and is very noisy especially at 7 when the staff arrive! The breakfast has to be ordered the night before with the time you want although it is always quite cold even the cooked items. It is a nice hotel but defiantly not for anyone with mobility issues as lots of steps and a long walk to town

This property was excellent. Very accommodating and staff were very pleasant. It was quiet and only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach & old town. Would highly recommend. Dina was fantastic and making our stay feel like home. Breakfast was always amazing. Pool was perfect.

Super tiny hotel renovated in 2019. Amazing rooms with superb shower / ensuite facilities. Lovely breakfast great sraff, pool and on street parking (no restrictions, just be aware certain times can be very busy). Would def recommend

We were thankful we chose the Epavli Boutique Hotel! This was a fantastic experience. The hotel is small, meaning there are only a handful of guests at any one time which was perfect. There are restaurants and places for morning coffee within a 3 minute walk. The waterfront is about a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool mostly to ourselves in the afternoon. The highlight was the continental breakfast served under glorious avocado trees. We were looked after by the Epavli team, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the ladies of the Epavli team! Five stars.

The room is very spacious and modern. The hotel is very pretty and in a local neighborhood. Walking distance to Chania town without being in the tourist area. We rented a car and always found close parking on the street. Would highly recommend.

Tres bel hôtel avec tout le confort moderne et personnel aux petits soins. Petit-déjeuner pris au bord de la piscine et sous 2 magnifiques manguiers. Bien situé en centre ville et à 20 mns à pied du centre historique. Je recommande sans hésitation.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Nina, the owner, who offered us a drink of our choice. The room was modern and beautifully furnished. - my wife would have preferred some draws for storage but there was a large closet for clothing. Each morning we had a wonderful custom made breakfast by the pool, that included avocados and other fruits from the over shade trees above our breakfast tables. On-street parking was readily available and old town was only a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend!

The property is lovely. From the moment you arrive until you leave the staff are professional and extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The heraldry is lovely very peaceful sat in the garden under the big Avocado tree. The walk to the old town is about 15 minutes I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Unbelievable stay here, 10/10. Very friendly and helpful service. Housekeeping was perfect every day. This room had everything we needed and there was lovely touches such as the Nespresso machine and glassware. Nothing to fault. Thanks all for a lovely stay!

Thank you to all the staff at Epavli who looked after us during our stay in Chania- the property and service exceeded all of our expectations. We were welcomed very warmly to a lovely clean room with all the facilities you could need, and the variety of breakfast items and quality was excellent. We went on a day trip and were kindly given a generous amount of food to take with us, very caring and friendly staff. The hotel is immaculate and the grounds are very well kept, we would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again next trip! Thank you team Epavli :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Epavli Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean and very comfortable; it included a small fridge which the staff kept stocked up with complementary bottled water on a daily basis. We found all the staff to be welcoming and very professional, in particular Dina and Maria were very helpful and made us feel at home. We’d recommend the hotel very highly.

Großzügige, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber. Frühstück unter Avocadobäumen im kleinen Innenhof. Das Beste jedoch waren die Mitarbeiter: alle sind super freundlich und aufmerksam - absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor! Wir hatten schöne entspannte Tage in Chania.

Also a few local dining options which Dina or Maria will happily recommend (and which are cheaper than the old town!) Dina organised a lovely anniversary treat for us and also a cute birthday treat for my husband which was above and beyond! Our room (301) was comfortable and spotlessly clean, the bed was firm but comfy. Nice view out onto the small pool. Breakfast was lovely & served under an avocado tree! Dina organised car hire for us to explore a bit more of Crete which was nice and straightforward. Supermarket nearby for treats. Overall a lovely little break away. Thank you!

The hotel was lovely. We had a really friendly welcome with drinks brought to our room. Room facilities were great with a fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was really nice and in the lovely garden area. The bathroom was very modern - it was a wet room however and the shower did get the room very wet!

We had a wonderful stay at the Epavli Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean and very comfortable; it included a small fridge which the staff kept stocked up with complementary bottled water on a daily basis. We found all the staff to be welcoming and very professional, in particular Dina and Maria were very helpful and made us feel at home. We’d recommend the hotel very highly.

The room was modern and beautifully furnished. - my wife would have preferred some draws for storage but there was a large closet for clothing. Each morning we had a wonderful custom made breakfast by the pool, that included avocados and other fruits from the over shade trees above our breakfast tables. On-street parking was readily available and old town was only a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend!

The heraldry is lovely very peaceful sat in the garden under the big Avocado tree. The walk to the old town is about 15 minutes I would recommend anyone to stay here.

A lovely small hotel. Around a 15 minute stroll to the beautiful old town of Chania, where there are lots of dining options. Also a few local dining options which Dina or Maria will happily recommend (and which are cheaper than the old town!) Dina organised a lovely anniversary treat for us and also a cute birthday treat for my husband which was above and beyond! Our room (301) was comfortable and spotlessly clean, the bed was firm but comfy. Nice view out onto the small pool. Breakfast was lovely & served under an avocado tree! The property is a long and dark walk to the main harbour but it is very clean and has a lively garden and pool. The shower soaks the floor and the whole Bathroom gets wet the room 104 is very near reception and stairs and is very noisy especially at 7 when the staff arrive! The breakfast has to be ordered the night before with the time you want although it is always quite cold even the cooked items. It is a nice hotel but defiantly not for anyone with mobility issues as lots of steps and a long walk to town

This property was excellent. Very accommodating and staff were very pleasant. It was quiet and only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach & old town. Would highly recommend. Dina was fantastic and making our stay feel like home. Breakfast was always amazing. Pool was perfect.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker und der Garten in dem wir es serviert bekommen haben, war sehr schön. Wir sind im Feierabendverkehr angereist und mussten zunächst etwas suchen, konnten dann aber auch einen Parkplatz in einer Querstraße finden.

The room is very spacious and modern. The hotel is very pretty and in a local neighborhood. Walking distance to Chania town without being in the tourist area. We rented a car and always found close parking on the street. Would highly recommend.

Thank you to all the staff at Epavli who looked after us during our stay in Chania- the property and service exceeded all of our expectations. We were welcomed very warmly to a lovely clean room with all the facilities you could need, and the variety of breakfast items and quality was excellent. We went on a day trip and were kindly given a generous amount of food to take with us, very caring and friendly staff. The hotel is immaculate and the grounds are very well kept, we would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again next trip! Thank you team Epavli :)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the AC, pool, breakfast and other amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and our room was always clean. This is a great location if you're renting a car as it's a little outside of the city center (but very walkable) and it's easy to find a free place to park your car.

No issues to find parking on street outside hotel but this is june not at busy period. Host was lovely. Room was spacious and modern, felt very comfortable. 15 min walk to chania old town and easy 30 mins walk to Chora beach for great sunset drinks. I Good location to explore the East side of the island.
