The facilities have not improved in a long time. Pool was green, dirty halls, cleaning services un-proffesional with loud music sounding while cleaning the rooms. I saw dogs in the property and I didn't know they were aloung.

Although price is generally not high for the area ths state of the unit should be improved significantly. Elevator dit not work, ants in tbe bathroom, door to balcony broken, lamp in ceiling not working, same as hairdryer. It is close to beach though property not taken care of

The couch in the apartment was more like a hard futon. Not comfortable at all and you really couldn’t sit on it and watch TV and be comfortable. The TV was very small and would just shut off with no warning. There was a TV in one of the bedrooms and there was no remote, so you couldn’t even turn it on. The pool was clean and nice. It was just hard to feel like you were on vacation when you couldn’t even sit comfortably to watch tv

It’s good for the money. We were worried after reading some of the reviews, but the place was actually really clean. No roaches. Clean sheets. There is TV upstairs and downstairs, No smart TV but we used our phones. It does need a bit of renovation, but if you want the Ritz it’s across the street. The pool area was clean as well. The reception was a bit tricky to found, you have to walk in the courtyard to found it, could use a sign. Came for a weekend. It’s very close to the beach. We would probably stay there again if we come back to Biscayne Key.

Amazing location as its close to the beach and town and with free parking. Very simple set-up in the units. Its not fancy...its dated and that is why the price is reasonable. Our unit was clean and we loved having a kitchenette and a TV. Walk to the beach and to town - again amazing location. There is noise due to early morning garbage trucks and cars parked around the building but that is to be expected.

big room! key biscane was a great relaxed area in comparison to Miami. glad we made the drive out to stay here, it was worth it. lots of cute restaurants nearby. nice that there was beach access. we didn't use the pool as we were out and about most the time.

This property is old but I liked our loft apartment very much. We had a very comfortable bed but our daughter was staying in another apartment and unfortunately its bed was concave and smelled like someone had smoked weed in there, so not every unit measures up. Both were very clean. It is just a shame that they don't put a couple of beds downstairs instead of sofa so a whole family can stay in one unit. I liked the iguanas everywhere outside by the pool. the pool was warm and all the people staying there very friendly. It had an "old Florida " feel to the property. Run down here and there but the price is right for the location and we were able to walk to wonderful dining. Easy hassle free stay and we will return. Also, it seems to be a family business and I like supporting those!

Premises were within my expectations, I wouldn't pay more than I did though. The elevator was a bit frightening and it was basically self service, which is good if you want quiet and privacy, bring your own basic toiletries.

The place is old. We rented through Expedia. The price was not bad for two nights. I guess you get what you pay for. The bathroom had mold and rust. The A/C worked good down stairs in the Loft but not upstairs where we slept. The furniture had stains. Some of the lights in the unit did not work. Just a bad overall experience.

I don’t even know where to start. Horrific experience that I didn’t even stay the length of the reservation. Dirty is an understatement. The pictures are completely AI generated. There were dead cockroaches in the ceiling that could be easily seen through the clear plastic drop down ceiling. Various splatter of random substances on the walls. Mismatched lighting with various bulbs out. Just stay away.

The building is old and in need of some repairs. The room was large but the furniture was old and worn out and the soft (couch, chair, etc) surfaces were clearly stained and dirty. The floor turned my feet almost black with dirt from walking barefoot.

Location is great. But the Expedia listing is deceiving. The pictures did not depict the actuality of the room. The rooms are bare, old, an unpleasant musty humid smell, and dark. I would retake pictures of the room so customers know exactly how it looks.

I rented 3 rooms for my family for a weekend in Miami, family wedding. The rooms are spacious. The little kitchen is perfect. The staff that I met were very nice. The only negative about this stay: When you have a lot of people in the living room it gets very loud and echos.

Property is run down. Lock on door did not work properly. Missing numbers on the door. The sofa in the living is extremely small, more of a small futon. Linens are old. Bed was very uncomfortable. Kitchen is poorly equipped. The water in the shower was warm at best. Noise from neighboring hotel loading dock was extremely loud early in the morning. The only positive was it was clean.

Property is decent for the money. Very basic but clean. The loft was enough for 2 people in the king size bed but the pull out sofa was not a ‘double pull out’ as expected but instead a futon not even suitable for one person honestly. Great location and staff were very helpful on the plus.

Unit was two floors which was pretty cool. The place needs some TLC. A bunch of outlets don’t work. The bed needs to be replaced. No washcloths, which is weird. Fridge sounded like a freight train when running.

We didnt get to stay there. We made the booking and when we arrived at the property the reception was not open dispite it being the office hours. No one anwsered the telephone or the out of hours number. I was on hold with hotels.com whilst they tried and still no room or anwser. We ended up sleeping in the car. We have asked for a refund and hotels.com cant get the hotel to agree. Terrible place
