Glo Best Western is very nice. The front desk staff were “very” friendly. The pool was nice. Workout area was dirty, lots of mud on the floor in there. Rooms were really nice, shower doors leaked water and could hear the road traffic. Found a white noise app on my phone to drown it out so I could sleep.

Very nice hotel, about 5 miles off I90, safe area, restaurants close by, friendly staff, good breakfast, pet friendly, very clean. It does mention bar but this was just a cooler under the front desk of beer you could purchase.

Very nice, clean and seems new. EV charger works! Staff call me by name - nice touch. One nit pick: the TV signal is standard, not high def. Nice TV but aspect is distorted and picture is noticeably standard definition. No a big deal br very odd in today’s day and age.

I wiped up hardened on food from the floor and found the floor to be dirty all over as if it doesn't ever get mopped. It came up black. The carpet in the lobby also looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. My room was next to a busy street and was noisy.

While I do enjoy the Best Western chain, Glo is not one I stay at again. After 3 weeks on the road, this is the smallest room I have experienced. On line check in asked if we wanted a microwave. Didn’t get one. The bathroom shared a barn door with a super tiny closet but it doesn’t shut the whole length if the bathroom. So, privacy was limited. The shower was awesome but it leaked water all over the floor. The above counter sink didn’t drain and took up too much room in an already tiny area. We got to breakfast 45 minutes before it ended and it was wiped out. We did ask someone to please restock but it was slow going. The hotel itself is not very old but seemed cheaply made. One elevator was broken so we took stairs a lot. One floor had laminate missing. There were marks all over the wall throughout and the place needed a good vacuum. Overall for a quick one night stay, it did the job and the area seems to be all brand new. Next time I might drive further down the road and stay someplace different.

Everyone was friendly, I felt safe and the hotel was well kept. The 2 negatives I have were that the outlets were ill placed near the beds. You could only use one of the 2 plugins. The other…it was like there was a spring inside of it and what I plugged in would pop right back out. I’m likely not describing it correctly, but it was every plug in and I had my husband check as well. Not a deal breaker, for me, but could be for some. The only reason I would not stay again was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. There was just a sliding “barn door” type thing that offered ZERO privacy. Did not even cover the entire doorway. Been married over 10 years and there are certain things that I still prefer keeping to myself. 😆 if I were meeting my gal pals and staying solo, I’d stay here again, but would not recommend for a couple that doesn’t want to share EVERYTHING!

The room was a good size and the mattress was comfortable. However, the sheets were scratchy. The walls paper thin as we could hear the TV in the room next to us and the people walking above us like they were in the same room. Sink didn’t drain properly in bathroom.

Heat didn’t work in our room. We were immediately moved to another room with no hassle. This is a very nice hotel. My only comment is that the bathroom doors are not very sound proof and lack privacy. They are a “barn door” sliding door. Beds were great and I love the hardwood looking floors. No carpet.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We stay here often when visiting family nearby. Normally no complaints but I cannot say that this time. On the second night of our stay, we were awakened at 1 am by the front desk calling both of our rooms saying there was a noise complaint from the floor below. Instead of going up to the 4th floor to confirm IF there was a noise problem (which there was not from our rooms since we were sleeping!), the desk clerk decided to call our rooms at 1 am and wake our entire family up. Our night of interrupted sleep did not make for a well-rested drive home

Amazing location and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was great and all the amenities were on par. Knowing Sioux Falls a little bit I’m very happy with this location. There is plenty to do on the east side without all the traffic and headaches of the west side. Great little gem!

Service and help at the front desk is terrible. I tried to check in at 2:35 p.m. and was told would have to pay a $30 early check in fee. Normal check in is 3:00. Seriously can't let a person check in a half hour early? I needed to get to a meeting hence the early check in. The staff is not friendly in general. Rooms are decent and could be a little cleaner, bed was comfy.

The look and feel of the hotel was quite nice. The complementary breakfast missed the mark. Area was not adequately staffed with overflowing bins and they ran out of some beverages. Checkout staff was none existant, back of house staff didnt get up to ask us about or stay. From their seat they said leave the card in the desk and continued their conversation with a coworker. On the plus side the evening staff was pleasant and accommodating during check in.

Loved my stay till they charged both my accounts on file for the room and refused to do anything about it. Was rude about it and didnt give a reason as to why they charged both accounts and went as far to say I wasnt charged at all for a second! Be careful when giving your cards to them!

Good location with restaurants and amenities nearby. Comfortable rooms and quiet facility. We didn’t get to the pool area. Breakfast was hot and well-stocked. We were of the impression there was a lounge, but they sell beer and seltzers at the desk. This isn’t a deal-breaker though. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside was it would be nice if there were some sort of mirror outside the bathroom.
