Although the park doesnt have a pool the Aquatic centre is on the opposite side of the road, with easy access via a voucher from reception available.

Lovely bush setting with the river close by. You wouldn't know it was on a busy road once inside the park. Shops, restaurants, train station and service station all within a 3 minute drive.

We rented an Executive Suite cabin for 15days and visited Grandson's in Evanston. We cannot thank the staff enough and management for providing an amazing stay and such wonderful amenities. We are getting our own van shortly and will definitely be coming back to stay onsite. We recommend Gawler Caravan Park Highly.

Cabin was very old. Air conditioner only worked flat out so we’re either freezing or hot. Couldn’t hear tv which was mounted so high we got sore necks. Traffic noise was horrendous. Floors dirty. Shower tap fell off. Was quite expensive for what we got. Would never stay here again

Comfortable cabin, or villa as called here. Good bed. I slept well. Large fridge. I have been know to choose accommodation because of having a large fridge to freeze the Esky bottles in. Better than the normal cabin.

Location great. Bed terrible, hard with no comfort, bedding old and uninspiring . We had trouble sleeping both nights due to this and the light from outside coming under the curtains and shining on your face.

Villa was lovely, clean and spacious. Beds aren’t great, definitely not the comfiest. Mattresses need upgrading. Could also do with ceiling fans in the bedrooms, air con only in the kitchen/lounge area.

Everything in the cabins were clean and well provided. If you are coming from the east the sign for Reception is not very visible. It is very quickly behind you on the right as you enter the property looking to the left. Otherwise it was good and 5-10 mins walk from the town centre and lots of food options, even mid week.
