We enjoyed our stay very much. If you don't mind a tiny room, you will find this an enjoyable hotel to stay in. It has free onsite washer/dryer, free drinks any time in the breakfast room, an onsen you can schedule and is very close to the train station.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are tiny, but we didn't mind. You can do laundry for free and they have drinks you can get any time outside of breakfast hours, also free. Very close to JR train station, so very easy to get around Tokyo from here. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace.

We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room.

Tiny rooms. Bathroom was dirty. Screaming and fighting in the room next door. We moved to a different hotel in the middle of the night.
