This is a wonderful hotel in the Marais section of Paris. The staff are absolutely fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. Though the property is on a busy side street, the hotel seems very quiet. There’s an heated pool and sauna in the basement that is quite rare in Parisian hotels. Excellent shopping is close by with the BHV department store across the street and the metro station just a few steps away. Have to give a shout out too to the staff in the attached bar downstairs (Julien, Simon…)as they made our stay even more fun!

We spent three nights at Le Grand Mazarin this May and had a lovely time. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and decorated so beautifully, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have lovely amenities and a wonderful shower. The pool on the bottom floor is beautiful as well. There is a small fitness center on the ground floor and a restaurant attached on the main floor. Awesome location near Le Marais for walking around and checking out all the wonderful shops, cafes and museums.

This hotel is a dream and looks as if it was curated for a Wes Anderson film. The room was comfortable and had every luxury you can think of. The pool and gym were both well appointed for a small hotel. The staff took suck good care of us from the moment we arrives. The concierge made several reservations for us since we do not speak French. I can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Paris.

It's very pleasantly decorated, clean, fresh and well maintained. Staff were all lovely and service from them was good. Disappointed to find the bar closed to guests on Friday night. Our post-dinner drink back at the hotel didn't work out. As a guest, the bas is one of the things you expect to be available. At. Minimum you have to let guests know it's closed so they can plan their night around it. Lovely building but dark rooms due to orientation.

Fantastic hotel!! Loved the staff, pool, and beautiful hotel. Was traveling with younger kids and was worried about night life being too loud around us but we did not hear a PEEP from our gorgeous room! PS. Kudos for toto toilet and dyson hairdryer!

We stayed at Le Grand Mazarin Hotel in February 2025. It was our first experience of Paris as a family & this beautiful hotel & its amazing staff did not disappoint. We were given a warm & friendly welcome by reception when we arrived & were looked after very well during our stay. The wine & the food in the hotel were beautifully & thoughtfully presented as well as being super delicious; the staff informative & knowledgeable on the produce. The surroundings were very elegant, unique & beautiful but comfortable, cosy & relaxed at the same time. There was a lovely ambience & excellent attention to detail. We booked the Parisian Junior Suite for our stay as it gave us a perfect space for our family of 4. It was the most beautiful room with a stunning balcony that looked out over Le Marais where you could watch the world go by over a cup of coffee or a glass of Champagne. The bedroom was very plush, ornate & comfortable & we all had a super night sleep, feeling energised to explore all that Paris had to offer the next day. The facilities were excellent for a city centre hotel & as a family we made the most of the pool & the spa area during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel in the heart of the beautiful Le Marais, while staying in Paris. We would definitely look to book here again on our next trip to Paris. Thank you for making our stay an amazing experience!

The entire stay was perfection. Very friendly and attentive staff, wonderful room and the romantic package that i requested for our honeymoon was brilliant. The pool and steam room were really great too. The breakfasts were also a highlight. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough if you're looking for a luxurious stay in paris

The room was immaculately clean. Service from the mostly bilingual staff was outstanding. The hotel is amazingly quiet in the middle of the noisy, fun of Le Marais neighborhood. Absolutely look forward to a return visit.

Beautiful art deco hotel in a great location, close to many dining options and sites. Staff were top notch, very professional and helpful. Both our private room and the hotel’s public spaces were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, it was very disturbing. Safety for their customers is definitely not a priority nor is their privacy. We won't be back.

Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work!

We loved staying at this hotel. Check-in was an ease. Our room was lovely, with fresh flowers, macarons, a chilled bottle of a lovely wine, dog bed and bowl. The bathroom has heated floors and a steam shower with all the other French amenities. The service is extraordinary. The staff is helpful and friendly. The concierge was always helping us with our needs and planning. The area has great shopping, good for strolling, close to the Seine and other activities. Our room had two little patios with chairs and a table. The breakfast was everything you could ask for. There was a great continental spread and you could also order from their beautifully clean kitchen on display. You. Ant go wrong with choosing this hotel.

We still find it hard to believe that Le Grand Mazarin LGM is barely 4 blocks from Notre Dame and that this oasis of calm and stye is right in the heart of things. LGM gets top points for high style and being hip. Love the purple outfits of the staff. Having said that, the rooms are rather small though very well furnished and styled. Will come back for sure!!

The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, it was very disturbing. Safety for their customers is definitely not a priority nor is their privacy. We won't be back.

Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work!

The entire stay was perfection. Very friendly and attentive staff, wonderful room and the romantic package that i requested for our honeymoon was brilliant. The pool and steam room were really great too. The breakfasts were also a highlight. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough if you're looking for a luxurious stay in paris

What a terrific gem! The staff is excellent and the hotel is truly a boutique experience. It is a short walk to Notre Dame across the bridge, but the area surrounding the hotel is full of shops, restaurants, and fabulous patisseries. Love it!

This is a gem of a hotel, gorgeous rooms, insanely Instagrammable pool, fabulous 5-star service from the friendly staff… only complaint is that the surrounding Marais neighborhood is very noisy and buzzy and you’ll hear lots of partying until late at night.

We still find it hard to believe that Le Grand Mazarin LGM is barely 4 blocks from Notre Dame and that this oasis of calm and stye is right in the heart of things. LGM gets top points for high style and being hip. Love the purple outfits of the staff. Having said that, the rooms are rather small though very well furnished and styled. Will come back for sure!!

It's very pleasantly decorated, clean, fresh and well maintained. Staff were all lovely and service from them was good. Disappointed to find the bar closed to guests on Friday night. Our post-dinner drink back at the hotel didn't work out. As a guest, the bas is one of the things you expect to be available. At. Minimum you have to let guests know it's closed so they can plan their night around it. Lovely building but dark rooms due to orientation.

The people were really great and helpful when we needed some last-minute changes to some tours that we were doing due to an injury. Super responsive! Also, it’s a really fun bar with really fun drinks. We had one of the rooms on the very top where you took the stairs for the last floor. These are great as they had little balconies to sit on and enjoy the incredible view.

The room was impeccable and the staff was lovely. Be sure to ask for a room on a high floor in the back. The street noise was bad and went late into the night on weekends. The lights were also difficult to manage and the tv was finicky.
