Room was very clean. Easy walkable access to Kyoto station. Friendly staff. Aeon mall is across the street so lots of places to eat and shop and stock up on groceries as the room has a fridge.

1. Very good location, next to Aeon mall. Bus stop just right outside the main road. Nagoya station just within working distance. 2. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. 3. We booked the Hollywood room, room is clean and spacious.

Rooms were very clean. Easy to get in and out. AC/heating unit worked well and was quieg. The room was large enough for my needs with a small desk. In room fridge was handy. Could have been helpful to have inroom safe. Staff was polite. Check in/out was fast and efficient. Would stay again.

Very nice. Conveniently next to Kyoto train and bus terminal. Room has opening windows and a bathroom fan that is strong enough to remove moisture. The hot water for the bath can be easily temperature controlled. Plenty of charging ports in the room. Washer & dryer coin laundry is 800 yen and only accepts 100 yen coins.

Super close to AEON mal for variety of food choices. 10 minutes walk to Kyoto Station and 15 minutes walk to the Five-story Pagoda. Very convenient location for my travel plan. Helpful option to leave luggage with front desk to the afternoon on check out day. Thank you.
