The view was one of the best we have ever seen in Tokyo. Great breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed the ofuro baths and every day. It’s also a great location for those visiting teamlabs, Toyosu market, and Odaiba. Highly recommend. Great value.

Very nice Hotel. Great views from all rooms. The hotel is located on the 33-36 floor of a high rise building. You access the Lobby on the 36th floor and take a separate elevator after the lobby reception to the hotel floors. Staff are polite and attentive though English is not a strong point. Room is very clean with excellent views. Great water pressure and toiletry amenities are higher end. Bidet in bathroom. Rooms are small which is expected. There is still space to place a suitcase against the wall. Not much closet space. There are laundry facilities that are about $2 a load so you can travel light. The breakfast is in the lobby area (36th floor) and excellent. Great views from the dining area. The Toyosu station is accessible in the basement level therefore technically you can enter the station directly from the hotel.Takes 15-20 min to get to Ginza area from the time you leave the room. The shopping center is likewise directly accessible. A very nice grocery store across the street from the hotel. Lots of eateries locally, but Ginza was better and close by. We did use taxis frequently and they were reasonable and can be accessed at the taxi rank right outside or by the drop off area on the first floor if you Uber it. Overall, would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel entrance is connected to food, shopping, and trains. We had Ringo peach & apply custard cream pastries daily. The Mitsui Garden is on the 36th floor with amazing views of the water and city from lobby and our room. Gracious helpful staff when we asked to ship our luggage to our next hotel. Last, the outdoor onsen overlooking Tokyo was wonderful.

Except for the fact that you have to get to the top floor, then transfer to a different elevator to get to the floor with rooms it’s a great hotel with fabulous views and nicely located above a train station with lots of shops and dining options

I liked the big bath on the top floor ( in and the open roof) very modern style and relaxing. The room size is decent but the view from the room is the key factor for this place. Public transportation is great. This hotel is connected to the subway entrance and you can go to Ginza, Yurakucho by train only 3-4 stops away. Also the bus takes you to Yaesu( Tokyo station).

We arrived an hour and a half before the check in time. The staff said the room is already ready but if we want to check in now we need to pay extra ¥2500. It's the first time a hotel would not just let us check into our room when it's only 1.5 hour before the official check in time. It's really a bad PR on their part. Also they do not have any parking at the hotel nor any close enough parking lot.

Fantastic property. Great location, great staff, fantastic views. As others have noted, there was a slight musty odor in our room (but not anywhere else). Not strong enough to be annoying, but you do notice it when entering the room and then quickly forget about it. Staff are super nice and kept everything clean and orderly. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Self serv amenities is simply a fantastic idea the industry should embrace. Will definitely return.

First room was so dirty and the couch is mouldy, they changed another room to us but it smell bad and have some ants, but i didn’t request to change the third room… WiFi connection was so bad in our room, keep on and off all the time.

The view in this hotel alone is worth it. It is super impressive and you'll love it. The room was tight but looked like the picture and everything was super clean. On our last day there, we were able to see Mount Fuji!!

This hotel is the top four floors of a very tall office building. The lobby is huge, and the bar and restaurant have stunning views. If you book a view room, I recommend a corner and you won’t be disappointed. The hotel seems to be away from the main part of Tokyo, but there are all the same stores close by so it’s very convenient, plus the metro is downstairs from the hotel along with a collection of Restaurants. Luxury shopping in the Ginza area is it short metro ride and easy to navigate.

Nice hotel in the Bay Area close to the shopping mall with restaurants and activities such as team lab. We stayed in premium room overlooking the seaside with a bath tub. Spa area is very nice. There are however some things missing to justify the price. I booked with breakfast but we ended up having to pay for it any way since no connection between my booking through hotels and theirs. Breakfast was not worth the price. Staff was not welcoming when we asked for service. There are no extra towels in the spa. Cleaning of room was only emptying the trash can and new towels. The hotel is not very well isolated between the rooms and the corridors.

First time in Tokyo and my wife and I did not want to leave this hotel. The location for access to subway train is very easy and makes getting to other areas easy.The staff and the breakfast was the best especially the coffee. The view from our room was incredible. We have breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji every morning. Although the location is not in the thick of areas filled with nightlife it is a sanctuary to come back to after a day or night seeing the sites. Also it a bus ride straight from the airport right outside the hotel to the front lobby.

Very easy check in and left our bags with the hosts who are super friendly and helpful. When returning for check-in we were notified our bags were already placed in our room. To say the least the quality and staff of the hotel made the stay super enjoyable along with the already amazing views. Last note, highly recommend opting in getting the breakfast option. Super delicious and eliminates the hassle of having to think about where to go early in the day.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel after first landing in Tokyo following a 18 hour journey. It was a perfect location to recharge the batteries as it was a much quieter neighbourhood than the other parts of the city we moved onto. That being said location was still fantastic with direct lift access into Toyosu station that connected us across the city.

Direct Access to Toyusu Station and Lalaport Shopping Mall with the Hotel Elevator. Was a good stay to get out of the stressful Tokyo center. Good restaurants and shopping possibilities, too. The desk counter speaks English and helped us multiple times - thank you for everything.

We moved to this hotel from central Tokyo to visit Disney and team labs and the ginza area . For those visiting these areas especially Disney and Disney sea it was perfect . Directly connected to the metro and a shopping mall and lots of choices of restaurants .

About 2 min away from a station. It felt weird going to a high floor for reception, but that also felt like a security plus as from there, the hotel portion was split from the rest of the building. Shopping center right outside the front doors. Gorgeous views

There is a very comfortable bus from Haneda directly to the hotel, with luggage stowed underneath, which is extremely convenient compared to traveling with luggage via monorail or subway, however, it also has a subway station immediately underneath the building with direct access from the hotel elevator which is very convenient for getting out and about. The hotel is on the top floors of a high rise, with great views from the lobby and most rooms. Our queen superior room was a reasonable size, though not as large as on a previous stay, with decent sized bathroom. There are multiple restaurants immediately underneath the hotel, and extensive shopping and additional restaurants easily accessible by a covered walkway across the street. It’s close to a park with playground for kids, a nice walkway next to the water, which we took to visit the Toyosu fish market (about 30 minutes). There are several restaurants along the adjacent streets, as well as museums in walking distance. It is much less hectic than central Tokyo, but reasonably easy to get to other parts of Tokyo. Only downsides: the subway doesn’t have a direct connection to Tokyo station, so if traveling with luggage from the hotel to other places in Japan, it requires planning and stamina to reach connections. As for the hotel itself: Shower water temp isn’t hot enough. Staff didn’t replenish in-room coffee reliably.

I enjoyed my stay. However my breakfast plate was served cold twice (they fixed it; but it should always be hot given the price). The view was impeccable!! I would love to come again but find another place for breakfast. I loved that it's eco-friendly. ☺️

Jag provade inte baren. Restaurangen serverade en väldigt god frukost. Det spelades jazz i foajén nån kväll. Hotellet har en väldigt imponerande utsikt och känns väldigt nyrenoverat överlag. Personalen var vänlig och bra på alla sätt. Det finns möjlighet att köpa dryck, hämta is och tvätta intill hotellkorridoren vilket är praktiskt. Hotellet har ingång från Tokyos tunnelbana vilket är väldigt bra när det regnar. Samma gäller om man vill bli hämtad med taxi, det kan man göra under tak. Jag trivdes väldigt bra på hotellet. Det enda jag saknade (jag har inte frågat om det fanns men såg ingen info om det) var fitnessrum men det finns säket lätt tillgängligt nära hotellet å andra sidan.
