Beautiful modern day machiya experience. The room was amazing having a private outdoor bath was a once in a lifetime experience. The restaurant was also excellent, with a very high quality of service and food quality. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We will certainly stay again!

The hotel and staff are exceptional. It is easily the best place I have stayed. The staff were warm, friendly and good humoured. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The onsen was life-changing. The Japanese breakfast was also a highlight. I felt incredibly welcome and cared for.
