This property was exceptional. The staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good and priced well. Didn't care for the dinner restaurant but the staff were great and accommodating. Hotel is literally across tge street from the train station so it was easy to get around. Also the family mart attached to the hotel is open 24/7 so very convenient for late night snacks. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Super close to the train station—just a few stops from Tokyo Station—making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The room was quiet, spotless, and well equipped, with a great selection of amenities available in the lobby. We especially loved the large public bath and sauna. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very clean, modern and SPACIOUS! The main reason why I picked this hotel is because how spacious the room is, and for that staying in Shiomi is absolutely worth it. It’s also absolutely convenient if you are planning to visit Disneylands, the approximate train ride is the best after a long day in Disney. The hotel also has onsen and sauna, which are tattoo friendly, and they are clean and large, 100% enjoyed it. There’s also a family mart onsite, love the convenience. Overall I enjoyed it and loved it, would 10/10 stay again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The onsen was very clean and organized. We used the laundry room a couple times and it seemed that a lot of people used this facility. The only thing that could be improved was for the laundry room to be expanded with more machines so that people didn't need to wait their turn to use the machines.

Its not out first time in this hotel and we really liked it before. This time something was definitely wrong with cleaning team. Room was not cleaned at all, cleaners were leaving hair-crumbles and even their own disposable gloves. Cherry on the top was on the last night when they found our dirty clothes including underwear and “kindly” placed them on the bed next to pillows. Lovely 😳

Room was clean and spacious, amenities were fantastic and high quality. The breakfast is rather expensive, but the restaurant itself is quite nice. 2 minutes walk from Shiomi Station off the Keiyo JR line, and 3 stops away from Tokyo Station.

area was great. overall amenities was great too! had washer and dryer, and even a machine that vacuums air out of a bag so you can fit more into your suitcase. staff was great amd very helpful! a few cons were, even though we have room service everyday - some places remained dusty. they need to see from a customers pov when staying.there were also cup watermarks left by previous guests that we noticed upon checking in. overall, would stay again if price warrants it. a few things to improve but overall still good.

We really enjoyed our time at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. It is located close to the metro station and only 10 minutes out of Tokyo Station. The hotel is immaculate and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We opted for the included breakfast and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh and there was plenty of variety. There is also a FamilyMart connected to the hotel and a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. We would definitely book again when visiting Tokyo.

Just arrived home to Los Angeles. We stayed at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel for 8 days and it was the perfect choice. Very close to Shiomi station, great food options, the breakfast buffet is amazing, staff very friendly, very safe and clean hotel. We loved our room. Modern and spacious. We’ll be back!

We stayed for five nights in the Standard King room. Breakfast was included. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel’s amenities were quite impressive, with public bath, laundry (which I wish I knew about before going to a laundromat), and Family Mart attached. The front-desk was always very polite and willing to help. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, seeming like a neighborhood where locals live. The Shiomi train station is located right across the street, which is very convenient. Overall, the best stay for my first trip in Japan!

Super tolles Hotel. Direkt neben einer Bahnstation und mehrere Conbinis in der Nähe. Großes Zimmer mit 1,80cm Bett, sauber mit täglicher Reinigung. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Einzige was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, war ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.

First impression, looks very nice, but when you look on the small details, not so great, definitely not as good as other Prince Hotels I have stayed. No one helps with the luggage, hotel was built cheaply, so you can hear every move in the next room and from the rooms above too. Food selection is not great, but whatever they serve is delicious! Only one restaurant in this huge hotel. Wanted to drink tea with a cake, guess what, cakes are only for take out… so I ended up going to eat in another establishment. Very strange…! Room floor was not clean at all, plenty of hair… Location is not so convenient either. Bottom line, too expensive for what it is.

My husband and I stayed at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel in March 2026. The hotel is a little dated and could use some basic updates to improve its appearance. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which was a real problem for me. The food choices were limited, and the prices were a bit higher than what we paid at other well-known restaurants in the area. The hotel is located in a quite area and is approximate 20-30 minutes away from Tokyo. However, the hotel is very close to the train station. Some of the staff member spoke very little English, but for the most part the staff was very accommodating and friendly. One of the staff members, Quentin was absolutely awesome and very, very helpful. He went above and beyond customer service expectations to ensure that my husband and I received whatever help we needed to navigate our stay in Tokyo.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were always helpful. The hotel is right next to the train station, so it was really easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. I was surprised by all the amenities. In particular the hair milk and three blade razors were fantastic.

We arrived around 2pm and check in was at 3pm. The person that greeted us told us that they can hold our bags but we couldn't check in yet even though our room was ready. After about 30 min or more, they told us that if we become members than we can check in immediately. Becoming a member is free and took 3 min. It was very confusing and frustrating and didn't set a good tone for our welcome. They were nice but not overly friendly or helpful and so it was disappointing. We've been to Japan before and every time we stay somewhere the service is always great so we were very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel is very clean but I wouldn't recommend the location if you are trying to go to the main areas of Tokyo. There isn't any walkable neighborhoods to explore around the hotel. It's more of an industrial area. When we went out for the day we had to plan on being gone the entire day because its too far to go back to the hotel to rest or drop anything off. I didn't try the food but my parents ate at the restaurant and they said it was terrible. They ordered curry and said it was so bad they didn't eat it. My kids however ordered pasta and they liked it. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this hotel is okay. I definitely wouldn't recommend based on the location alone.

This property was exceptional. The staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good and priced well. Didn't care for the dinner restaurant but the staff were great and accommodating. Hotel is literally across tge street from the train station so it was easy to get around. Also the family mart attached to the hotel is open 24/7 so very convenient for late night snacks. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and well maintained. It is conveniently located near JR Shiomi Station; however, there is not much in the surrounding area. The service from the staff was below the level we have consistently experienced in Japan at other hotels and establishments. The team members were mostly younger and not Japanese, which in itself is not an issue, but it was reflected in the overall professionalism and level of care. Although our booking included complimentary upgrades, early and late check-in, and free drinks, we only received the drinks. We were told that early check-in and room upgrades required an additional fee, and that late check-out was unavailable. At the time, we were unaware of our benefits and did not request them. Once I later realized that early check-in should have been included, I followed up with the hotel. Their response was dismissive—they simply stated that we had received our drinks and that late check-out was unavailable due to being fully booked. This did not address why the complimentary early check-in was not honored when rooms were available. The way the situation was handled was very disappointing, and as a result, we would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to return.

We stayed here for two non-consecutive nights, first after a full day at DisneySea. The location is very convenient for Disney; 3 subway stops (~15 min). Shiomi Station is across the street (a 2 min walk). Exploring other parts of Tokyo requires a line transfer, which isn’t ideal with tired kids, but still manageable. The hotel confirmed they could receive our prepaid luggage, and they were incredibly responsive to all my questions via Expedia’s chat. When my daughter lost her backpack at Tokyo Skytree, a front desk staff member kindly called lost and found on our behalf, translated for us, confirmed the bag was found, and even asked about shipping options since we were leaving for Kyoto the next morning. They stored our luggage while we were in Kyoto. They also made disposing of our damaged luggage incredibly easy & no fees. I highly recommend!

We arrived around 2pm and check in was at 3pm. The person that greeted us told us that they can hold our bags but we couldn't check in yet even though our room was ready. After about 30 min or more, they told us that if we become members than we can check in immediately. Becoming a member is free and took 3 min. It was very confusing and frustrating and didn't set a good tone for our welcome. They were nice but not overly friendly or helpful and so it was disappointing. We've been to Japan before and every time we stay somewhere the service is always great so we were very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel is very clean but I wouldn't recommend the location if you are trying to go to the main areas of Tokyo. There isn't any walkable neighborhoods to explore around the hotel. It's more of an industrial area. When we went out for the day we had to plan on being gone the entire day because its too far to go back to the hotel to rest or drop anything off. I didn't try the food but my parents ate at the restaurant and they said it was terrible. They ordered curry and said it was so bad they didn't eat it. I enjoyed this hotel. It is only a couple of minutes from the nearest train station which made it easy to transport my luggage to checkin and explore the city during my trip. This area is more quiet and not as crowded as Shinjuku or shibuya. I enjoyed relaxing at the public bath.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were always helpful. The hotel is right next to the train station, so it was really easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. I was surprised by all the amenities. In particular the hair milk and three blade razors were fantastic.

The breakfast was so much better than expected. They have salad, freshly made eggs/omelette, noodles, variety of baked goods. My kids love the soft serve ice cream and hot/cold chocolate. They have all kinds of coffee/teas. It’s so much better than the typical American buffet breakfast, yes they have cold cereal, no we didn’t eat it. Worth the extra money for the breakfast buffet.

Staff helpful with early checking and baggage storage as well as locating my lost glasses. Not super cheep but worth it. Nice restaurant and breakfast room, but a real stand-up is the 2nd floor onsen. Across the road from train line into tokyo station. Lawson shop attached.
