Ended our girls trip to Japan with another fabulous FS stay. Staff was exceptional as always both before and during our stay. Views of the city are beautiful and the spa is definitely worth a visit. We ate at the bar and Italian resultant (dinner and breakfast), but did not have time to try the French restaurant. The food was okay in comparison to the FS Osaka location where the food was fabulous. Tokyo has many great restaurants and I so would recommend those instead. Overall a great property!

Not all four seasons are the same and you just can't beat Japanese hospitality when it comes to hotel games. Hot tub with imperial view and sunset is a must do. The thing I loved the most is the Otemachi station which has four major lines and the exit c2a is 10 seconds walking from hotel entrance. Also right across the street is the Financial city with tons of restaurants at B1. Overall 10 out of 10 experience and will be back for sure next time.

Loved staying there. Super clean, amazing staff and amenities. The spa and gym are fabulous for a recharge. Everyone is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend running or walking the trail around the Imperial Palace which is almost outside of the property. The hotel is in walking distance to Tokyo Station, the hub of the subway and access to the Bullet Train-a must to experience. I cannot wait ti come back soon and stay there again!!!

The Four Seasons never disappoints, and this one is particularly perfect. The view from the 39th floor reception and lobby and from my room on the 36th floor was breathtaking, the service excellent and the location stunning. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. Check out the bar, it’s a speakeasy hidden away with amazing drinks.

The property is beautiful. Stunning decor and views. In typical Four Seasons fashion no expense was spared on design and the decor was modern and cutting edge. The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were amazing. The restaurants were great as was the spa.

Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons property. A compact hotel but has everything you could possibly need. Without exception the staff were exceptional and couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. We booked a twin double room and the double beds were barely big enough for a couple but just about bearable. The food was great. Spa and wellness area lovely and location for visiting Tokyo was great.

The hotel was magnificent! Concierge was Great! The staff and Service was off, especially in Spa and Breakfast. The pool attendant kept watching us while in pool or jacuzzi and writing things down on a clipboard and talking on their microphone. A very weird experience and difficult to relax while being watched. Happened both days, wife felt uncomfortable after 1st day and didn't want to go back to pool. I finally had to ask the Lady to leave us a along the first day, which she was reluctant to do. Also, for a service charge added to all your bills, ridiculous I had to ask for refills on my water glass at Breakfast. My $300 onsen experience a night prior to this far surpassed the "Legendary" service I was supposed to receive at the 4 Seasons.

Their efforts elevated my experience to a level of comfort and convenience I have rarely encountered. Every part of the hotel reflects the brand's commitment to excellence. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities top-tier, and the overall ambiance exuded a sense of calm and luxury. The seamless service from the front desk to housekeeping showcased a cohesive team dedicated to making each guest feel valued and pampered. If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be a minor one regarding the breakfast service. On a couple of occasions, my order was not quite right. While this did not detract significantly from my overall experience, a little more attention to detail at the breakfast restaurant would bring perfection to an otherwise flawless stay. Staff and service were just impeccable and seamless. They made everything so easy and they were so prompt. You can communicate with them through WhatsApp which was so handy. They have great attention to detail. It was a milestone birthday and they upgraded me and gave me a cake which was such a lovely welcome.

When I checked in, there was a person at the counter who made me feel slighted. Maybe my English is not fluent enough. When I asked her to speak slowly, she felt a little arrogant. Five-star hotels have front desk workers who can speak Chinese. The staff should be basic. I don’t understand why the lady staff was treated with an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. My boyfriend also feels the same. Other than that, everything is good

As always with all of their hotels, Four Season Tokyo Otemachi is beautiful, providing a wonderful experience. Bedding is sumptuous. Decor is tastefully Japanese, evoking hints of old Japan’s culture. The floral arrangements in the lobby is gorgeous. It was unexpected that the hotel was in the Mitsubishi Office Building. The office tower hosts a labyrinth of stores m, restaurant and access to the Otemachi station. Centrally located in business area, it was convenient to go to all parts of Tokyo via metro. Although shops and restaurants are closed in the area in Sundays. I highly recommend this hotel at this location.

The hotel was in a sterile, corporate high rise skyscraper. Felt disconnected from the city of Tokyo. Chiyoda area was boring, no bars or restaurants nearby; Not walkable. Had to be chauffeured, or taxi driven everywhere. The Imperial Palace Garden view was very underwhelming. This was my girlfriend and I first time in Japan and Tokyo, and I was disappointed. I dreamt of Tokyo having a spectacular bright neon light, skyline of buildings since I was child. But in reality Tokyo from Four Seasons Otemachi was very lacklustre, and Americanised. The hotel did not have a Japanese soul. Also booking dinner, bar, and tea reservations was a nightmare. Wasted hours communicating with concierge. Customer service was average. We did not receive the stereotype of Japanese hospitality, and customer service being superior, (best in the world).

アレルギーや食べられないものをホテルのレストランにきかれたので事前に伝えたが、当日変更しましたといわれたが、食べられないものがださせてびっくりした。担当の人はあやまりもせず、とりかえますとだけ。ムッとしていたら料理長がでてきて謝られお菓子をわたされた。一流のホテルとレストランと思っていましたが、いいのは客室だけで社員教育や伝達システムが最低です。部屋にあったお茶とお菓子が追加で欲しかったので受付にまで行ってたのみましたが無視され電話で問い合わせしましたが、待っても持ってこないで無視、廊下にいた掃除の方に再度たのんだらやっと頂けました。一泊8万の部屋でお茶のパック一つ追加もいただけないホテルがあるのにびっくり。その後も謝罪もありません最低のホテルになります。

家族の記念に滞在しました。お祝いのメッセージもいただき、楽しい滞在でしたが、残念な事が　2点　ありました。朝食で　紅茶を　お願いしましたが、飲もうとすると、冷めた不味い紅茶でした。交換を　お願いしようとしましたが、皆いそがしそうで、とても声を　掛けられる状態では無かった。和食を頼んだ家人は、カボチャに　火が通っていず、硬いままだったと　言っています。とても楽しみにしていましたので、それだけに　とても残念な　気持ちです。温かい紅茶を　お願いしますね。
