We spent 3 nights here and the hotel itself was clean. However, the pool was closed for maintenance the entire time although no one was seen working on it. The front desk said they would compensate for the pool being out of service but we have not received anything as of yet. The cleaning service did not come in when requested and we had to take our own trash to the dumpster. The kitchenette was great to have but we were only given 2 forks and butter knives and had to request plastic silverware when we ordered takeout. I am also pleased that this is a pet friendly hotel, but watch out when walking your dog at night because there are numerous stray cat's that reside on and around the property. Shopping at Pier Park and several restaurant's are conveniently located to the hotel. Overall we would give this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars.

The only thing we did not like is the rooms are only fully cleaned by staff on stays seven days or longer. We had to ask for clean towels several times and twice we were told there weren’t any available at that time and would be brought to our room later but weren’t. The kitchenette was fully stocked. Bed was comfortable. Free laundry service was excellent. Location is perfect… literally five minutes from the beach and close to shopping and other activities.

During check in they gave us a key to the wrong room. You don’t get automatic housekeeping unless you are there for a week minimum, however you can request certain services. We requested extra towels (We only had 2 towels in the room for 2 people on a 3 night stay) and a change of sheets and only got the extra towels AFTER there was a whole ordeal because they insisted we were in the incorrect room even though they gave us our room number and room key. Aside from the poor service the hotel was clean and spacious. For an IHG hotel it could definitely use a remodel but you get what you pay for. Only a $15 security deposit. Parking lot was small. During our stay the convenience store inside the hotel was only stocked with drinks (including self serve coffee) and 5 snacks at best, so if you’re banking on that i’d recommend trying the fast food nearby. (Ignore any grammar mistakes i’m sleepy).

A wonderful 3 week stay in a comfortable, very clean room with kitchen and designated work area. I used the gym daily and it was great! The area is very convenient for shopping and close to the beach. The front desk staff were very helpful. I highly recommend!

There was roaches in the hotel. They only clean your room after a 7 day stay. The location says 7 mins walk to beach but it is actually more like a drive to the beach or any local attractions. You are in a trucker stop area, not really walkable but a very close drive to local attractions like pier park etc

A gas station and food is nearby. Property is falling apart. The handicap handle in the shower was loose, body mirror outside the bathroom was barely hanging on, recliner in the room was wobbly no one sat in it scared it would break, seen 3 huge roaches near the entry of the hotel.

Hotel and amenities were good, the walls and floors were extremely thin with no sounds barrier. I heard doors slamming throughout the night and upstairs guests walking the floor. I slept very little due to the noise which should not be heard in a hotel of this price range.

Made reservations a week or so before our stay, when we checked in they gave us a Queen room (wasn’t told prior to going to room). I called the desk and was told they gave our King room away! Told them there was a price difference. Checking out was told had to call Expedia to obtain refund.

Have stayed here many times for biz. It’s a bit spartan as there is no breakfast and a limited pantry, but overall it’s a great value for the money. It’s about a mile from Pier Park and lots of shopping/restaurants. Staff is always very nice. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes.

Hotel is fairly new at 4 yo. Clean overall. Noisy location. Noisy building. Room above very loud footfalls and bumps on floor. Early morning lawn care had mowers and blower right outside our room. First coffee maker did not work and room hair dryer was missing. Obtained from desk clerk. Room only serviced for 7 day or more stays. Had to exchange towels every day for four night stay. Not near the beach or a pier as name would suggest.

Show up at 8:15 confirmed our reservations. Room wasn’t ready went to the beach got back to check in around 6pm and they said our room had been canceled. When Expedia called the hotel the hotel LIED and said we denied giving them a card. Like we would do that after driving 600 miles. It’s the holiday weekend so everything is booked Had to drive back another 600 miles to home. Vacation ruined. WORST experience ever. Would not stay here!!! I best get a refund

The individual rep who processed our arrival was slightly confrontational in regards of the pricing that was given to us. We had the Expedia contract in front of us and we were given another price. After a long discussion with the front desk rep, eventually she notified her manager. It would be nice if she simply listened and viewed the contract that was submitted to us by Expedia. The night customer service guy was rude and wouldn't allow us to check in although our room was paid for in advance. Said we had to go through hotels.com for a refund. We were traveling for a couple's trip and almost didn't have a place to stay because we drove 3 hours to stay there.

This was our 2nd stay, the hotel overall is nice. We did have an issue getting towels but it worked out. The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. We checked in on 5/21/23 about 4pm. However, the woman that we encountered checking out was so rude. We checked out on 5/28/23 about 7:45am.

I would've given a higher rating but I was overcharged for their holding/damages fee. The $50 was already charged to my bank account prior to me checking in and then I was told that it needed to be paid again when I checked in. I'm not sure if the already paid amounts shows up on their system, but I'm hoping I will be refunded for the entire $100 and not just $50 when checking out.

When booking i spoke with a lady over phone at 5am to do a early check in. She stated it would be a $50 charge. When getting there it was a young man with dread really really nice and he assisted excellent customer service and didnt charge for early check-in. He also stated whoever was there at 5am working pick and choose who she wants to charge for early check-in which isnt right. If you gonna charhe charge everyone not some. But overall the young man made my check-in perfect

The property was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. The gym and the pool are well taken care of. The location is almost perfect, albeit a pain being located on a busy intersection. The property could definitely use updates and some general utility maintenance. The bathroom, in particular, is not great. My drain constantly backed up despite nothing blocking the drain. I would have to wait two hours until the tub fully drained. Water easily leaks out from the shower, despite the curtain. There was no bath mat provided to mop up the aforementioned water, and they only provide two full towels. There is also no housekeeping unless your stay is over seven days and therefore no towel restock/refresh, so I was having to reuse towels. I wish there was an option for housekeeping at least every other day, or every three days. The market options are pretty awful (mostly just unhealthy microwavable food), but having the free coffee was much appreciated. Overall, it's a nice, clean, and safe property. But the building and rooms need a little work.

Enjoyed staying at this location. Only thing we were disappointed with was no breakfast. They said it was because rooms had kitchen. I was on a mini vacation and last thing i wanted to do was shop for groceries and cook :) But it was a very nice place very clean. Employees friendly and helpful.
