Great hotel. Quirky and eccentric decor. Room was spacious. No microwave and bed was a little firm but room was clean. Loved the big shower. Lobby was spacious with areas to just sit and talk. Pool table and board games were available. Pool area was nice. Gas fire pit and plenty of seating. The only negative is the landscaping was overgrown weeds. Which since im not camping i can overlook. Staff was great also.

This is one of my favorite spots in Knoxville! The staff is always friendly! The rooms and amenities here are fantastic, and they even had entertainment (live music) in the lobby!

My first time staying at this hotel for my university residency at TWU. It was clean and safe and worth the price. On day two I lost my key but the hotel staff replaced it at no cost. They were very friendly. Nice indoor bar and amenities. Go for it. Great for single and family stay!

Overall a nice hotel and enjoyed our stay. Was odd that quite a few items were unplugged and the access to plug them back in was minimal at best (night stand w/ USB port, lamp, mirror lighting all unplugged) Pillows were a bit deflated, but again enjoyed our stay! LOVE THE GYM! I

We loved how colorful the property was, it was well-maintained and clean. Great music and atmosphere in the lobby. Loved the poolside as well. Just wish the bar was open until a little later. Great facilities. Have stayed here twice because of the beautiful vibe and the staff are great! Always helpful and cheerful. Would recommend it for everyone!

Such a surprise! First time at this brand and LOVE everything about it! Games and pool table, bar, lots of lounging/private little area options in lobby. Lovely outdoor space with seating and fire table. Nice pool. Fine workout room. Small but nice rooms. Modern, unique, great value!!! Can’t wait to stay again and at more Aloft’s!!!!!!

Room was worn. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the floor laminate was bubbled up in multiple spots by the sink. The fridge didn’t work and the bedding seemed worn. So convenient off I75/I40. Good options for food nearby as well. Felt safe, just need to do some work in the rooms.

I would like to start by saying the front desk associate was VERY nice. I checked in very late and their computers were down. Apparently they had to turn ppl away, but they allowed me to be ‘hand-written checked in’. I kinda begged her to stay, since it passed 12 am and I had driven all the way from Tx, and had another 10 hr drive to go. The front desk associate had to walk me to my room to make sure it wasn’t already occupied. My room was on the first floor, off the lobby. Note: the lobby music can be heard from the room and it’s quite loud, even at 1 am. Upon settling in I noticed the room wasn’t very clean - a veryyy shotty job cleaning at best. There was also a dead roach on the floor. I didn’t complain only bc it was late, like I mentioned, and to be honest I didn’t feel like dealing with the whole computer crashing situation.. the bed was clean at least. Next AM, I noticed that the water provided in the room was filled to the top, but the seal was broken.. like they just refilled it. Anyhow, the manger has a letter to their guests welcoming them and stating to relay any concerns..blah blah. I should have taken his info down to relay this unsatisfactory stay, butttt I didn’t. However, I feel it’s necessary to let other hotels.com guests know so they can make their own decisions to stay or stay elsewhere…!

The hotel has stains on the floors everywhere. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The floor in the lobby was covered in firecracker poppers. Someone stepped on one and scared everyone the staff didn’t even lookup NOR did they move to clean it up. The mattresses were nice and comfortable. It’s also in a nice area.

The pictures make this place look a lot nicer than it is. It’s not terrible by any means but this should be a $60-$70 room. Not $100. Hallways make you feel like you’re in a motel 6. Rooms are actually pretty nice except for the fact that our A/C rattled all night and the shower drain backed up quickly.

The Good: Clean, spacious room. Lively lobby with a bar and pool table. Friendly and attentive staff. Full sized shower gel and hair products provided. Smart tv’s that allowed for streaming of Netflix and Prime (using your own account). Competitively priced. The Bad: The Hotel sits right next to the highway. My room (307) faced the highway and it was VERY noisy. I requested a quiet room at check-in and was told they were fully booked. (does that mean I get a lesser room bc I booked it through Expedia?) She also said the noisiest rooms were on the first floor, which after walking through the very lively lobby I can understand. My room did have earplugs sitting on the desk, but those have never worked for me as they hurt my ears. A few times I woke up in the middle of the night and it sounded like an 18 wheeler was plowing through my room! Perhaps if I had a different room it wouldn’t have been so noisy. Good stay except for the highway noise.

Great location, comfortable bed and spacious room. There are lots of great places to eat around, including a starbucks within walking distance. It was located right off the highway, so that was appreciated after a long day of travel. The shower was great, but it got so much water on the rest of the floor, despite being careful. There's a drain on the bathroom floor that would work if it was slightly angled toward it, but its not so it just sits.

Looked shabby in the room. Very uncomfortable bed, and the staff was never at the desk or visible when entering or leaving the property. The airfreshiner in lobby was overpowering. I will not choose Aloft in the future.

The modern style and features were really nice. The beds were comfortable and I love how many pillows we had! The black out screen was refreshing. So many hotels have the curtains and they always have the little gap with the light coming in so the screen was so nice. The room was dark which added to the nice sleep we had. There is also a Starbucks right there on the way in. Perfect for a quick breakfast and latte on the way out in the morning.

The hotel staff was super helpful and efficient. We we’re in our room no more than 5 mins. after walking up in. The rooms we’re very comfortable and the bar staff was great as well. We also needed a late checkout which the staff accommodated without an issue. Would definitely book and recommend again.

Hotel was great, loved our room! The only issue is housekeeping never came on day 2, we asked on day 3, still didn’t come. 4 days into our trip was the first time housekeeping cleaned our room. That I was not happy about, however, everything else no complaints.

Upon check in, I was in the shower when I heard my wife yelling that there were hairs in the bed plus the pillows looked like someone slept in there, but apparently, they never bother to make the bed and change the linen. After we called a nice guy came over to make the bed with fresh linen and before he left the room, he gave us two cards to use at the bar or breakfast, in the morning my wife asked for two biscuit sandwiches plus a cinnamon bun, which would have been the total amount of the two cards combined, anyways, the person at the front desk, told her that the cards can't be combined. I went over to explain the reason why we got the cards to begin with, another person next to her said that he would take care of it and as I went on my way to my wife, their mocking and poor attitude was very obvious and noticeable that make us feel like we were begging for a free meal. My wife also noticed how they interacted with each other as there were many other employees and we decided not to eat anything coming from this place, usually people with that type of attitude will spit in your food, so we just went to our room to pick up our thing and left the place. I never like to play the race card, but I'm pretty sure that this time, if I would have been white instead or Hispanic, we would have been treated different.

Our room was suppose to be ready at 3. At 2:50 we went to check in and we were told that they didn’t have any rooms ready and didn’t know when it would be ready. We were suppose to receive a text when the room was ready. We received the text after we had already checked in. I think it was around 7:45. We were able to check in about 4:45. Room was worn. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the floor laminate was bubbled up in multiple spots by the sink. The fridge didn’t work and the bedding seemed worn. So convenient off I75/I40. Good options for food nearby as well. Felt safe, just need to do some work in the rooms.

The Good: Clean, spacious room. Lively lobby with a bar and pool table. Friendly and attentive staff. Full sized shower gel and hair products provided. Smart tv’s that allowed for streaming of Netflix and Prime (using your own account). Competitively priced. The Bad: The Hotel sits right next to the highway. My room (307) faced the highway and it was VERY noisy. I requested a quiet room at check-in and was told they were fully booked. (does that mean I get a lesser room bc I booked it through Expedia?) She also said the noisiest rooms were on the first floor, which after walking through the very lively lobby I can understand. My room did have earplugs sitting on the desk, but those have never worked for me as they hurt my ears. A few times I woke up in the middle of the night and it sounded like an 18 wheeler was plowing through my room! Perhaps if I had a different room it wouldn’t have been so noisy. Good stay except for the highway noise.

It was located right off the highway, so that was appreciated after a long day of travel. The shower was great, but it got so much water on the rest of the floor, despite being careful. There's a drain on the bathroom floor that would work if it was slightly angled toward it, but its not so it just sits.

My wife and I have been staying at Aloft quite a bit lately; mostly because it’s VERY DOG FRIENDLY… The room is clean and nicely accommodated with a very large mounted TV, and free internet. My only negative is rather poor water pressure in the shower and lack of a true breakfast option.

We reserved a king size bed room. Upon arrival we were told there weren’t any available. Shampoo and conditioner in shower was empty. Band plays in area of check in and you can’t hear anything. It was noisy in our room until band was done and we were on the third floor. Garbage can and mirrors weren’t clean.

Such a surprise! First time at this brand and LOVE everything about it! Games and pool table, bar, lots of lounging/private little area options in lobby. Lovely outdoor space with seating and fire table. Nice pool. Fine workout room. Small but nice rooms. Modern, unique, great value!!! Can’t wait to stay again and at more Aloft’s!!!!!!

I truly was disappointed with Aloft this time. The uncleaness had me almost in tears from the smell of the room, to the insects on the floor, dog hair, unclean carpet in the lobby, and selling in the women's restroom in the lobby. I paid for three different rooms for one night. My guest were 😡 upset. Hopefully Aloft Marriott will get it together at this location.
