Indoor pool that is NOT heated?!? Doesn’t make sense. Also; how do you have a working Washer, but a broken Dryer?? Paid double from one night to the next. Why double from one night to other?? Also; was charged for Dog without notice!

First of all it’s a Hilton. It has a restaurant and bar that stay open late. It also has an indoor pool and a gym. My room had a king size bed and mini fridge, microwave and a safe. Very nice.

Very nice property, you won’t be disappointed with the quality amenities. Bar and limited menu food are mid, but nice to have something in house. Staff was great at check-in but it took three requests to get clean towels, which was a little disappointing but I’d definitely stay here again.

The only issue that we experienced was lack of parking on our first night. There were several Uhauls and trucks that were taking up multiple spaces that there was no parking. We had to drive around the parking lot, then go inside again to ask where we could park. The hotel clerk said we could park next door at a neighboring business, which we did, but were worried we may get towed. We did not.

If you want a good nights rest, don’t stay here. Last night at 10pm when we checked in the lady at the front desk was texting on her phone as I stood in front of here waiting for more than 5 minutes. There were long black hairs in the shower. The blinds don’t work in my room. So by 630am this morning, instead of being able to sleep in, my room was bright as a sun room. I go downstairs to tell the front desk, and the lady didn’t seem surprised and told me that maintenance hasn’t been able to get around to all the issues in the hotel.

The hotel was modern and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Plus the free parking is always a good thing. We will definitely stay here again next time we drive through Colorado :)

Rude General Manager. Dirty room. No houskeeping for 4 nights. No hot water in sink or room heat. Was told that heat and cold water would be fixed and then it was not. General Manager basically said "tough luck" and told me he does not communicate with customers who are unhappy with the hotel. Beds were okay, overall facility was nice. Will never stay there again because the way no warm/hot sink water and no heat was not addressed by management. Much better options in Longmont.

The rooms are relatively new and feel fresh. The toilet was stained or not fully cleaned. Apart from in room coffee maker, the hotel doesn’t have reliable complimentary coffee, which seems petty for the quality experience they are trying to provide. Also, the breakfast options are way to expensive and limited in scope. The room lighting switches are unnecessarily complicated. Overall, good bones but a little lacking in common sense.

The hotel was, reasonably priced, clean and conveniently located. The rooms were clean and stocked and VERY quiet! The breakfast staff was so friendly, helpful and everything was good. Shout out to John who checked us in and Michelle at the breakfast! Both were friendly, helpful and made our stay delightful.

There was a loud humming noise in our room and there was also a loud click every time the air conditioner went on or off which made it difficult to sleep. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was fine but not overly friendly. Room decor was mismatched in a bad way. Didn’t feel safe leaving the property due to the population of drug addicts who hang out along the path on the back of the property. We were unimpressed and won’t be returning.

Hotel overall is in great location. Rooms don’t get very cold. Breakfast, charged, is mediocre & just continental free at other hotels with not many choices and same daily. I wouldn’t waste time on breakfast, plenty of eateries nearby.

Miss Gladys Jackson was so friendly and helpful to myself and my sons family who also stayed at the hotel. We were in Longmont for a funeral, and her kindness was so appreciated during our stressful days.

Arrived about 2:15 and told no rooms available for early access. Told check-in not until 3:00. Had dinner reservations and were expecting to be picked up at 4:00. 3:00 came and still no rooms! People with digital keys were entering their rooms bypassing front desk. Trying not to berate desk clerk and asked to speak to manager, no response. Finally got a room at 3:30, Had to our dinner plans for time to get ready. I think I am entitled a refund for the time we were not able to use the room. Nice facility, poor management!

Beautiful, clean, and great atmosphere! Had a few issues during our stay. Shower was luke warm no matter how long you used it. We weren’t able to use the tv at anytime due to the internet connection. We asked the front desk and she honestly said I can’t help you sorry, I don’t know how to fix it and that’s our biggest complaint. No compensation was given. Other than that beautiful stay.

Thank you for fulfilling our request to be on the second floor. I’d like to mention what a treat it is to interact with Gladys. She’s a gem. I watched her have to mediate and diffuse a situation between two guests. She did this with grace and professionalism. It most definitely could have gotten out of hand if it wasn’t for Gladys.

The people in the room right next to me were very loud all night long. I called and went down to the front desk but they really weren’t much help. Then in the morning I called the front desk to ask for a late check out since I hadn’t gotten much sleep and they said that they don’t do that there even though I had just stayed there a week prior and had a late check out.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the center of Longmont. It could use a little updating/touch-ups for paint in the bathroom etc.. and my room was a little bit noisy, but realizing it is located close to a busy highway. The breakfast is nice although I feel it should be included not at an extra charge. Service at the front desk is very friendly. The workout room is great!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, about an hour to Rocky Mountains. There are lot of restaurants and food chains around, Costco and Walmart close by is a plus. Hotel staff very courteous and nice too. We needed few tea bags and supplies no issues getting them. Ample self parking, trail close by to walk around the area. Clean and comfortable hotel, would stay again.

Overall pretty meh about this place now. We felt mislead about the breakfast option from the Expedia ad and arrived to find there was no breakfast with our reservation. Troublesome on one hand but not on the other when we discovered the "breakfast" was a rather spartan affair without the usual buffet options. We were told gruffly "this is what you can choose!" from a small card menu. Coverlet inside the top sheet smelled of body odor as though it had not been washed (the sheets seemed clean). Complimentary coffee and tea no longer available throughout the day. So, overall, a fairly clean, convenient place to stay but the place is sliding downhill.

It is a beautiful hotel and excellent rooms staff was very friendly. However upon checking in I asked if there was breakfast and was told yes. The clerk unfortunately neglected to tell me that breakfast was not included and I only found out the next morning when I was given a $16 charge for the basic bland breakfast that all other hotels include as complimentary. It wasn’t a big deal but it really should have been spelled out.
