Private Pool｜Near Beach｜Fenced Yard｜Outdoor Living

We really enjoyed this place. The location was ideal for our planned activities. Everything you could want or need is just so close. I brought my small flats boat along and the 2 car garage fit the boat just like at my home. Jet skis would be a piece of cake too. Two boat ramps are about 3 minutes away! The home is perfect for a couple, but would still work out great for a small family (4-5). I love the pool. Great after a beach / boat day! Private and fully fenced back yard as described. The only negative is the pool area furniture is overdue for replacement, but so is my own! Everything in the house is newer and comfy. The oversized sectional is really comfortable after a long day in the sun. We only slept in the primary bedroom and the bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and there is a new gas grill out back. All work well. Bottom line......we will definitely return!

I would highly recommend this house as our 2 week stay in February was excellent! The house was ideally located for the day time sun and had everything we needed to enjoy family time together at home and at the beach. We enjoyed walking around the area and pickleball at the local court! Also enjoyed evenings out around the area. The host was extremely responsive to the small two issues that we encountered.

Great place, very newly renovated and clean. Pool and backyard are wonderful.

Perfect for our family as all we wanted to do was go to the beach and relax. House was perfect for us and the hosts were great.

The property was well kept and easy to get to the best place in North Naples. Pool is lovely! The fenced Backyard was great for Cali our dog!
