Good price they have an emergency power plant in case of power outage which was really good since the street up north was collapsed and there was no power around the block but the hotel has power the whole time

My only negative review would be their inside elevator has been down for quite some time with no immediate plans to fix. We had to use the service elevator outside to get to our rooms on the third floor

Era la segunda vez que nos quedabamos en este hotel, pero desafortunadamente esta segunda vez nos toco en muy estado en cuanto a la limpieza el baño sucio, toallas sucias, y sabanas sucias, solo estuvimos unas horas llegamos 11pm y nos retiramos a la hora del check out. Tiene muy buena ubicación pero si tuvimos esa muy mala suerte con la limpieza.

Nice lobby, location, but terrible rooms. The room we got didn’t have a window, had yellowish sheets and towels, and had a moldy shower. Pictures were definately deceiving.

Upon arrival, I was given an unclean room. The staff gave us a new room, although the bed sheets were dirty. Each time our room was cleaned by the staff, we would still always have dirty bed sheets. Downtown Tijuana is walkable from the hotel.

Television wouldn't connect to wifi so you couldn't use netflix, etc. Wifi was kind of slow. Clean place though, no fridge sadly. Little small.

It was nice and clean , but the air conditioning was making a big noise and we couldn’t sleep , they changed our room at 2:00 am I’m glad it was rooms available but I didn’t like that we have to switch rooms in the middle of the night

La habitación es pasable, lo que es muy malo es que tienen un bar en el primer piso a lado del hotel y no cierran hasta la dos de la mañana, así que si tú intención es un lugar para dormir mejor consigue otro lugar por que no podrás dormir hasta muy tarde gracias a todo el ruido de ese bar

Es una lastima, el lugar es bonito , limpio y agradable, pero al personal le falta muchísima capacitación, tuve que reservar por Expedia por qué a la 1 pm el " gerente" insistía en cobrarme 1,300 pesos más 300 más por darme la habitación en ese momento o salir de la propiedad y esperar que den las 3 pm. , en Expedia fue más económico y aún así me daban servicios que en recepción nunca me confirmaron, ya no quise insistir y tampoco desayunamos por.iwdo a qué nos lo cobren, lo hicimos mejor afuera

Its a clean property w parking. Its adjacent a nice restaurant...and Carl's Jr (if you like that). Also very close to the main boulevard without all the noise at night. Front desk could be friendlier, but overall very attentive.

This is my second time staying at this property. I like the rooms are very clean. There’s a restaurant inside the property incase you don’t want to walk outside to eat something. Since we drive into TJ, the building has a parking lot. Would highly recommend

La habitación que nos toco tenía sabanas sucias y toallas sucias, el piso del baño y cuarto mucho muy sucios, la repisa del baño se estaba callando, en la regadera sale el agua súper caliente o súper fría y no se puede regular no se si sea un problema de la llave o de la instalación, pero lo peor de todo es el desayuno que se supone que está incluido, el trato del mesero de lo peor no es nada amable, le pedí el de hot cakes (en el menú dice 3 pz) Solo me llevaron 2 y los cubiertos sucios si compras una desayuno y pides huevo o chilaquiles la porción es mínima para el costo que tiene, espero que mejoren su servicio ya que el hotel es bonito pero si tiene muchas deficiencias..

For the money it is very hard to beat this property, most of the staff are very friendly, I have stayed here many times. They have just redone their dining facilities, and I had two meals during my stay there, one dinner was thier incredible chicken salad. I'm sorry, I know that's not normally something you would rave about, but it was phenomenal. Steak and eggs for breakfast, very good. My advice is always go for the two bed room, and make sure it is one with windows. They have inner rooms without windows, and unless you are a cave dweller, it probably will not appeal to you, and it is the same price. Hotel is being renovated, so it will probably improve. Floors are all marble and add a nice touch.
