great hotel especially for a 3 year old ..had a butler but didnt need one had lots of restaurants and pools we had a great time will come back

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was truly amazing from beginning to end. The service was excellent, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our vacation. The atmosphere was beautiful, the resort was very clean, and everything was well organized. We really appreciated the positive energy and friendliness of all the people working there. A special thank you to Yariel — he was outstanding. Extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. He made our experience even more special and memorable. His attitude and dedication truly stand out. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for such a great experience!
