I liked that the property is gated & very clean. Our roomnwas super comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing. There is a bad odor coming from the plumbing, but that is understandable because of where the property is located. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The Hotel itself is pretty nice. Check in was pretty easy. The service was good overall. They did ask for a $500 pesos deposit which was refunded at check out. The room I stayed in had a mini fridge and microwave. I loved it was not noisy at night.

I have stayed at this hotel several times already and have been asking the hotel to mark those uneven walk-ways with yellow-stripes on black strips or paint, TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL TRIPPINGS especially at night. I have peripheral vision challenge! This probably will be my last stay at this hotel. SAD!

The property is constructed with rooms on all sides looking down into a gated courtyard parking area, essentially walled off from the noise and traffic of city life. The lobby is large modern and comfortable with large sofas and big screen tv. The restaurant offers a true free breakfast in the morning with eggs, refried beans bread and doughnuts and coffee all day. All in all it's just a great place and a real value at this price point.

Decent breakfast, AC not working, lots of traffic noise and people listening to music on the street. It has a secure gated parking lot. Close to Revolucion and my dentist. Extra firm bed. Its a average hotel. I would like a room not looking on the street. A softer mattress would be nice also.I would stay here again for the price and location.

The pic shows nice floor but the room I stayed was a old carpet. Housekeeping make a great job, rooms are clean and comfortable. Room is big enough and windows curtains are really dark. Bet is really comfortable and ceiling fan is fantastic.

Really nice breakfast. Great staff. The guy at the front deck is great. Very nice room. Very good AC. I was never able to figure the tv. I dont care much for tv, so i didnt try too hard to actually figure it out. I found the wofi unstable. Hotel is conveniently located near Revolution AVE, Zona Rio, and the boarder. Just outside the hotel is run down.

El hotel es limpio en una zona muy céntrica a un par de calles está toda la vida nocturna de Tijuana, en general bien, los verdaderos alrededores están solos, personal del hotel de la noche es bastante malo, de lo peor que me ha tocado viajando. Piden un depósito de 500 pesos en efectivo para darte llave y control, sino no te dan nada, si llegas noche es una pésima opción. El internet está bien, la televisión con pocas opciones y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.

Me pusieron en una habitación al lado de una avenida muy ruidosa y para colmo, no alcanzaba a llegar bien el internet, solicité varias veces que se me cambiara de habitación, la recepcionista me dijo que pediría confirmación y nunca llegó tal, así que tuve que sufrir por la falta de internet o de plano tuve que ir a recepción a usarlo. Además es el único hotel en el que he estado que no da servicio de resguardo de equipaje.

Expedia doesn’t send reservations to them. They were overbooked and I got the last room. Made me pay again and now I’m being charged thru Expedia and have to deal with credit card and Expedia. Charged me for my reservation and I paid for a different room on another credit card. Hotel said Expedia wouldn’t charge! And the next day I showed them and they said I have to deal with my bank and Expedia!!!!!

Terrible front desk service, the clerk wouldn’t check me in 15 min before 3pm come to find out because her shift was over at 3 pm and coworker had not showed up to relieve her; therefore I had to wait 20 minutes after 3 pm until reliving clerk showed up and changed to uniform.

Personnel at Front desk are rude. No greeting or acknowledgement at check in. Takes and average of 10 to 15 minutes for 1 person to check in. They figure out their own exchange rate and not what's on the reservation. They also charge an extra $25 deposit fee for the remote control and room key.

I arrived about an hour after checkin time. There was no one else in the lobby, but the desk clerk made me wait for about ten minutes while he shuffled papers and did other things. Then he checked me in and told me they had no rooms ready. No apology, no explanation. He just made me wait about twenty minutes while they cleaned a room. Again, there was no one else in sight, so they were not incredibly busy. He also asked for a thirty dollar cash deposit on top of the room fee; I have never had that before. The room itself was fine, but it was next to the street and very noisy. The area around the hotel is not clean; it is downtown Tijuana, so nothing is sparkling, but this area smells bad and is much more poorly kept than, for example, the main street Revolución, even though it is only about three blocks away. But I am used to Tijuana, so that was not the issue; the bigger problems were the very poor checkin and the noise. All-in-all, I will not be going back to this hotel.

LA GRAN ESTAFA !!! Reservas una habitación doble para 3 Adultos pero solo es 2 desayunos por cuarto. Si al ser una habitación doble duermen 4 personas 2 se quedarán sin desayunar aún cuando en la reserva indique desayuno incluido. El personal de recepción sobretodo una chica llamada KEREN un desastre absoluto !!! NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOTEL ES UNA ESTAFA RESERVAS Y PAGAS Y NO TE DAN LO QUE TIENES INCLUIDO. Deberían despedir a su personal ineficiente. También varias deficiencias en la habitación que nadie solucionó. I really liked this hotel. It is at walkable distance from the popular Revolucion Avenue, and everything centric is at a short distance in an Uber. I enjoyed the breakfast included with the reservation, it is really good and tasty. The woman in the kitchen cooking was very polite and kind every day, she deserves a thumbs up! I would stay here again.
