Es gab kostenlose Bonbons und Minzwasser. Außerdem ist der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum phänomenal. Allerdings kostet ein Sprudelwasser 8,50€.

Rooms: We had a normal double. The room was nice and spacious, the only bad thing about the room was the yellow-ish sink that could do with a bit of scrubbing. Accessibility: The hotel is accessible to the tram, 9 mins away to get the 2 changes tram to the city centre or there’s a bus aswell I believe. We did had a few ubers since it was a few of us. Facilities: Please make sure you buy bottled water from the shop, they sell their big water for £8.50 (complete joke) and £3.50 for the small one. You then have to pay £20.00 for a European connector as they don’t lend it to the guest. Breakfast: The lady who checks in the guest for breakfast is really nice, always the same energy every morning, the rest of the breakfast staff are really nice and very helpful too.

Although Hotels.com cancelled my reservation from the hotel instead of showing me as a no-show for late check-in, hotel staff was extremely helpful for finding a solution at the spot. I might not have a place to stay if it wasn't for their incredible kindness to offer me one of the available rooms. I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. Thanks to her and other crew members for their kindness and helpfullness. In addition you can rent a bike from the hotel also, so that was a great plus for me. Once again thanks to everyone who made me feel welcomed

Schönes Hotel. Die Touristen Steuer wurde 1x zu viel abgebucht, bei Nachfrage wurde es aber wieder zurück gebucht. Kostenloses Obst und Wasser sind im Eingang! Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt

The property was very beautiful. Its clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice and quiet and the bed are comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They always have snacks and beverages to purchase for a really good price. They also have a mini restaurant and bar at the back.

Hotel is goed bereikbaar en ligging is heerlijk stil. We hadden een mooie kamer op de 10e verdieping met mooi uitzicht op over het water. Jammer dat er volgens hotelsite wordt gesteld dat hotel beschikt over eigen parkeerplaats; echter is dat niet het geval. Parkeren kan o.a. in de onderliggende parkeergarage à € 22,50 per dag. Daarnaast spraken de 2 medewerkers achter de balie alleen Engels; begrijpelijk dat er ook Engels wordt gesproken, maar je zou ook verwachten in eigen land Nederlands te kunnen spreken.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to us during our stay, The rooms were clean and spacious with sound proofing also. The boardwalk along the canal outside the hotel was nice to walk on also the view from our rooms was of the canal which was lovely to watch at night! To get to centraal is a ten minute walk to the tram which was very reasonable! We hope to stay again on our next stay to Amsterdam We thank you for your hospitality!!

Morgenmaden var som alle andre hoteller , ikke dårligt men lidt kedeligt og osten var altid tør. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme 👍 Parkering var nemt men desværre meget dyrt 👎 Der var ladestander til elbiler men de virkede desværre heller ikke pga. noget med et leverandør skifte.

L hotel est récent et moderne, il y a toutefois quelques points à revoir. Le premier d entre eux est la relation client. Nous avons ecrit pour savoir si nous pouvions acceder à l hotel, qui est en zone à faible emission, avec notre voiture diesel, nous n avons jamais eu de réponse. À l arrivée, à 17h, deux heures après le début théorique du check in, aucune des deux chambres n etaient prêtes. Nous avons dû patienter 20 min avant d avoir des clés. Mauvaise surprise, les clés d une des deux chambres etaient celles d une chambre déjà occupée. Nous aurions pu fouiller et nous servir à loisir dans les affaires de ces personnes.... L autre point negatif est le ménage, les couloirs ne sont pas tres propres et le menage des chambres fait uniquement sur demande. Mises à part ces remarques, l hotel etait bien

Rund um das Hotel ist es leider ziemlich schmutzig. Die Mülleimer standen jeden Tag offen und der Müll lag auf der Straße und im Wasser. Man hatte eine gute Aussicht auf den Kanal,nur waren die Fenster verschmutzt, im Zimmer, sowie auch außen müssten die Fenster dringend einmal geputzt werden.Das Frühstück ist nicht gut

Super nettes Personal und und Zimmer/Badezimmer sehr schön genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr bequemes Bett. Leider war sehr oft ein hoher Fiep-Ton (aus der Lüftung), die Putzkraft hat leider nicht gefegt oder so, aber ansonsten sehr nett. Leider ging bei uns im Zimmer der Fernseher konnte nicht mit dem Handy verbunden werden, aber im Zimmer unserer Freunde ging es. Und die Seife im Bad war alle (wurde nicht nachgefüllt). Aber glaube für Amsterdam echt schönes Hotel.

I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn with my family. The room wasn’t serviced properly — the hand wash was empty, the cups and coffee weren’t replenished, the bins weren’t emptied, and the beds weren’t made. For a hotel of this standard, I expected basic housekeeping to be consistent each day. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail made the stay far less comfortable than it should have been. Such a shame as the hotel itself looks great and good location. Close to transport, local restaurants and supermarket. The desk staff did refund the city tax payment as a gesture of goodwill, which although appreciated felt like the least they could do.

Didnt like the cleaning situation in the room because the second day they didnt come. The sink stunk disgusting!! The whole room stunk terrible because of the bathroom. Outside of the hotel there is nothing but apparments. The view was nice tho. The bus station was 800meters away, not nice when its raining. Will book another central hotel next time. Staff was friendly.

Schöne, modere Unterkunft. Geräumige zimmer. Mit dem bus in 10 min im zentrum. Frühstück war gut, sehr schöner frühstücksraum. Handtücher gab es erst auf Nachfrage, duschgel war leer. Am ersten tag keine zimmerreunigung, am zweiten tag hab ich sie zur sicherheit ersucht und klopapier vom servicewaagen zum zimmer mitgenommen. Auch wenn alle sehr freundlich waren, ist das wher mal nicht vier stern service ;-).

I really like the location and staff. They are very friendly and professional. This trip we found the grounds were full of trash that people left. It’s unfortunate people leave their trash for others to clean up. The housekeeping was not good . One day they left a do not disturb sign on our door . The other day they attempted to make our bed but it was very u professional. The halls had not been vacuumed and there was food in the hall.

Super nette Mitarbeiterin Kate an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war am Eck mit Blick auf die Anlegestellen/Hafen und die Stadt, echt super. Zimmergröße ist auch ausreichend. Leider war es nicht super sauber. Das ein oder andere Haar am Boden und Staub. Die Kissen waren uns leider zu hart.

There is only a black out curtain in the room and the windows are huge and looking directly into other windows. There is no privacy screen that lets in light. Breakfast price is high. Hotel is clean, staff are nice, room size is perfect. Is a hike from the centre of the city which is great for getting away from the noise but a workout for your legs or wallets.

Overall the hotel was pretty good. It was very clean and the staff were quite nice. The building is beautiful and the common areas are very well maintained. The bathroom was very good and the interior design was also calm and modern. The view from the window is nice and peaceful, as it’s overlooking the ports. Some things to think about before booking from our experience: in the room itself, a lightbulb was broken and the remote didn’t really work properly. The water changes temperature randomly at times(it’s not too bad though), you can hear other people if they are in close enough rooms and there’s no kettle for coffee/tea in the room. It’s quite easy to get to the Centraal station as it’s about a 5/10 min walk and one bus that takes you straight there but there is nothing around the hotel itself. Overall I enjoyed the stay at this hotel but my partner was not very thrilled about it, so I suppose it depends on the expectations.

The water changes temperature randomly at times(it’s not too bad though), you can hear other people if they are in close enough rooms and there’s no kettle for coffee/tea in the room. It’s quite easy to get to the Centraal station as it’s about a 5/10 min walk and one bus that takes you straight there but there is nothing around the hotel itself. Overall I enjoyed the stay at this hotel but my partner was not very thrilled about it, so I suppose it depends on the expectations.

The staff were very friendly and provided a quick check-in/out experience. The room was very clean and spacious. The design of the room was elegant and I liked that there was no carpet other than an area rug under the bed. The bed was quite comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the sofa bed which could easily sleep two people. I liked that they made it so the doors were soft close so you didn't hear them slamming shut when people would leave their rooms. The only noise we really heard was when the people above were stomping around which is typically in most hotels. The only negative is the hotel is not close to the attractions, food or shopping and it is a bit of a walk to the bus stops.

Liked : Property of very nice, modern and clean. Disliked : Issue checking in, the Biggest one being - asking for $$$ when I had prepaid for my 3 nights stay, to which I showed them my paid receipt from Expedia. Although Hotels.com cancelled my reservation from the hotel instead of showing me as a no-show for late check-in, hotel staff was extremely helpful for finding a solution at the spot. I might not have a place to stay if it wasn't for their incredible kindness to offer me one of the available rooms. I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. Thanks to her and other crew members for their kindness and helpfullness. In addition you can rent a bike from the hotel also, so that was a great plus for me. Check in and attitude of staff less than satisfactory. Was there at 14:30 and got told to wait another half and got cos my room was not ready yet. At 15:00 I went back. Cos the room wasn’t what I neue I asked for a change and was given a new room…but had to wait again she said at the reception. This time it took them one whole hour to prepare the room. I asked them twice if they could tell the cleaning personal to prioritize cleaning my room and I was told….. you are the one who wanted to change rooms…the cleaning people habe their order of doing the rooms and will do yours when it is its turn….. unbelievable!

Staying at the Niu Fender was a unique experience, check in was slow however the room was pleasant. After this, it seemingly went down hill. 1st two staff barged into our room despite a “do not disturb” sign being displayed as they had us checking out on the wrong day… went to reception to resolve the issue and was given a free drink voucher. Thought this would be the last issue however no, another staff member barged into our room 2 days later.. again with a “do not disturb” sign up yelling “maintenance”.. we then tried to enter our room later in the day but the keys did not work as again they had our check out date wrong and disabled our key cards. All in all the room was ok but the staff need further training on their booking system.

The room and hotel were very nice, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, two members of staff significantly affected our overall experience. At breakfast, I politely asked a staff member if there was more scrambled egg available. She responded in a rude and dismissive tone, saying the kitchen staff were busy. There is only a black out curtain in the room and the windows are huge and looking directly into other windows. There is no privacy screen that lets in light. Breakfast price is high. Hotel is clean, staff are nice, room size is perfect. Is a hike from the centre of the city which is great for getting away from the noise but a workout for your legs or wallets.

The niu was located in a suburban area with little convenience or places to eat out. Not even any tea or coffee facilities in the room. The restaurant had very little choice of food options but the breakfast the next morning was very good. On check out, the receptionist was very unhelpful in booking us a location. She insisted on a precise address despite getting location information from the viking crew.

Morgenmaden var som alle andre hoteller , ikke dårligt men lidt kedeligt og osten var altid tør. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme 👍 Parkering var nemt men desværre meget dyrt 👎 Der var ladestander til elbiler men de virkede desværre heller ikke pga. noget med et leverandør skifte.

Hemos pasado una semana alli, la estancia es aceptable, no está cerca del centro pero tiene transporte cercano. Andando al centro hay una hora, y en transporte hasta la estación de tren 30 minutos. El desayuno buffet no es de los más completos que me he encontrado, es bastante básico para el precio que tiene. El personal correcto pero no destaca, los detalles en la habitación nulos. Solo tiene gel en jaboneras para la ducha y las manos, y secador, eso sí. Uno de los días, ni se llevaron las toallas que estaban en el suelo para su retirada. No repetiría, si volviera buscaría algo más cercano a la zona centro, como máximo a 30 min. andando.
