The location is perfect for anyone who wants to stay away from the busy areas but have easy access to them—it’s right across the street from a station that takes you straight to Tokyo station. There are two laundry rooms and the machines are very clean and easy to use. They have both combined wash/dry units (which dispense detergent) and separated units (which do not). In total there are about 10 machines and I didn’t run into problems waiting. There are also multiple convenience stores within a few minutes on foot, including a small Family Mart inside the hotel. The Family Mart helped me transfer our luggage to our next hotel and it went perfectly. I loved having space to set up a baby crib AND lay out all of our luggage. Wonderful hotel and would stay again!
