Hotel was easy to find, though having to drive through a neighborhood to get to it wasn’t ideal. Being right on the highway, noise was constant but not irritating. Pool was enjoyable. Staff was excellent. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful hotel. Situated perfectly to both enjoy West Memphis and get a very quit night’s sleep. Across the highway from the Southland Casino and within a short driving distance to Graceland. Traveling with a pet isn’t easy but this hotel is perfect. It was immaculate and no nasty carpet! The beds were amazing and the breakfast was buffet style with hot items to include, omelettes, sausage and hard boiled eggs. All the continental items were also present for lighter fare. The designated walking area was right outside the back door entrance with a security fence skirting the property. The pet area was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Dont let the plain appearance fool you; this is a great hotel with good value for your money.

This was a quiet and comfortable room for my short stay. Clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good, and I took it back to my room to enjoy with coffee and some morning Netflix. The only issue I had was returning late (around12 pm) and only had one open parking spot due to construction workers etc taking up serval spots with trucks and trailers (good luck to anyone arriving after me). This property needs to add extra parking for trailers.

Amazing hotel. Child friendly as Southland Casino Hotel is adult-only. TRU has games, a pool and a pool table. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast but the picky eaters in my group declared it good. Comfortable bed. Blackout shades came in handy due to a storm that night. Very well soundproofed against the storm and Interstate traffic.

Property is nice and updated, but the room lacked cleaning. There was hair all over the shower and looked like it had been dried not cleaned. There we giant stains on the curtains and chairs. Overall just felt like it hasnt had a good cleaning in a while.

House keep didn’t leave towels when i placed dirty ones outside the door. Room smells of mildew. A/C blows very cold even when you up the temperature control. You have to either keep on and be cold or turn it off and be hot. But the staff was outstanding.

The stay here was decent however the area is just a bit odd driving to get to the location of the hotel you have to go through a residential area and it is very rundown. The hotel was very nice and the room was clean however there was a sewer smell in the bathroom until we ran the water in the shower.

This is a newer, very clean property. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there is weird way to get there through a neighborhood. I would stay here again!

While this is a new hotel and many things are status quo for Hilton this hotel misses on a few points. No ice buckets in room and those provided by the ice machines ( on every other floor) have no lid. The TV does not move or swivel so you have to watch from between the queen beds. The desk chair is so low it is difficult to get up from if you are older than 25! While there is a grab bar in the shower it has no anti slip grip to it and is slippery. Also, without a shelf in the shower there is no place to put your own products. While I applaud the idea of no carpet and the floors look nice - they are filthy! My feet were black after walking around barefoot in the room!! Someone needs to add mopping to the daily cleaning schedule. This is a relatively new hotel and while I would stay here again I am a little disappointed.

This hotel is very nice. It is clean, modern, the thoughtful tech touches in the room are so convenient. The room is very clean, comfortable and just perfect. We slept well, it’s quiet and the AC works amazingly well. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

Lots of noise from air conditioning unit, traffic noise. Breakfast was limited, mostly cold options, some eggs and sliced sausage, the pancake dispenser didn’t work. There were loud and cursing people in the dining area prior to breakfast starting and during. The staff at desk were polite and friendly. Beds clean and soft. No washcloths.

Amazing Amazing front desk service. Shawna was amazing and very informative for places to go. I wish the room had a microwave wish was odd it didn't. It is directly ny the freeway but i did emjoy the room facing the casino .

Stopped for an overnight break in a holiday road trip. The location was convenient but the hotel was noisy - noise from the highway, noise from the neighbors, noise from the hallway and common space. It did have a nice grassy area for our dog and lots of space in the lobby/common space if not in the room(s).

The people were amazing and helpful with our issue. They guided me in the right direction for the situation we were in. I originally made reservation on hotels.com then changed dates up a day earlier with hotel not hotels.com. Got to hotel and they said my reservation was for day after I arrived. Hotel told me to call hotels.com so I did and they changed reservation. Only thing bad about this place is that the wallpaper was coming off in bathroom and facets in tub were very loose. Everything else was perfect in room and downstairs in lobby. They have a huge breakfast bar too.

The homes behind the hotel are so rundown that we were afraid to stay at first. The hotel should pay to have a tall fence put up so you cannot see those homes. Our shower was out of shampoo. The tables in our room had some sticky stuff on them. When we checked in we told the staff member we were leaving early in the morning before breakfast started and requested some yogurt or muffins be sat out for us. She said she would notify the morning person. When I checked out in the morning the most person stated she knew nothing about it and was not able to help us. I told her that we have stayed at several other Tru hotels and they have always been very accommodating when we check out early. Coffee cups did not have lids. Coffee was luke warm.

I got in very late and was looking forward to getting checked in fast and going to sleep. The lady at the front desk was on her cell and made me wait till she finished her call so I could check in and it took her more than ten mints. Once I got to my room (219) the blinds were broken and wound not close, so we had to get up early because it was so bright in the room. I told the lady at the front desk in the morning, and she was indifferent to my experience.

Understaffed, we couldn’t check in until 4:30. Staff did give apologies and were polite, but when we finally got to the room the tv didn’t work and we had to wait another 35 min. Breakfast was underwhelming. Pancake machine didn’t work🙁

Excellent stay! The lady who checked us in/out (Porsche) was super friendly and attentive! Breakfast was very good (scrambled eggs were not just basic, they tasted delicious, and the pancake maker was cool.) Room was mordern and clean. Not crazy about the location. It was easy to pass the turn and hard to get back to, and right across the highway from a major casino. Somewhat busy/loud in front lobby. Overall I would definitely stay again though.

The breakfast was delicious. We had the best hotel eggs that we have ever had (and we have had a lot). The kids loved the automatic pancake maker. The lady at the front desk was wonderful! She was friendly and very willing to help us. Our room is what gave the four instead of five star review. The pillows were too hard and we had an ajoining room with a family who had a baby that cried most of the night. The walls must be paper thin. Our kids didn't sleep nearly enough and neither did we.

I highly recommend staying at this property. It is clean, modern, and the staff are exceptional! Anytime I interacted with the staff they had a smile on their face and were so pleasant, professional, and enjoyable to speak with. Hilton has an amazing team at this location. The breakfast has a good variety and was constantly being monitored and taken care of by an employee.
