Très bien situé. Buffet de petit déjeuner parfait. Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Rooftop avec vue exceptionnelle et bar tenu par un barman, Andrea, extrêmement pro et sympathique : cocktails délicieux faits dans les regles de l'art. Petit bémol : le prix du parking de l'hôtel : pour la nuit 25FCH un peu excessif pour un parking clientèle.

The Prizeotel is a little outside the town centre however the bus stops right outside the hotel and runs every few minutes, nice breakfast and a supermarket next door for pastries if you prefer, the staff are very helpful and there is a really nice rooftop bar which gives you a really nice view. The Bear Pit is a must see and is only a 10 minute walk away where this is also a nice restaurant with local cuisine and local beers. Bern is a really nice city and the hotel is very convenient to get in and out of to see the sights.

Location was great. The hotel doesnt look like a hotel from the outside so locating the parking was difficult as was getting into the hotel from the car park. Rooms were very modern looking.

clean , quiet hotel with very basic amenities. be careful with their parking options, we picked this hotel because it offers paid parking but when we checked in and was told parking garage was full and we were told to find our own parking on the paid parking on the street in the middle of the night.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr positiv. Was uns bereits beim einchecken gefallen hat war die Tatsache dass wir 24/7 Kaffee zur Verfügung hatten. Und nicht nur normalen Kaffee, sondern auch Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato etx. Das Zimmer war sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich

Ok, well mixed feelings about this one. Staffeas very polite and helpful. Give them a 10. Air conditioning is controlled by the building so hot at night. Room was clean but hallway carpet very dirty. No fridge. Rooftop patio is very nice but second night the bartender was sick so not opened. Overall, nice place. Would consider staying again.

Very little offered to you as a guest apart from the roof top bar, the rooms didn't even come with a bottle of water or extra pillows. Felt like a budget option but was well located. Travel cards were provided to get around Bern which was a nice bonus, on site parking was awkward to find and is not the parking at the front of the building, instead it is around the side and quite expensive ~£20 a day but convenient. Coop next door for a cheaper breakfast and more options.

Bon hôtel avec très grand parking sous terrain. Accès facile en ville à pied ou en bus avec la carte de transport offerte. Roof top très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et agréable, propre et literie confortable, wifi ok, petit déjeuner varié. Seul points négatifs avec les chambres au niveau inférieur : il y a deux marches entre la chambre et la salle de bain, et toutes les portes claquent très fort et cela fait quasiment trembler tout le bâtiment dès 6h du matin jusque 8h30. Donc parfait sauf qu'il faut demander une chambre en étages supérieurs. Pensez-y ....

Rude receptionist. He ruined our trip to Bern. No wonder on TA there are many complaints about reception staff of this hotel! Room: very basic. Just a bed. No kettle, no fridge. Cleanliness: room ok but the carpets in corridors is tragically dirty.

The people at the front desk could not have been nicer. They were so helpful. Our shower, however, was the dirtiest I have ever seen in a hotel with black mold or mildew in the grout. . The area was safe and quiet. We booked a corner comfort room and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable.

When we arrived noticed immediately it was a dirty hotel. Floors in lobby and halls all stained. When we finally got our room they clearly put the used sheets back on as there were hairs on the pillow and in the bed. There was hair in the shower still there. I had to do work but the wifi was so poor it took me 4x as long to do my normal work and I couldn’t do it from my room I had to go to the lobby. My daughter was just travelling in Europe in hostels and was with us and said the hostels which were a fraction the cost were cleaner. They gave us another room but the air conditioning didn’t work and it was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The only decent thing was the staff tried to accomodate but they can only do so much with what they had to work with I never ever leave reviews, but this was such a poor experience I had to let people know to beware.

Uns fehlen die Worte. Angefangen beim Check-In der massiv verspätet war und mit einem Gratis Parkplatz vergütet wurde. Weiter ging es mit einem Zimmer, dass Schimmel in der Dusche aufwies und massiv verschmutzt war (Kalk und Haare überall). Der Badezimmerspiegel hatte diverse Zahnpastareste und einige Haare im Zimmer. Wir machten Bilder davon und zeigten diese dem Personal, bekamen sofort ein neues Zimmer und 2 Gratis Getränke von der Bar. Im neuen Zimmer wieder eine Nasszelle des Grauens. Auch der Flur der auf den Stockwerken mit Teppich ausgelegt ist, war stark verschmutzt mit diversen Flecken. Wären wir nicht auf eine Übernachtung angewiesen gewesen und die umliegenden Hotels ausgebucht, hätten wir nicht dort übernachtet. Die Bedienung an der Bar empfanden wir als unmotiviert und herablassend. Ausserdem wurden keine Informationen über mögliche Getränkekarte abgegeben. Erst nach zweimaliger Nachfrage wuden wir auf einen QR Code inklusive Getränkekarte hingewiesen. Wir können es nicht empfehlen.

Θετικό το πρόσημο. Το μόνο αρνητικό ότι δεν μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια στις 3 διανυκτερεύσεις.

O hotel é bem localizado, com acesso fácil a transporte e tem um bom nível de conforto. A limpeza deixou a desejar: aparentemente só trocavam as toalhas , recolhiam o lixo e arrumavam a cama, mas creio que não passavam pano nas coisas. O chão parecia sempre sujo e o banheiro visivemente não era limpo diariamente.

Our stay here was great. Easy to check-in and there's a Co-op right next door. One of the elevators smelled like pee and the sheets on our bed were damp when we arrrived, like they had been put on wet but other than that it was a great hotel room and location.

I informed them that the bedside light fell out of the wall leaving a wire exposed. I also told them that the shower head would not stay up. They fixed nothing during our 3 night stay. No kettle, phone or fridge in the room. Also Mold in the shower. Glad i won't be going back.

Very modern, good located hotel, but in the room is no kettle, no coffee machine, no small fridge, and only one chair, this why I gave only three stars

Room was comfortable, though rather basic and simple (only one chair in room). Optional breakfast, free coffee and tea provided. Easy access by short bus ride from train station and close to historic centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great lobby area with plenty of seating.

I booked the design room. It was spacious and looked clean. A light in the design was broken off and it had this annoying energy saving feature that kept shutting off the lights every 15 minutes. The hotel gave us the Bern ticket.

Large rooms, fun decor, clean, free coffee and hot chocolate all day, close to bus stop and destinations.

The TV way too old

Doesn’t actually have air conditioning. You can set the rooms to 17C and a fan runs but the rooms don’t get cooler than 22C even when it’s cooler outside.

Did not have the breakfast. WiFi never worked. Room was ok, would not stay again. Ok if you get at a good rate.

I cannot stress enough how bad my experience was at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff, including the owner himself, were shockingly rude. Any questions I had were met with dismissive, unpleasant responses – appalling behavior from someone running a business. The room I was given had an overwhelming, chemical-like odor that hit me the moment I walked in. It smelled like toxic paint or harsh agents. I asked to switch rooms, but every alternative had the same unbearable stench. The owner tried to brush it off as if that’s the smell of cleaning liquid, but believe me, this was NOT the smell, it smelled like a toxic factory. I was forced to sleep with the windows open in 4°C weather and the heater maxed out at a mere 23°C – quite stingy for a supposed "Radisson." To make matters worse, there were no phones in the room, so any request required a trip to the front desk – far from the service you'd expect at this price point. Adding to the frustration, I was informed at check-in that late checkout would cost 15 CHF. When my husband later requested it, they charged him 25 CHF, and our key cards still deactivated at noon. When I went to complain, the staff brushed it off as “odd” with no real explanation or apology. Though we were refunded the difference, they still kept the initial 15 CHF charge – unacceptable after their attempt to overcharge us. If you value decent treatment, proper room amenities, and straightforward billing, do yourself a favor and don’t book

Acceuil comme on aime. Attribution d’une belle chambre, check-in rapide, formalité simple. Avec un vrai sourire. Beaucoup de conseils donnés pour tout ce qu’il faut faire.

Most convoluted and painful check in experience I have ever had

Betrag wurde von Expedia abgebucht und musste trotzdem nochmal im Hotel bezahlen. Jetzt muss ich den Betrag nachrennen!

Bei der Anmeldung konnten wir nur an einem Terminal einchecken und mussten alle Angaben nochmals neu eingeben, obwohl diese bereits in der Buchung vorlagen, sogar für den zweiten Gast war die Eingabe der Ausweisdaten obligatorisch. Dann forderte uns das Terminal als einzige Möglichkeit auf, unser bereits vorab bezahltes Zimmer nochmals voll zu bezahlen. Wir meldeten das beim Empfangspersonal, welches dann insgesamt etwa 15min brauchte, um unsere Anmeldung korrekt durchzuführen. Immerhin wurde uns ein nicht-alkoholisches Getränk angeboten und auf unsere Nachfrage die Parkplatzgebühr erlassen. Das Zimmer war zwar einfach, aber modern und insgesamt gut eingerichtet.

Super Lage

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in Gehdistanz vom Zentrum von Bern. In der Nähe vom Rosengarten, der eine wundervolle Aussicht auf Bern hat.

Perfect hotel, amazing location near Rosen garden, 12 mnts walking to downtown Bern, two mnts walking to bus or tram, wonderful receptionists, always cooperative and welcoming with their smiles, free ticket transportation in Bern city during all residency, free coffee and water everyday till midnight, it is really amazing hotel for friends couples or families.

Friendly staff. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel, comes very frequently and you can ride it fir free with hotel free ticket .Rail station is not within walking distance but bus takes you right in front in 7 minutes.

Die Lage ist optimal: Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, und ein Supermarkt ist der direkte Nachbar. Die Zimmer waren überraschend geräumig. Alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden. Parkplätze sind okay (fairer Preis). Keine Beanstandungen!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and bed was comfy. Nice hot drinks in the lobby. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! It’s close to Rose Garden with a good restaurant there and an amazing view of old town, very convenient bus stops near the hotel to get anywhere. Plus Coop supermarket is next to the hotel. Good location! Nice rooftop terrace.

Hotel is conveniently located across the rose garden and very close to the bear park. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel to take you to city center and the main train station.

A great place to stay in Bern. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Rosengarten where you have a wonderful view over the city across the Aare. It is easily accessible from the main train station with a direct bus connection (right now 9A), which takes 6-7 minutes and runs frequently (15-20 minutes cadence on weekends to 4 minute cadence during main business hours in the week). The rooms are comfortable with amodern design. The breakfast has good variety, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is one issue though with the Prizehotels that we ran into after checkout. My wife had left her phone on the charging bank in the Lobby, which she noticed when we were already at the train station. We tried to call to alert them and check before I went back, but there is no direct phone connection to the reception of the hotel only to a central facility somewhere, and even they couldn't get anybody on the phone at the hotel.

Very few options for Breakfast! There was a problem with TV not working properly. It’s not worth for that money very expensive but not worth at all for that money Not least lots of approved in the hotel.

Der Empfan war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer grosszügig, sauber und ruhig. Obschon das Hotel direkt an der Strasse liegt. Genügend Parkplätze unterhalb des Gebäudes. Sind aber kostenpflichtig. Ein kleiner Abzug gibt‘s von mir, in Bezug des Frühstücks. Die Rühreier waren leider ganz kalt, obschon sie frisch aus der Küche kam. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Not much variety for breakfast. Mostly bread and pastry. The property could use some updating, especially in the halls on each floor. Also, bench by the elevator and some foyer furniture was stained. The staff were absolutely amazing and the location was ideal for walking to and from Old Town.

Gute ist: gute Verbindung vom Hbh mit dem Bus 10, Kaffeeauswahl beim Frühstück Schlecht ist: keine Zimmerreinigung innerhalb von 6 Nächten, Frühstück sehr langweilig und geringe Auswahl.

Great location, right next to the Rosengarten. Really clean and stylish hotel. Room was confortable. Breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced ( or maybe I’m just not used to Swiss prices yet😅).
