The rooms and lobby were exceptionally clean however, the pool bottom was very dirty from what was expected based on the rest of the hotel. We had a handicap room on the third floor, which was great except that it was directly across the hall from the elevator, and you could hear the elevator every time somebody used elevator. Breakfast morning was just average, even though they had a decent selection of items. The highlight of the stay was definitely the customer service being so exceptional and friendly!

The staff was very attentive especially Rosie. She was great and would help in away possible. Kid friendly, the pool was great with options to lounge, relax and grill. Parking was easy and hotel close to shopping. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. You do have to request daily cleaning otherwise they will come every other day.

Quiet property. Convenient to the highway. Housekeeping only comes every other day which was fine. Carpets in the room didn’t appear to get vacuumed regularly. Our socks got dirty walking in the room. Hallways were in need of steam cleaning. Stains up and down the halls.

Breakfast always varieties, nice staff, nice environment. What I don’t like is pets allowed, since people are there all over the place with big dogs and bad smell is spreading all halls. Sort I love animals and have poppies at home, but those people with big and enormous dog are all over.

Beautiful clean property but the bathroom lighting system is very dangerous. I used the bathroom, shaved and got into the shower, soaped up and the lights went OFF! Total darkness! Carefully got out of the shower, felt my way to the light switches, press them and still no lights! So I slide open the door and the lights go on as I stand there dripping wet. Close the door, get back into the shower to finish my shower and again the lights go OFF! Now I reach out of the shower to open the door to turn so the system turns on the lights again. I finish my shower while it is still light and cannot believe anyone would not see that this can create a dangerous situation. There is no warning signs on the mirror to warn guests that the automic lights off may leave them in the dark. Also, there are no instructions what to do when the lights go off. A power outage is all that would come to mind. The switches do not fix the situation. Only opening the door will temporally reset the lights but then for again a very short period of time. Can you see how someone could be seriously injured by your eco friendly lighting system? Also, in a lawsuit for damages, your company will have NO ARGUMENT FOR DEFENCE! I would strongly encourage your company to correct this potential lighting disaster before someone gets seriously hurt. Let me know if you understand that there is a serious problem here. The location is ideal and the rooms are large. The only issue is the bathroom which is very tight in comparison to the rest of the room. The toilet is practically on top of the bathroom cabinet- very poorly designed in that aspect.

All in all Very ever stay for the money. I was a late check in, and for some reason I still had to present identification, even though I had Hilton honors program digital key access was denied. Nobody really could explain the policy, but I think this was just all about the hotel itself. Air conditioner, unit in room, noisy as all could be. Wouldn’t stay there again if there were better options as close.

Location would not accommodate an extra desk chair in the room with two desk areas. Request was made and was told against policy and only rectify was to move us to another room - cause evidently only certain rooms have two chairs which are $20 more a night. Have not had this at other H2S.

The customer service here was beyond excellent. Everyone we encountered was kind and cheery. The breakfast they offer was the best complimentary hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. There were many options and everything tasted great! The bed was our only issue. It was fairly uncomfortable and our pillows smelled like old cologne.

The stay was fine. The problem was the A/C would go to 76 degrees when id return from work, every day. It was 96 degrees in Naples, Fl. The room was a Sauna. I was told they would fix this issue. They Never did. At almost $200 per night, I EXPECT TO HAVE FULL CONTROL OF MY A/C UNIT !

The room was great! Clean and spacious. It had everyone you would need. A huge refrigerator, microwave oven, plates, cups, silverware, etc. it was great! And the breakfast was amazing, I’m very health conscious and they had fresh fruits, boiled eggs, coffee, high protein yogurt and a variety of nuts as well. For those that like waffles, they have a waffle maker.
