The property is right off the 101, convenient. The only complaint is the charging stations charge, small fee if 2.50 an hour and it is slow, but it is there in case you need it.

This location is very clean and updated. Check in desk is very friendly and helpful there is a indoor pool and gym. This is now out go to hotel when visiting the area. It’s also conveniently located to the freeway. There’s a Wendy’s right outside

Friendly staff, fast checkin, nice heated pool. Only couple of things is you can hear between the floors of people walking and the tile around the pool does get slippery when wet. Otherwise a great hotel and location.

Abousltly a great hotel, I've stayed in a few hotels in Santa Maria and this is the best by far. Clean, great customer service and the amenities were great including the free breakfast. I used the gym everyday but didnt get a chance to use the great looking pool. I plan on being back in a couple weeks and already booked my stay. I love the Hampton

This was the most quiet hotel we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room in our suite. Breakfast had a decent variety. The gym had great variety. My only complaint was that big trucks would take up large amounts of parking at night.

Everything was neat and clean. Efren checked us in and was friendly and polite and treated us like family. The other front desk employees were very pleasant when greeted, but didn’t initiate any acknowledgements unless we said hello. The breakfast staff was so efficient and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool because the water felt cold (when granddaughter doesn’t get in all the way, it’s cold). Also, the ventilation system was really loud and made conversation difficult. However, the water and pool area was very clean and well maintained.

Our room looked great when we first arrived but as we settled in throughout the stay things popped up. A smell from the bathroom sink started to become noticeable. There was hair on the floor where the toilet was and in the bath tub. The couch bed had not been turned and we found food crumbs and no blankets. The wet bar sink was leaking and the refrigerator was turned off. When calling the front desk to ask for bedding for the couch bed we had to wait over an hour and still I had to call the front desk again and finally I had to go down to pickup the bedding I had requested, but was only given one sheet. Without these few things the overall stay would’ve been good but I felt like the front desk staff that was working the first night did not care. When checking out the front desk said they couldn’t change anything on the pricing when I checked out because I had gone through a third party and to check back then next day by calling and speaking to the manager. So again overall the stay would’ve been good but unfortunately it was poor experience. I probably wouldn’t stay at a Hampton again.

Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Maria is relatively newest so the property is clean. I got a suite, 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa bad, for a family of six (2 adults 4 kids). The room was spacious for the 6 of us, and it was clean. The property is about 40 minutes from SLO and 40 minutes from Solvang. It was the right location in central CA for my family to visit Morro Bay, SLO, Pismo Beach, and Solvang. The property has a good hot breakfast buffet that included oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread, bagel, eggs, sausage or bacon, and fresh waffle maker. The only gripe was that our room wasn't cleaned each day. I was told by front desk that our room gets cleaned each day. Our room was only "cleaned" - new towels and trash taken out - one time during our 4 nights stay.

Had a great stay here. Room and bathroom very clean, halls and lobby clean. No weird /musty smells. Front desk staff helpful and attentive. Bed was so cozy! Very easy to pop on/off 101 as this hotel is just off the exit. Will stay here again on my northern CA to southern CA trips!

We love going to Santa Maria and this was our first time staying at this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, and quiet and really comfortable. The beds were great and the room was well arranged. We would stay here again!

Customer Service was great! Alejandra at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Location is ideal grocery stores and coffee shops near by. (15 minutes from Pismo Beach)Would of rated 5 stars but our AC broke down at 3am. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a very spacious, clean room with a Sofa bed and 2 queen beds. Bathroom had wall mounted shampoo and body wash, a tub and adjustable shower head. The room could use another chair or an ottoman that can double as extra seating. Also there was a green night light that illuminated from the window covering that could not be turned off. I found it too bright and distracting.

I was very disappointed with the manager heather who inconvenienced me and my spouse and had us pack up just to be moved to another room, very unprofessional and when I called Hilton they couldn’t help because of the owners status.

This is a great place to stay while traveling or visiting in Santa Maria. It is close to the 101 and is a safe area to park your car overnight. The breakfast is fresh and warm. The beds are comfortable. We will return.

Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Your picture of eggs and bacon is deceiving. There wasn’t any bacon at all. We selected this hotel for the eggs and bacon. I won’t be returning to Hampton hotels.

This is a fairly new hotel, very updated and modern. It was comfortable and the room was cleaned more than I expected in this new hotel culture, which was very appreciated. The breakfast was very ordinary, included, boring food, but it filled us each morning. It was abundant and kept well stocked. My only complaint was their policy of only having free bottled water for gold members. I’m not a gold member so therefore their policy denied me the bottled water, even though I was paying between $250-300 a night for my five night stay. It costs them about $.25 a bottle for the water. Because I was persistent, the front desk clerk gave me two bottles for my entire stay. What’s happened to the day when free bottled water was in your room when you checked in? Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and most of the staff very friendly.

Once we exited off the freeway, we noticed this huge colorful building. Then realized this was the hotel we would be staying at. Once we entered the building, we noticed how calm and colorful the inside lobby looked. We were welcomed by a young man with a very pleasant smile and we were checked in. We loved our room. The scent in our room was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fantastic! Excellent display of the foods available to us, as well as the area was very clean. Coffee was delicious. Every staff member we encountered had a smile and made us feel welcomed. Didn't have problems with noise and had a restful sleep. This hotel had easy access to exit off and back onto the freeway. Hampton Inn & Suites is definitely a place that we would recommend and come back to again.
