Cozy 1 BR Efficiency Apt close to TTU and Downtown

Numerous bugs (100) coming in under the door and then around the windows. They were getting further into the unit. 2 days after I asked for Stevens Realty to deal with this, they had not. Vaguely said they would "put in a work order." I said to get them out that day or rent me a hotel room. They did neither. I left and went to a hotel on my dime. I will file a complaint with VRBO

The day after I got there, bugs started filling the area inside the door. They later began coming in around the windows and getting further into the unit. The host paid lip service to "putting in a work order," then said they would have to line up pest control...After two days, I left and went to a hotel. I requested a refund of the total I paid. Stevens Realty stated they will refund two nights. I don't know if that will happen. Regardless, I will file a formal complaint with VRBO.

Very close to TTU campus where I was working. Clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Our unit was perfect for what we needed to enjoy the weekend with our son at college. We plan on booking each time we visit.
