the hotel was ın the center of the cıty, very clean and beautıful place. the stuff was very frıendly , helpfull and assısted us to orgnıze our tour ın the area. the food was delıcous, plnnıng to stay ın thıs hotel next tıme for sure

Everything was exceptional from the room , restaurant to the amazing staff.The location is perfect , walking distance to everything and especially to the tepe that overlooks Goreme.. Totally recommended

The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend!
